"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had a load drying and I could hear a squeaking noise coming from what appeared to be the back of the unit. Removed the clothing items and disassembled and retested and the squeak stopped. Removed the drum and found where the burner funnel connects at the back panel was rubbing. I tightened the clamp and retested. Also found that the front right roller on the front bulkhead was rusted. I removed and replaced the dryer repair kit (4 rollers, tension roller & belt) & installed a seal on the back of the blower housing collar, reassembled the unit ad retested. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Powered the unit on and it is still power cycling. Called techline and spoke to Rick got sr#7727620255. Advised them of the situation. Rick suggested unplugging the damper control and power the unit back on, unit didn’t power cycle, but when I opened up the fridge door the unit power cycled, it also power cycled when I tried to put the unit into diagnostics. Techline suggested replacing the UI Harness(parts research) and the damper control WPW10479155.; ordrng 1 PARTSRESEARCH (UI HARNESS) and 1 WPW10479155 (DAMPER CONTROL)"

I inspected the drain tube and found the drain tube clogged, causing water to build up in the bottom of the freezer and leak out. Cleared out the drain tub and res installed using permanent gum to seal the tube to the under side of the fridge. Job complete."

Opened unit and felt blasting heat, so unit is actually heating. Only explanation is that the heating element is cutting off prematurely, which can be the flood switch or the control. Called the homeowner and advised him those are the only 2 parts that can be responsible for this, and there isn’t a concrete way to verify. We would need to run cycles and watch and see if and when heat turns off, so we would need to replace control and flood switch Assy.

I recovered the refrigerant and replaced the compressor. I added a low side service tap on the compressor. I installed a dyed drier. I replaced the main control and upgraded the software with a jig. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 4.76 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. Call complete."

He advised the issue is with the venting because the vent goes into four 90 degree angles before it goes into the vent shaft to vent out of the side of the house. He state the restriction of airflow is causing their issue and is probably not helped with lint build up in that vent. Advised customer to clean vent and to shorten the venting. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a no cool refrigerator to possibly replace sealed system parts. I found the compressor running properly. I found no signs of oil. I did find refrigerant in the unit. I recovered the refrigerant and installed a dye dryer and a low side service tap on the compressor. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum for 20 minutes. I charged the system with 5 oz’s of R134A refrigerant and tested the unit. The low side pressure was at 0 and the unit was cooling and working as designed. I explained to the customer to let the unit run for 24 hours and test the temp before loading it because of a possible small leak. Call complete.

on site for icemaker that was not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in a normal ice making cycle and found unit not filling. Found unit caught in the cabinet. I was able to move the unit out enough to remove the bottom cover and replace her valve but was unable to remove the unit. Tested unit in a normal cycle again and unit is working as designed. Customer also noted the light would not turn on. Tested the icemaker using the magnetron magnet on the read switch. Found unit working properly and lights turning on. Advise customer that with her new custom door, there is no magnet to notify the control that the door is closed. Customer is going to buy a magnet and try to install it herself. Call complete."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer frosted up. Upon further inspection, I opened the freezer door and found a large amount of frost/ice in the cabinet and on the food items. Removed the food items and removed the frost/ice and found the door had been switched and wasn’t sealing properly. I removed the washer at the bottom hinge and realigned the door and secured it at the top hinge and tested. The door is securing much better and has a better suction from the gasket. I sealed the gaps in between the chassis and cabinet with silicone. Recommended to the customer that they not lack the freezer section to where there’s no airflow. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothes. Upon further inspection, I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed and turned the unit on. I found the element illuminating in the back right vent. I found a large amount of lint in the lint chute/filter. Checked components and unit is good. Tested sensors and they are good. I serviced the washer and found it not spinning out the clothing and the clothing being too wet going into the dryer will cause them to not get dry on the 1st cycle. I recommended that the customer have someone check the dryer vents and if the unit continues to not dry to call the office. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water in the tub so I pressed cancel to engage the drain pump. I could hear the pump but there was very little water draining into the disposal. Pulled the unit out from the cabinet and found the drain hose badly crimped. I was able to get the hose reshaped and placed some flex seal on the hose to strengthen it until I could return and replace the hose. Tested the unit and it operated as designed with no leaks. I advised the customer of my findings and temporary repairs. I am ordering the 6ft drain hose and scheduled return service No water leaks observed during service; ordrng 1 8269144A (drain hose)"
