Arrived onsite for washer not filling up with water. On inspection I ran the unit on heavy cycle and during the agitation cycle the unit did not lock the lid due the cycle. Installed a new control board and retested the unit it now locks the lid in agate cycle. Informed the customer that the unit does not fill up like the old washer did. She is loading the washer 90% full to the top. Told customer about 2/3 of the way up on the top is as high as you want to go. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that keeps beeping and giving a power failure message. On arrival I found the UI power button not responding. I checked for correct voltage at the UI and found it good. I found the connector on the left side of the chassis not snapped all the way in. I snapped the connector closed and powered the oven. I found a stored F6E0 UI lost communications error code. I deleted the code and tested all functions of the oven and microwave. All are working as designed. The unit is connected to WiFi. I explained to the customer to monitor the unit and if it continues to happen we would need to replace the console. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a laundry center that is have water temp issues. Upon arrival I checked that the hoses where connected to the correct valve (hot water tap to hot water valve and cold water tap to cold water valve) and found that they where connected correctly. I then removed the hot water hose from the unit and turned the tap on and found hood water flow but the water would,not get hot it would get some water warm but then it gets cold again. This continued to happen no matter how long the hot water ran. I did the same with the cold water and it stayed cold which is normal. I advised the customer that This issue is a plumbing issue."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit did not tripped the breaker and that the tripping of the breaker happened back in October, but has not done it since. Why they called was because the icemaker stopped working for 2 to 3 days and they had ice and products melting in the freezer section for a day. She advised that she was sure that nothing I was keeping the door open and that the unit just did it itself. Found proper temperatures in the fridge and freezer section and found the ice container completely full. She advised the unit has been working for the past five days and has not had any issue. Found no evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738154824. he advised that because the unit has returned to normal and this hasnt happened before, he advised that he believes the issue was with the door not being closed properly and that with the unit completely running properly, there is nothing to check. Upon further inspection I found that the reservoir cap was loose and leaking causing it not to hold water, causing the unit not to have enough water to make ice.i tightened up the cap and tested the unit in its normal running mode and found that the unit started making ice. After further inspection I found condenser coils dirty, compressor area had signs of water/rust build up from low side return line of compressor, and air gaps in sealed drain line next to compressor. Cleared coil, and ran ice maker tests. Found no errors and ice maker harvested as designed with no leaks during fill. Found correct fill levels. Found both coils frosting over evenly but fc evap fan motor would never turn on in normal operation or diagnostics with a stable power supply at fc harness. "WED5100HC3 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the water valve for steam equipped dryers had the original cover for the valve assembly still in place. Most of the time, the metal plate is stuck down to the rear cover due to the painting process, but this one was not and it was less than a mm away from the other metal. Any vibration caused the two pieces to contact and make the noise. I bent the plate slightly and then used aluminum insulative tape to secure the metal. Testing on no heat and all the way through high heat showed the issue was resolved. Operational test good."

"KRFF507HPS03Arrived to inspect cooling issue. Upon arrival, the unit was set to the coolest setting and had been set line the for several days. The customer advised they have had very minimal ice production and certain frozen foods have not been frozen solid. I found minimal heating at the condenser and the return was just above room temperature. I disassembled the FC to access the evaporator and the refrigerant could then be heard to flow after just a few moments. After the flow resumed, I tested pressures and found them normal. I evacuated the system and then performed an extended vacuum. The unit was able to be vacuumed below 500 microns and it then held the vacuum for an additional 15 minutes, prior to charging. The sealed system started working as designed and I found the high side heat of the system within normal, expected ranges. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking water. Inspected unit and work area. Checked underneath the washer and found water residue on the back panel. Coming from the water valve area. The customer had the unit unplugged and the water valve shut off. Went ahead and replaced the water valve due to water residue coming from one of the rubber fittings and tested the unit. Found water still leaking but from the back on the hot water hose. I removed the hot water hose and found that the rubber O-ring inside the hose was missing causing the leak. Did advise the customer to get new hoses for full repair. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an LF error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she ran a clean washer cycle, and the unit errored out the code. I texted the unit in diagnostics and did confirm an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. I tested both valves and diagnostics and could not get the unit to error out. Went ahead and replace the housing due to potential issues with the fabric softener or OXY valves as I could not test them individually and diagnostics. Arrived onsite for an ice machine leaking water. I found the regulator on the valve with the plastic molded housing separating causing the water leak. I replaced the fill valve and tested the machine. The machine is working as designed and there were no other water leaks present at the completion of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that just stops working and the lights start blinking. The customer stated it will stop and two of the lights on top and the clean light on front will constantly blink. I checked voltage and polarity finding it good. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the machine completed the cycle and worked as designed. The customer stated it will usually run about 10-15 minutes and then stop. I ran a regular cycle and saw the machine loose power after 15 minutes. I verified there was no voltage at the terminal block and then the machine powered back up and the lights were blinking like the door had been opened. I found the plug at the outlet partially pulled out. I pushed the plug in and tested the machine. The machine worked as designed for about 5 minutes and did it again. I checked power at the cord out of the outlet and there was no voltage present. I explained this to the customer and showed them. They are gonna replace the outlet or the breaker. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for motor not operating. Upon arrival,test unit can hear control relay click but motor is not powering on. Disassembled unit to inspect/test motor and heating circuit. Found thermal fuse is OL. Need to replace fuse. Found back up of lint at lint trap. Replaced thermal fuse W10693363 with truck stock. Test unit and motor now operates. On arrival verified complaint of not drying and dripping. Customer all stated the door hangs to low. For the not drying found customers water is no where hot enough to dry or wash properly. Advised to heat water at sink before starting dishwasher as well as may need to increase water heater temp. Door issue is damaged hinge springs from to much weight on door. Advised proper usage there. Ran diag test cycle for leak and let run for 6 minutes minimum on spray and found no leaks. Checked for leaks at drain pump and wash motor and found none. "arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed until it got to the spin portion of the cycle, where the unit made a weird sound, and then stopped. The unit attempted to spend a couple times but would make the weird sound and not continue forward. Checked underneath and found the belt, completely loose and the cam stripped. Replaced both and tested the unit again. Still found the same issue happening with the machine. I removed the cam completely, and tried to spin the basket by hand. Found the basket skipping on the gearcase indicating an issue with a gearcase. Gained access to the hub assembly to replace it and found the hub also stripped. Ordering the hub and will return with a gearcase for full repair. Rescheduled the customer to 1/9.; ordrng 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

"Arrived on site to replace compressor and dryer diagnosed on previous trip and charge to spec with R134a. Replaced sealed system components, vacuumed unit for 15 minutes to stabilize internal psi. Charged unit with 5.5 ounces of R134a, tested unit, unit is running as intended. Job complete."

"WFW6620HC0 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts, I found multiple holes within the door bellow assembly and verified that as the in,y source of leaking. I replaced the bellow and then the dispenser assembly due to the water that had likely caused the detergent pump to fail. Entering service test mode, F0E5 as the only stored error code and I cleared for testing. The machine operated as designed and no further leaking was observed. During installation of the drawer, I found the left slide had severely corroded and was very difficult to open/close. I was able to temporarily lubricate the slide, but its future failure is imminent. Office to order slide parts and contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed after repair was complete.; ordrng 1 W11551370 (Outer Slide) and 1 W11321012 (Inner Slide)"

"MVWB835DW4 Arrivd to inspect drain noise. Service test mode had F0E3 and F2E1 stored in memory, and I cleared for testing. I did see approximately two inches of water standing in the tub, but the drain pump easily drained within the expected time. Inspection of the gear case and motor area revealed a large amount of oil had leaked from the gear case and the rotor bolt was loose. The gear case and slider will be required and the rotor teeth were worn from mis-engagements. I added the wash plate if necessary to complete, for returning tech. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10902814 (Wash Plate) and 1 W11393685 (Gear Case)"

Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran test cycle and unit was leaking from bottom left door panel within the first 5 minutes of the cycle. Found door seal warped inward on the upper corner. Water would seep through and drip down the panel and puddle. Replaced gasket. Ran another test and found no leaking. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher thats leaking on the front left corner. The customer stated it doesnt do it all the time but when it does it will make a small puddle on the floor. I found the door gasket leaking in the upper left corner. I replaced the door gasket. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that items will freeze in the fresh foods section and the water being dispensed is not cold enough. I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=40 in the middle section and 36 degrees on the tops shelf on a setting of 39 degrees. I found some items blocking the gap at the back of the fresh foods section and several items in front of the damper opening. I tested the water dispenser and retrieved an 8oz cup of water and tested the temps and it was approximately 60 degrees which is normal temp for the water. I made recommendations for use and care of the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, using my ultraviolet light, I checked for any dye from refrigerant leaks and found the evaporator was leaking (photo). I evacuated the remainder of refrigerant and removed and replaced the evaporator, compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. Vacuumed the system for approximately 30 mins and found vacuumed pressures at -30/0. I installed 48g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. Unit is beginning to cool and evaporator had a good frost pattern. No water connections to the unit, job completed. No one available for signature. Messaged complex maintenance and advised of repair and allow 24 hours to cool."

Arrived on site for leaking water. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found left side of unit completely un leveled. Also found warped top left corner of door seal. Replaced seal W11483553 and leveled unit. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for dryer stopping. Customer says it will work for about 2 maybe 3 loads then he motor just stops. Display still working but will not turn unless it cools down. Verified good draft on vent. Removed drum. Confirmed blower is fused to motor. Replaced motor and wheel. Verified operation. Found vent is restricted inside the wall. Left unplugged. Advised customer they need to have vent cleaned. Call complete.

Arrived on site to replace control board. Replaced board test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection ran unit in diagnostics mode, error F0E2 over sudsing popped up at the start of the diagnostics cycle. Ran the washer in diagnostics mode twice could not duplicate the noise. I put the unit into quick wash and colored and could not get it to reproduce the noise. The video the customer has sounds like the unit is in agitation mode and it is putting on the brakes to go back the opposite direction. The customer is going to record how large the load is when the noise appears and at what point in the cycle that it happens in. No water leaks detected during service. The customer is going to call back once they get enough info to help pin point the issue. ; O-emld tckt"
