"Arrived onsite for washer making Loud whining noise. Upon inspection I confirmed the noise and the unit would not spin. I removed the motor and found the coupler not cracked but very oily. I also found yellow oil dripping down from the center of the gearcase. I found the unit to be draining normally. I will need to replace the transmission, motor coupler,basket drive, and will return with the motor JIC.

"Arrived on site and found customers complaint is dryer cannot be pushed back and the vent hose falls off where it is connected to the wall. Vent connection on wall comes out at a drooping 45? angle, this does not allow the vent hose clamp to properly seat. Even if connection was A 90? coming out of wall it would still be 18 inches higher than the connection on the dryer. There is not enough space for the dryer to be pushed any further back with any type of vent hose. Reported to tech line , sent pictures to MS. 7730850534"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the compressor does run and the unit does cool slightly. However, the unit freezer doesn?t get below 55?F and the refrigerator section barely calls at all. Confirmed customers complaint and found the compressor hot to touch and one line frozen at the evaporator capillary tube going to the first ring on the right hand side. None of the rest of the evaporator had any frost pattern on it. Spoke to PR and was advised the issue would have to be a sealed system issue. Ordered parts and office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to multiple PSP items. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that was not getting water. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue was it would run continuously and never stop, but this issue was intermittent. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found error codes F9E2 for Water Ring Detected, Pump Drive System Problem and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found it running as designed. After the cycle all steps passed. I found all components running as designed. I filled and drained the unit several times and had no issue with the drain pump. I gained access to the pressure tube and found no kinds of holes. I blew threw the pressure tube and did not find any suds or debris build up. I found his drain hose properly installed. I found customer having proper soap usage. Upon further inspection I found a leak in his valve and housing however.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was losing cool and with an ice maker that wasnt working. I checked the temps and found the FC at 14?F and the RC at 49?F. I found the ice actually harvested while I was testing temps, but the customer said it was very intermittent. Upon further inspection I found significant ice build up on the RC evap cover and it actually going into the fresh food drawer. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all fans working as designed and the IM working as designed. I gained access to the control and found thermistors on P5 and P8 getting proper voltage. I ohmd out the RC thermistor from P5-1 to P5-2 and found it at 4.84k which is right where it should be at around 50?F. I ohmd out the FC thermistor at P5-3 to P5-4 and found it at 5.55k which is to high for the 14?F. I ohmd out the RC evap thermistor at P8-3 to P8-4 and found it at 6.81k ohms which is to high with the amount of frost and ice on the evap cover. This indicates a faulty FC and RC evap thermistor. I am ordering both thermistors, the HV control, and the evap cover/drain pan per service pointer W11092686. I am also ordering the damper just in case, for it was getting voltage but I did not hear it. I advised the customer in order to service the unit they had to keep the unit off for at least 48+ hours to defrost. Arrived on site for a refrigerator dripping water in the RC and over freezing in the FC. Upon arrival the customer stated that she was getting icicles in the FC and food was freezing in the RC. I checked temps and found the RC at 33?F and the FC at 0?F. I found the unit on the coldest setting with the damper all of the way open. I advised the customer that due to the open air vents in the back of the RC stuff can sometimes freeze. I walked the customer through how to change temps settings as well. I found the heater and fan working on the unit. I found the drain tube still working and no frost or ice build up on the evap. I found no water drip this time either. I let the customer know her unit was working as designed.

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed main control. Upon arrival was able to install the main control but found the lid lock was still shorting out after doing further test. I then replaced lid lock but unfortunately found that the unit was still shutting down due to some random shortage in the unit and sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not I was then able to narrow down that the ui also had a short inside the harness and was causing the main control and lid lock to not function correctly I was able to install all three needed parts and then reassembled and tested the unit

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice and ice built up behind crisper drawer. Upon further inspection, I found that the customer had defrosted the unit prior to my arrival. Customer advised the unit makes ice, but doesnt dispense the ice. I tested the dispenser and found the motor doesnt function. I removed and replaced the disposer motor and tested and it is operating as designed. I disassembled the RC section and removed the evap cover and found a small block of ice at the top right corner at the suction line and capillary tube. Also found that the evap motor was held on with electrical tape from previous repair by another company. I removed the ice with my steamer. Per service pointer #W11092686, I removed and replaced the RC evap drip pan, secured the evaporator to the back wall with the clips/zipties provided, sealed the top of the evaporator housing with permagum, removed and replaced the evap motor harness and secured the thermistor to the suction line with foil tape and ziptie. Reassembled the RC section and pulled unit out and removed the drain tube and sealed it with silicone. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. While at the back of the unit, I found a sweat spot on the back panel near where the FC evaporator is located indicating a void in insulation. The area was approximately 6 inches long and 1 inch wide next to the hole where insulation is placed inside the unit. Contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of my findings and he documented the info and provided SR#7730839970.

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not igniting. Test unit and found bad igniter. Replaced igniter test unit and unit heating to 350 job complete.

Ran diagnostics water not filling icemaker found hard bend on wires at hinge removed line connection found icemaker fill tube frozen,diagnosed unit will need a new freezer door. Arrived on site for a vent hood not working. I tested the unit and could hear the motor hum but not run. I checked voltage at the wall and motor finding it good. This indicates a bad fan motor.I am ordering the vent motor. Office to reschedule.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making buzzing noises. Upon inspection I found the rear of the unit in the compressor was vibrating or buzzing loudly as if metal was touching metal somewhere. I accessed the rear panel and found a zip tie on the condenser line at the compressor and the steel line at the dryer touching the suction line. I moved the foam cover so that the steel line was no longer touching. I tightened the zip tie and the noise went away. All my other efforts did not work. There is no more abnormal sounds at this time and no leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced actuator. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for unit had banged the wall during a cycle. Looked at the unit and saw that the front panel of the unit had separated from the cabinet of the unit. Fixed cabinet, also the unit was out of balance. Re balanced the unit. Looked under the unit and saw that the belt was not properly seated. Seated belt properly. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher door falling down. Inspected unit and work area. Found both friction pads broken. Per diagnostics mode, no error codes. Monitored test cycle and found all components working as designed. Will need to replace pads to correct door issue. Installed new friction pads on both hinges. Tested door operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected. Spoke with customer on user care guide and soap usage with home water softener system.
