I gained access to the inside of the unit and found the guide wheels are no longer moving freely. I recommend they have the guide wheels, belt, and pulley replaced because it comes all as one kit. I replaced the belt all 4 guide wheels and the tensioner pulley. I reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle, there is not screeching noise coming from the unit. Job complete.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS331FDDM00 "Arrived on site for freezer door no closing. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the floor of the freezer covered in ice. I gained access to the drain tube and found it clogged. I removed the clog and the massive ice build up in the freezer. The ice build up on the bottom of the freezer was built up enough it was forcing the door up and pushing it back out. He door is now closing properly and sealing. The ice maker is not making ice because it is covered in ice seizing up the motor. I cleared the ice and ran a harvest cycle. The unit cycled and called for water. I recommend unplugging the unit and and surrounding the fridge with towels, also placing a towel inside the freezer compartment, I suggest defrosting the unit for 24 to 48 hours. Once it is properly defrosted the unit will irk as designed. Job complete."

I found a large amount of frost built up on the FC evaporator. Also found that the FC door was not properly hooked on the brackets causing a 1/4 inch gap in the FC section between the door and chassis. I removed the ice and found that the defrost bimetal was open. I removed and replaced the FC evap motor/harness and tested and unit is operating as designed. I tested the ice maker and it operated as designed. While in diagnostics, I went to test #7 and changed the defrost time to #2. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F4 E4 (L2 line voltage error), F6 E2 (UI cannot year ACU), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Tested voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. Tested voltage at the terminal block and find proper voltage. Ran several tests on the motor circuit and voltage at the control and found everything within range. Removed front panel and try to turn drum by hand. Drum would not turn and motor could not be spun. Remove the back panel and checked blower wheel. Blower wheel was still intact and no obstructions. Tested continuity through the fuse, thermal cut off, heater, and high limit thermostat. Found fuse open. Ordering control, motor, blower wheel (in case it is seized onto the motor), and thermal fuse.
