"Arrived on site for washing machine that will wash clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Unit is in a very tight area with very little room to work. Plugged unit in and drain pump initially started and ran with no water in the unit. . Removed pressure hose and unit still continued to drain. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. Placed unit in a manual agitate and spin test and unit would not spin or agitate. During agitation it appeared that the unit was trying to move but wasn’t moving more than an inch left and right. Attempted to remove agitator and found it completely seized onto the gear case. Unit will need agitator, hub, in her basket, outer tub, gear case, drive motor, clean out filter, and control for full repair. Will need two men and two hours for repair. I gained access to the drain tube and found a restriction in the drain tube. I cleared the restriction. I gained access to the fresh food evaporator and found the evap tray iced over. I cleared the ice and steamed out the drain pipe. I poured a cup of water down the pipe to ensure it is draining properly. I tested the water valves and found none of them leaking. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking from the front bottom left corner. Upon further inspection, I found the water was coming from the freezer section. I removed the bottom drawer and found the drain tube clogged with ice again. I removed the ice with my steamer and found insulation was coming out o forge drain tube. I checked the drain tube at the back of the unit and it was clear. Removed the drain tube and placed a flashlight at the drain hole at the evaporator and using my mirror I checked the drain tube. I found where the drain tube goes into the tube in the cabinet appears to be collapsing, but there is enough opening for water to flow. I adjusted the drain tube to the drip pan at the back and poured water through the tube from the evaporator side. Water flowed good. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed"
