Checked all connections and found no signs of wear, improper connections, or damage. Removed back panel and stater. Tested hall sensor, stator assembly, and voltage coming from the control and found it within range. Tested continuity between red and blue wires as per service tech manual. I found it open. I called LG Techline and spoke to Scott SR# TCC200304871739. He advised based on my findings that the issue was with the stator wire harness and wanted us to replace that. "Arrived on site for washer that would not start. Inspected unit and work area. Please do not in a normal wash cycle and unit would start to try to spin but we’re just not do anything. Placed Jena in Service diagnostics and found no error codes. Tested unit in an auto cycle and unit started to fill. After the drain pump sucked out a little bit a water in the recirculation pump was supposed to activate, the unit stopped and would not proceed forward. Tested unit in a manual spin test and unit would not move. Removed top panel and back panel and tested motor circuit and recirculation pump circuits. Both were within range. Call tech line and spoke to Kathy SR # 7727300197. I advised her of my findings and asked her if the control was the issue. She advised with all my checks to replace the control. Replaced control and tested unit. Unit works as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still freezing product. I found the RC temp set at 39 degrees and the actual temp in the unit was 25 degrees. I found the dampener working as designed and no air leaks. I found the resistance reading bad on the ice box thermistor. I changed the ice maker harness. I called techline and spoke with Austin. The RC thermistor reading was at 7061 ohms and about 10 degrees out of range. Austin advise changing the RC thermistor. Austin stated the FC thermistor was the same as the RC thermistor that it doesn’t show in the parts breakdown. SR# 7727265719. While attempting to replace the thermistor I found the LED module not coming out and acting like it was partially foamed in. I called techline back and spoke with ED. Ed stated to go ahead and try to get it out by cutting the foam away. I was able to get it free without anything breaking. I replaced the RC thermistor. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
