"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps and items freezing in the fresh foods section (RC). Upon further inspection, I found the shelf in the RC section at the very top and not allowing for good airflow. Tested temps in the RC=27 degrees and FC=12 degrees. While testing the FC, I found a small amount of frost on the right upper corner of the evap cover (photo). I gained access to the evaporator and found a ball of ice/frost in the upper right corner at the suction line and cap tube (photo). There was no frost pattern on the evaporator. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the sealed system repair and checked pressures and found the Low side pulled too far into a vacuum (photo). Checked amp draw to the compressor and its showing .5amps. I placed the unit in diagnostics to test and when I tested the compressor, it took several times for it to kick on. I tested defrost and it is operating as designed. I checked for any refrigerant leaks and found none. I advised the customer of my findings. "Arrived on site for a range that has uneven cooking flames. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her left two burners seem to have wildly uneven flames on the burners and they are also having an issue with their oven cooking evenly. I tested temperature in the oven and ran the unit up to 400?F. I found temperatures fluctuate between 423?F and 363?F, giving an average temperature of 393?F. I checked the temperature at 350?F and found similar fluctuations with an average temperature of 344?F. I checked the burners and condition from the left. Two burners were seemingly having uneven flames on the right hand side of each burner. I checked the offices and found the orifices were correct, and attempted to reposition the burner caps. I found that even with the burner caps being completely square, they were still having uneven flames. I replaced the burner heads and tested the unit. I still had the same issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Dillon SR# 7740278751. He advised that the oven seem to be within range, and that there was really no way to calibrate this unit. In regards to the burners, he had me send him several photos of the flame heights on all burners, orifices, and the burner heads and caps. He advised that there really would be nothing altering the flame heights besides the flame spreader which we already replaced. He checked in with engineering and they advised that there had concerns about potential gas pressure coming to the house and would require the customer to get a gas pressure check from the gas company prior to any further repair. The customer will contact her gas company and will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. WPW10636224."

Drain and rents, but will not actually wash the clothes. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) error code. Around the unit through an auto test and found that when the unit was trying to agitate, the shifter was making an abnormal sound. I gained access underneath and did not find the cam worn or stuck. I went ahead and replaced the actuator and cam and tested the unit. I still had the same issue indicating an issue with the driveshaft. I replaced the gearcase and tested the unit. The customer stated that they had to manually remove the water and that they had tried several cycles to get the washer to drain but couldnt. I went to replace the lower harness, and when I removed, the pressure hose off the tub, the stem on the tub side that the pressure hose fits onto snapped off with it. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL SR 7740280396 and spoke to safety , and submitted picture of breaker. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. If problem persists call customer service. unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108, broil element w10856603, and main w11696067. Parts are labeled and set to be returned per wpl safety request"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is over filling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to continue to fill after it goes off balance and it seems to be going off balance on every cycle. They were unsure as to what the problem actually was, but they advised that they are wasting a lot of water. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot. I attempted to wobble the basket on the driveshaft and found it was completely secure. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto test and found all other components working in operating as designed. "WRV986FDEM01 Arrived on site for unit not making ice. Upon arrival, customer mentioned unit started having ice maker issue after service was performed in Sept of this year. In addition, the filter reset light will not go away even after testing filter switch. Replaced W11387384 UI and still issue persisted. Proceeded to inspect all wire connections and found filter switch connector was not seated. Reseated connection and retested and now filter light is off. Continued to back trace all work was done and all connections are tight. Performed low profile ice maker test and passed with no issues. Water dispenser and ice maker fill test passed. Ice box fan is working as well. Continued to inspect bottom ice maker and found gears not turn even when jumping with tester. Ordering W10865826 valve, W11129435 valve and W10886931 FC ice maker. "UVL6048JSS2 Arrived to inspect noise. There was a rubbing sound when on low and medium and inspection revealed it from the left blower. This machine has the improved metal blower assembly and it is more sensitive to placement. I found it too close to the motor and rubbing. After adjusting to the correct position on the motor shaft, the issue was corrected and the machine operated with the expected and normal amount of noise."

"MVWC565FW2 Arrived to inspect off balance condition and water levels. I found the suspension had failed and I removed and replaced all suspension components. Testing revealed the water level at the correct amount and I advised the customer of my findings, discussion detergent and loading strategies. During calibration and spin testing, I found the belt making excessive noise and that it was slipping under torque. I installed belt p/n W11239857 from emergency truck stock and retested. All functions returned to normal and the machine operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived to inspect noise and burner issues. I discussed the burner issues and provided operational tips, including strategies for preheating pots and pans, as the customer had a gas based machine prior. I preheated the oven to a full 500 and did hear a few pops, but not abnormal and the customer agreed. I advised they have used it enough times now that it has settled in and the popping should be minimal, moving forward. Operational test good."

FC -2 RC 37 degrees JFFCC72EFP02 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not making ice. On arrival found FC - 2 and RC 37 degrees icemaker was also stuck sideways. Ran diagnostics ice maker was not functioning at all powered off and on no response. Replaced part #w11557002 tested icemaker working as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply.

"WRS571CIHZ01 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered what appeared to be a full charge and removed and replaced the sealed system components, compressor, service port and dye drier. I vacuumed to 380 microns and allowed additional settling time. Seeing no loss, I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and the machine started cooling. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested. I adjusted the mullion area and sealed. I set the doors to the cabinet as well. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

WTW4816FW3 Arrived to inspect constant draining. I verified the sue upon plugging in the machine and hard reset. Service test mode had F3E1 as the only stored error and I cleared for testing. I found no mechanical reasons for the failure and replaced the control as the issue is known. I recalibrated and then tested within automatic test mode. All functions were as expected and the machine operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

KRBR109ESS05 Arrived for door closing issue. I found the feet were not set and the machine was not fully pushed back into the cabinetry. I corrected the issue and applied MFG lubricant to the FC upper drawer slides. No leaks observed during service.

ASI2175GRS09 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with icemaker issues. On arrival client stated loud sounds came from icemker when producing ice. Verified sound icemaker is failing replaced part #w11700250 tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply .

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is not running. Examined unit and found it's flashing F2E2 error for UI / Control communication. I unplugged the UI when plugged it back in and regained tunction. When I run diagnostics it only displays 1 code and stops. I was able to run the unit and it seems to wash fine after a reset. I contacted the landlord and advised them of findings, recommendation to replace control and console at the same time preferred since error was fixed 1.5 years ago. Customer wants to replace the unit and just pay diagnostic. Iffice to collect via card on file."
