Removed evaporator cover per service pointer W11092686 secured thermistor to correct location on suction line using foil tape and a zip tie,secured evaporator to liner wall using clamps and zip ties,secured back cover with 4 screws,adjusted drain pan. Replaced main control,ran diagnostics good air flow from ice box fan.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing a full bin of ice and clumping . Upon inspection I found RC=36 FC=-2. And the ice bin full. I found some of the ice cubes getting stuck together. I ran full diagnostics and found all thermistors and fans running as designed as well as air baffles. I explained that with the temperature difference in the RC compared to the ice can cause a little clumping but from what I can see it is within normal specifications at this time. The customer had concerns of a water drip from the back so I pulled the unit and. No leaks detected but found some water in the drain pan. Advised the customer to monitor the unit and let us know if any issues arise but as of now the unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Upon arrival the customer stated it will work for about two weeks and then they would take the container out and mess with the arm, put the container back in, and then it would work again. Upon further inspection I found the IM cover missing allowing the IM harness to fall off of the front. I advised the customer this is what is most likely causing intermittent failure. I harvested and called for water on the IM and it worked as designed. I also found correct voltage to the IM. Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seemingly is cooling and freezing but that his temperature in his refrigerator is saying that his unit is at 32?F. Found ice in the ice bin indicating that the unit was getting down closer to proper temperature. Took temperature in the freezer and found the freezer at -2?F. Noticed in the refrigerator section that thtemp alarm was ringing. Reset the door alarm and found the unit dropped immediately to zero and 37?F in both sections. The customer advised that they did have the door open a jar overnight a few weeks ago and that the arm has been there ever since. He was not aware that he was able to reset his alarm. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a vent hood that is making a loud noise. Inspected unit and work area. I did advise him that the residential vent hoods have to have the motor close to the area where it?s sucking air from due to the fact that the motors can?t suck air up from more than a few feet away.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the unit continuing to not make ice, I tested pressures again and found that the drier is restricted. I disassembled the unit and dumped the refrigerant. Removed and replaced the non UV drier and vacuumed. Unit held pressures. I installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held within range and unit began to make ice. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I spun the basket and was checking the basket for any bars on the sides of the wall and underneath the splash guard. Could not find anything there. Upon arrival I was able to install display after running multiple back to back test on the icemaker dispenser as well as the water dispenser I found at the unit started goofing up again and allowing water to come out when the ice was activated at this point I was able to narrow down the problem to the paddles on the dispenser itself I then spoke with CS regarding the situation ; ordrng 2 WPW10346924 (Paddles)s

"Arrived on site for dryer needing previously diagnosed drum, motor, blower, etc. upon arrival I reinspected unit and verified prior diagnosis. Found drum had scrapping damage and replaced it but found during repairs that the plastic bearing asm as well as all four glides were cracked and broken and the felt liner and gasket were warped causing drum to crack to ducting. I was able to install the drum but it onLy dampened the noise a small amount. Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling and has a high pitch sound. Inspected unit and work area. Found refrigerator compartment had a defrost issue causing the fan to screech and the refrigerator not to call any other section properly. Defrosted the unit due to ice buildup and found the evaporator cover had broken due to ice build up. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7730805740. He advised that the only thing to replace on this is the evaporator cover due to ongoing issues and to ensure the customer is closing their doors properly and the doors are ceiling. "Arrived on site for a washing machine hello has something stuck underneath the agitator. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customer and attempted to remove the agitator using a crowbar, vice grips, screwdrivers, and a dryer belt nothing would remove that agitator.

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator tripping the GFCI outlet and breaker.Confirmed issues and found the closest non GFCI outlet and unit preformed as designed.Upon further inspection of the unit I found the start device and capacitor werent properly plugged into the compressor causing the malfunction along with the breaker issues.I corrected the issue and unit now operating properly Customer advised to contact an electrician to get the breaker changed to non GFCI breaker.Left unit plugged into the non GFCI and it cooled and didnt trip the outlet.JOB COMPLETE

I ran diagnostics and did not hear the valve energize and no water came into the unit. I checked voltage at the valve and found 120V. I then took the hose off and confirmed there was good water pressure coming from the wall, and there was. This indicates a bad valve. Arrived on site for a dryer that was not heating. Upon arrival the customer stated that the apartment complex already cleaned the vents from top to bottom. She stated the clothes were not drying what so ever. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then checked the temps in the unit with my thermocouple and found it getting to 195?F and cycled quickly. I found it will cycle down and stay at around 90-100?F for quite some time. I checked voltage at the terminal block while running unit to see if it was dropping and found it good. I ran the unit and checked voltage from L1 black to J14-6 to the heater and found 240V. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I gained access to the element and found the thermostat and cutoff ohmd out good. I called techline and spoke to Steve and SR# 7730797931. He recommended switching out the element. I replaced the element and then retested the unit. I found it still doing the same thing. Due to being an intermittent issue and getting to a high temp initially I stopped and started it a few times and found the voltage to the heating element would stay at 120VAC irregularly. I did find consistent 240V on red and black on relay indicating good incoming voltage to the machine. This indicates a bad control. Ordering control to replace. .; ordrng 1 W11388023 (Control)

Arrived on site to replace pump in ice machine. Replaced pump and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found after service was performed.

Customer did say that the Island that the unit is connected too also has some of the the other plugs flipping the breakers when not in use. Gonna get an electrician to check the breaker and possibly a wiring issue first. Job complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts to resolve bake element not functioning and buzzing coming from control. Replaced hidden bake element and control. Tested unit and found upper oven good. Buzzing still persisted past control replacement. The buzzing runs when the unit is in diagnostic or lower oven is used. Talked to SW and found only items besides the control that can make noise behind UI is the transformer or relays. Ordering transformer and relays. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with water under the deli drawers. Upon further inspection, I found water under the deli drawers and a small amount of ice in the RC evaporator pan. I disassembled the RC section and removed the ice & water and found the drain was clogged. Pulled the unit out and removed the drain tube and cleaned it out finding a small amount of debris inside. Using my steamer, I blew out the drain and reinstalled the drain tube and sealed it with silicone. I found the thermistor in the wrong position. Removed it and repositioned it to the suction line. Secured it with foil tape & ziptie. Found a gap at the back of the evaporator housing and sealed it with permagum. Cleaned alps remaining water from the RC section and reassembled. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I also found a sign of major leakage under the sink and advised the customer on this (pics in quick-pic). There was still some standing water under the sink. I checked voltage at the terminal block and found none. Just to be safe I also checked voltage at the control and found none. I advised the customer of my findings. I let her know she may want to reach out to an electrician and plumber.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises during wash cycles. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit makes a grinding noise. I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the pulley shield, actuator, belt, cam, and motor. I am ordering the gearcase, & belt and will return with all prescreened parts. Recommended that the customer not use the unit until I could return to repair as it could potentially begin to leak water. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11423758 (Gearcase) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)"

"Arrived onsite and replaced Evap harness and thermistor. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair, all checks good."

Arrived onsite and found unit fill valve leaking into tub. Replaced fill valve. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for cooktop with damaged trim. Upon arrival I confirmed the obvious damage to the front trim. I tested the unit and it is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on job for complaints of burner flames too high. Adjusted all flames to lower settings.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with magnet falling up of door gasket. Upon arrival I found the magnet had fallen out of the gasket completely on the right side of the RC. I heat formed and replaced the gasket. I advised the Customer not to open that side for at least 2 hours to ensure a good fit. No leaks of any kind detected during time of service and the gasket is sealing as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on for refrigerator needing diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival I was able to find the dryer installed by previous company had leaked and cause oil and refrigerant from compressor to drain out. I then installed new uv dryer as well as a compressor and access valve. I then pulled a vacuum for 20 minutes to ensure all contaminates were evacuated from evap coil. After verifying unit could hold vacuum. I recharged unit with 5.5 oz of refrigerant and verified after 20 minutes of run time that unit was giving stable pressure reading of 130 high side and 0 low side. Unit showed eleven frost on evap coil. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool. Call complete

Arrived onsite for unit not have any power. Tested unit. Unit was not powering on. Upon further inspection. Found that the control needed to be replaced. Replaced control. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete
