"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s making a squeaking sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer also explained that the washer is no longer making any sounds off the user interface when button are pressed , when it starts, or when it finishes the cycle and wanted us to correct that as well. Confirmed customers complaint on both accounts. Due to the screeching sound when the unit initially starts spinning, I replaced the cam and the belt and tested the unit. The unit stop screeching and was working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that there is condensation on the back wall of the RC section and when the fan comes on, it makes a loud noise. I inspected the RC section and found the doors sealing properly. I found that when the left RC door is closed, the mullion isnt closing all the way and making good contact with the right RC door so there is a large gap allowing warm air into the RC section and creating the moisture/condensation. When the FC evap fan came on, it began to make a loud noise as if the fan were rubbing on something. I disassembled the FC door/drawers and found that a piece of the evap cover gasket was loose and hitting the fan causing the noise. Adjusted the gasket and cover and retested and the noise is resolved.No water leaks observed during service and moisture cleared from the RC section.; ordrng 1 WR17X25027 (Mullion)"

Arrived on site for HAVE TO LIFT UP ON THE PANEL AND KIND OF PUSH IN AND THE UNIT WILL RUN-- MAYBE A LOSE WIRE ALSO DOES NOT SEEMS TO BE DRYING AS WELL. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Display was not responding to touch as it should. Customer also showed me how they place pressure on the right side upper panel to get dryer to work / respond. Removed control and UI display and installed new control and UI display. Attached nameplate to display. Ran dryer and it responded to touch every time. Ran temps and high temps were sporadic. Told customer they need to call a dryer vent cleaner to clean out the air duct for the dryer for the dryer to run more efficiently otherwise it will not get to hottest potential. Recommended dryer vent wizard and gave them their phone number. Job completed.

We found that the plate above the flame and ignitor was misshapen slightly and was smothering the flame causing it to go out due to improper air flow from the plate, we reshaped the plate and now the unit continuously heats without needing to reignite. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that theyve been finding small puddles of water at the front of the unit at the bottom of the RC door. Also, there is condensation building up in the top back left corner near the damper area. I placed my flashlight on the top shelf in the RC section and closed the door and found a small gap in the RC door gasket at the top left corner. Using my heat gun and some foam, I reshaped the gasket and tested and the door is sealing properly. I recommend that the customer leave the RC door closed for a few hours or allow the gasket to shape to the door/chassis.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the elbow at the water line and valve leaking, I moved and replaced elbow and tested. I found that the actual copper water line is leaking at the backside of the nut that connects the line to the valve. I advised the customer that they would need to have a plumber repair the copper line as I dont have the tools to do such. I recommended that the customer consider replacing the copper tubing with braided hoses and would need at least 6-8 feet of hose due to the distance between the dishwasher and plumbing under the sink. I turned the water off to the unit for safety and advised the customer to not use the dishwasher or turn the water on until the water line has been repaired. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for range that had lost power after making a sparking sound and customer try to use it after previous repair. Upon arrival found that breaker to Ranger tripped upon further diagnostics I found the main control was turning back on whenever the power was restored although when I went to test the oven with the back panel off I found the sparks had flown out from the broil element about half an inch into the insulation away from where the wires connect to it the crack inside the element was hidden within flame retardant insulation completely unseen unless you dig around inside the insulation with the previously diagnosed main control and bake element just in case there any further safety issues when we go to test the oven after boil element is replaced; ordrng 1 WB44T10094 (Broil element)

Igniter lighting every time on first click. Average temp from three sets was 358. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking too long to dry. Upon further inspection, the customer devised that the unit is not catching lint and they found moisture on the inside of the door and on the top of the door. When I opened the door, I found lint sitting on the edge of the front panel at the opening and also found a gap in between the door and front panel. Also when I opened the door, the front panel buckled at the bottom right corner of the door. Using my vent tester kit, I tested airflow to the unit and it failed. I recommended that the customer shorten the vent tube at the back of the unit to help with airflow. I am ordering the front panel, bearing seal, inner door, door gasket & high temp adhesive, strike and catch and office to schedule return service. "I arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would still start and stop as before. I found the customer cleaned the tub as advised, but is still using the same soap that was sudsing the unit up as before. I installed the friction sleeves and new UI. I called techline and spoke to Drew and received SR# 773075907. He agreed that it appears to be customer care for the start and stop, or possibly an OWI or control throwing off the OWI. He advised running the unit again and looking for suds. I found no suds this time. I advised the customer again on soap usage and cleaning the unit however. I installed a new control due to the issue still occurring in case of improper communication with the sensor. I ran the unit in diagnostics again and the issue no longer occurred. The unit is running as designed now. No leaks observed at the time of service.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with a visibly broken heating element. Upon further inspection the element was broken in half. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E2 for fill valve electrical problem and F7E1 for not heat. I checked voltage to the fill valve and found 120V at the control. I ohmd out the valve and and harness and found it at 1.5K ohms which is in range. I found valve and control to be good. Upon further inspection I found the dispenser physicals broken. The customer only wanted the heating element replaced. I installed the new element and then ran a test cycle in diagnostics and monitored amp draw. I found heater drawing proper amperage and the unit now working as designed. No leak observed at the time of service.
