"Arrived on site to install a clutch. I gained access to the the clutch and replaced new. I ran a calibration, and ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle. During agitate the entire tub agitated and not just the wash plate. I disassembled the other stator and inspected the slider. I found the slide spring installed in the wrong position. I reinstalled the drive system properly. And ran a test cycle. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for washer making grinding noise. Upon inspection I found the wash late not secured down all the way and warped. When I tried to put the unit into diagnostics it would not respond. I replaced the control and replaced the wash plate. I put the unit into diagnostics with success And ran the auto diagnostics cycle and everything is working as designed. I ran a manual high spin diagnostics and the unit is spinning as designed. The grinding is gone and No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.
