Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator JFFCC72EHL04 freezing items in the RC. Upon further inspection, I checked temperature and measured 35 RC and -5 FC. I checked the gaskets and found them to be sealing properly. I tested the RC thermistor and found it to be measuring out of tolerance resulting in slightly lower temperatures in the RC. I replaced the evaporator cover assembly and resembled. The customer informed me that the Fc door is rusting due to a defect. I am ordering the FC door due to the rust. Arrived on site to ice maker not maker not making ice. Cycled IM and it cycled but did not fill. Pulled out refrigerator to check water supply and founf fill hose kicked. Tested IM and it cycked and filled. Ice maker is working as intended.

Test polarity and get 121v from L1-N and L2-N. I get 209 from L1-L2 together. Apartments are on a 208v commercial service. I test resistance from both broil and bake elements. I test unit by preheating to 350. Unit preheated but never cycled and temperatures dropped and never rose. I replaced control W11696067 and sensor W10833885. Test unit again by preheating to 350. Arrived on-site to test unit for not cooling properly. Customer stated the refrigerator was working normally before a large gathering, then began experiencing intermittent cooling issues. Customer advised that after approximately one week the refrigerator resumed cooling normally, but the ice maker was still not operating. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRF535SMBM00 that is making noise and is freezing and unfreezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the sound the machine makes. He advised the sound will last seconds or up to an hour. He said it sounded like it was the compressor but couldnt tell. I heard the video and found what sounded like cabinet vibration. I asked the customer if they had done anything to see where it was coming from. He said that he found that when he hit the side of the machine, it woukd go away but might come back later. I checked temperature of both compartments and found the freezer at 0F, and the refrigerator at 37F. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the freezer section and found all fans running. I asked the customer where exactly in the refrigerator he was having the issues. He advised that the items were freezing on the top shelf and in the deli drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator. I explained that the freezer air comes up through the damper door at the top of the refrigerator and explained that items in front of the damper can freeze due to freezer air blowing on them until the rest of the refrigerator gets to temperature. I also explained airflow movements regarding this refrigerator everything appears to be an airflow and product placement issue. When door was opened a large amount of water would escape and activating drain pump would not remove water despite hearing the drain pump run. Unit is now properly draining. Tested unit and verified drain pump energizing and removing water, but at a slower pace than normal. Tested overflow switch and found it would not properly engage pump or flash error code. Suspecting drain hose was clogged, causing water to not drain properly. Recommended replacing overflow switch and drain pump to resolve issue. Cleared error code and reset control; upon cycling power, drain pump continued to immediately engage. Inspected pressure hose and found no kinks, punctures, or restrictions, with valve confirmed not leaking, isolating fault to a failed pressure switch on the control. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRQA59CNKZ error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the UI on the left RC door had several digits that were lit up as if it were in test mode. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics to check for error codes and it failed. I cycled power to the unit and carefully removed and replaced the UI. Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRMF3636RV00. Customer stated that its very loud when the icemaker fills. I removed the valve cover and forced the icemaker to fill. The noise went away. Assuming the valve was vibrating against the cover I used noise pads w11113654 from truck stock to stop the vibration. Filled again and the noise is normal. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site (Unit 458) to test unit WET4027HW2 for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit makes a squeak noise during spin. Entered service mode and initiated test cycle; heard belt slipping during spin. Inspected drivetrain and found worn cam and belt. Replaced cam (W10721967) and belt (W11239857). WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival, I verified that when preheating oven, it trips the breaker. I set the broiler to 500 degrees, and the temperature reached without tripping the breaker . I preheated oven to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker product works as its designed no parts used. Arrived on site to replace the blower motor, control board, and damper previously diagnosed and ordered for the microwave. Removed the necessary panels to access the components and replaced all three parts. Confirmed the blower motor is operating correctly, the damper is opening and functioning as designed, and the control board is responding properly. Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFC636SPS02 with issue of leaking underneath. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Customer currently has water supply turned off. Customer states that water puddle extended about 2 feet in front of refrigerator . When customer pulled unit from cabinet found water underneath unit that extended to rear wall and left stains on floor. I uploaded picture of floor. I inspected hoses and water valve at rear of unit and all appear good. I turned on water supply and do not observe any leaks with water on. I observed both ice containers and both have ice. I dispensed water from water dispenser and is dispensing correctly and there are no signs of leaks. I poured water into drain pan and there is no signs of pan leaking. Found that when call for water to ice maker in Fc is when spill happens. Found connection of water lines at rear of unit are not connected. Uploaded picture to SD. Contacted Techline for assistance. I inspected the bottom of the ice bin to find ice crystals had developed. Also found frost/ice built up in the ice chute and on the chute plate. I tested the ice dispenser and it is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Edwin and advised of the history of repairs and my findings today. Edwin had me pour one ounce of water down the ice chute and I found water is leaking from the ice door. Edwin recommended replacing the separator again (ice door assembly) and test the new part the same way. Edwin advised that if the new ice door leaks water to order and replace the FC door. Edwin provided Case #24631759. I am ordering the separator and CNOTE-SCHEDULE 2-5 and scheduled return service for 08/24/26. Tested unit and found the microwave is heating water to the proper temperature; however, during a popcorn test, only approximately 3040% of the kernels were popping, even after additional cook time. Per customer request and as a precaution due to inconsistent cooking performance, replaced the main control board (W11325786). Retested unit and found popcorn performance improved significantly, with approximately 7080% of the kernels popping. Customer is satisfied with the results. Advised customer that the sensor popcorn cycle may not always provide adequate cooking time and recommended following the cooking instructions on the popcorn packaging, typically approximately 1:304:00 minutes depending on the product. Also advised that some unpopped kernels are normal and a full 100% pop rate should not be expected. Unit is now operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on-site to test unit for not drying clothes properly. Customer stated it is taking multiple cycles to dry one load. Tested unit and found heater operating properly, all thermostats and thermal cutoffs testing good, and timer advancing as designed. Performed airflow test at the lint screen and found airflow approximately 5070% restricted. Inspected exterior dryer vent and found the vent flaps were not opening at all while the dryer was running, confirming a severe exhaust restriction causing heat and moisture to remain trapped inside the dryer and resulting in extended dry times. Showed customer the restricted vent area and explained that the vent system needs to be professionally cleaned. Customer will contact a professional to remove the restriction. Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 with drain pump constantly on. Upon further inspection, I plugged ths unit in and immediately the drain pump turned on. Following the service pointer W11766193, I took a photo of the old control serial number (1578565H42233SLV3FG) and removed and replaced the main control and took a photo of the new control serial number (W11130856K602823704DI). Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS315SDHM13 that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that water consistently leaks down the door and water seems to be coming from both the ice dispenser and the water dispenser at various times. She also explained that the icemaker stops working intermittently for a few days and will come back on. She advised she has no temperature concerns and everything else works. I confirmed the customers complaint with the water dispenser and found water collecting inside the water dispsner housing and then dripping after the dispenser stopped dispensing. I found an issue with the placement of the water tube. I fixed the connection and checked freezer temperature. I found it at 0F. I checked the ice maker and found proper voltage going to the icemaker. I replaced the icemaker W11700250 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit MTW7200RR1 for resetting when settings are changed. Upon arrival customer stated unit worked for one cycle then the same issue returned. Changing settings causes UI to reset. Verified issue; found when in heavy duty cycle and attempting to change temps, UI powered off and hourglass began displaying. Suspecting UI malfunction due to no WiFi connection. Replaced UI (W11806518) and successfully connected unit to WiFi. UI initially began responding properly when settings were changed on certain cycles, but lost power once again when switching between cycles. Replaced control (W11834066) and ran calibration cycle successfully. Tested all UI inputs and could no longer duplicate issue. Advised customer to monitor. Arrived on site to door rubbing. Found gasket was rubbing slightly on cabinet. Advised cx that the gasket will compress and the rubbing will stop after a couple weeks. Most likely when the removed the door to bring the unit inside and is not from the door rubbing. Cx insisted door was rubbing. Again advised cx that the rubbing will stop. Arrived on site to complete repairs on dishwasher KDTE304RPS0. Installed new drain pump W11462456. Customer showed me video of the sound the unit is making, and it sounds almost like a grunt or something struggling. This happens AFTER the unit drains, then fills, but before the wash motor kicks on. Noise persists for 10-15 mins, then washes as normal. After replacing the drain pump i ran the unit repeatedly and never could duplicate any sounds. Everything worked how it should, and the only error was for drying fan. Unit working as designed with no leaks post repair.

Arrived on site for refrigerator section not cooling well. Upon arrival can feel fridge is not cold, opened freezer and can see ice build up on cover and Evan fan not spinning. Removed cover and found some ice build up and fan inoperable. Defrosted ice with steamer and removed fan to find motor defective. Replaced WPW2315539 motor evap. Fan now spins normally.
