REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KSSO42QTB00 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water at the bottom near the filter. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found no water leak. Found the ice maker turned off. Turned it on and allowed it to harvest and when it called for water, I found no leaks. When I removed the water filter, water leaked out onto the floor and into the evaporator pan under the filter housing. No water leaks found coming from the valve or the filter housing. I found the ice dispenser shaft head was rounded and the motor is badly rusted. I am ordering the motor, seal, and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION and will return with all prescreened parts. WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVW7232HW0 "Arrived on site for Error code of f09 e01, is canceling cycles, had to run a drain and spin cycle when washer stopped. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Customer stated that the installation crew left a loop in the drain hose line. She found this and removed the loop to ensure the drain hose does not get backed up. This was most likely the reason the error code came up to begin with. Removed UI to inspect main board. All connections (J10) looked good. Gave me proper resistance when checked. No obstructions in the drain tube. No kinks in the tube. Lifted washer to inspect drain pump. Pump looked good underneath washer. Ran diagnostics cycle and all tests passed. No leaks detected. I ran the unit and checked mechanical function. With what the customer showed me, it looked like the unit was not getting hot water. Soap was hard to dissolve, food particles not fully coming off. I ran a fill to test function and all was working, however the unit is filling with cold water. It takes an extended period of time for the tap to heat, and when it does it took 2 fills before the dishwasher was full of hot water. I discussed with the customer who was adamant that things were fine right up until the original failure. Customer mentioned at this time that there was no heat coming from drying. WASHER FRIGIDAIRE ATF8000FS2 "Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit pulled out with hoses and drain hose disconnected. Customer advised that t(e unit won’t drain and they removed the water from the unit. I removed the drain pump and inspected it and it was clear. I removed the drain tube from the bottom the tub and found a large amount of debris inside the filter. I removed the filter and debris and cleaned the tube and filter out and reinstalled. Reinstalled the drain pump and hoses and reassembled the unit. Tested t(e unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

RANGE KITCHENAID KFDD500ESS02 "Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner flames. Upon further inspection, I tested the burners and found the front left, middle, front right and right rear burner flames all too high. When I tested the front left and the middle burners, flames shot out from the burners. I found that the front left burner flame was too low in the low setting that it would turn off. I adjusted the flame and it began to operate properly. I attempted to adjust the other burners but the flames continued to burn too high or shoot out from the burner. I am ordering all of the burner heads and the caps, along with the regulator. Replaced ice box fan plus UI and control to ensure the ice box fan was not getting the wrong voltage. After installing the ice box fan UI and control I placed fridge back in diagnostics and ice box fan ran and sounded as it was designed to spin. Ran test 57 to harvest. Passed test. Ran test 45 and I could hear the mold fill. No leaks detected. Fridge is operating as designed.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL ED5FHEXSB00 Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found unit was running but the customer stated it seemed to tout random since the previous repair. I found the low and high side psi at -10 & 130. I also found coils underneath unit were covered in a lot of debri that needed to be cleared out for proper ventilation. After running info of psi by PR I was instructed to top off r134a to make sure pressures stabilized to their recommended levels. I also instructed the cust to get the coils cleaned ASAP to prevent further airflow restriction to the compressor. Unit now functioning as designed call complete

Upon arrival customer stated the water report out of the icemaker dispenser as well as on top of the fridge at random times. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL ER2CHMXPB04 Arrived on site for refrigerator that would randomly shut off and defrost according to the customer sometimes every couple days and sometimes every couple weeks. Upon arRival I found that the evaporator fan motor compressor and condenser fan motor was not running at all. Check to ensure that the fridge is receiving the proper 120 V to the thermostat and defrost timer and that’s when I found out the defrost timer is stuck in place and not advancing back to the cooling cycle. Then replace the defrost timer and we tested the unit and verified that the unit kicked out immediately upon installation of the new part and the unit is not functioning as designed and only 24 hours to stabilize the temperatures. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF555SDHV03 Arrived on site for icemaker not dispensing ice properly according to the customer upon arrival. Upon arrival customer stated that they were having trouble getting the ice to the spins and couldn’t get the ice bucket out of its mounting position to verify whether or not there was ice in the bucket but they also said the water is Dispenser had worked great since their initial complaint. Customer also stated that since they had replace the water filter around the same time as when they notice the ice bucket was having an issue and not wanting to remove itself and they noticed that a lot of the items in the fresh food compartment were starting to freeze over such as carrots and other items. I was able to eventually get the ice bucket out of its mounted position and found some of the ice in the bucket was melted together causing it to jam up and get stuck and after clearing out the melted ice I was able to Rita’s and verify that the dispenser is working
