Found leveling feet more the halfway down. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Kathy, was informed to check leveling of ice maker housing from left to right and found leaning to the left. She stated to replace house maker housing. After speaking with customer issue did not occur until ice maker was replaced and also requested for regulator to be removed from water line. Will replace ice maker with housing. Will need water tubing to remove regulator. After repairs are made will measure water fill, 1.6 to 2 ounces. Ran through high spin and heavy agitation as F7E6 fault code directs in service manual. Heard knocking in agitation. Removed dust cover and found actuator not installed into the splutch. Removed actuator and installed into splutch. Placed back in diagnostics and washer is running as designed. Knocking noise is gone. Job completed.

Arrived on site for microwave needing a previously diagnosed turntable tree turntable O-ring stabilizer as well as some touch up paint repair burn marks inside the inner cavity. But arrival I was able to sand down the burnt areas and reapply the touch up paint I then added the O-ring stabilizer and the glass turntable and then reassembled and tested a bowl of ice for 10 minutes as recommended by whirlpool stack line after the full 10 minute repair the ice has melted down and there were no signs of sparking arcing or burning or anything else catching on fire unit is now fully functioning as designed call complete

But did see water on the ground under the unit. When I inspected the inlet line I found the hose and fitting going to the valve was corroded and gunked up leading to a leak. Picture in SD. Shut off the water line under the sink and left kick plate off for customer to monitor. Customer will follow up if leak is there even with line off, but builder or customer needs to replace that supply line to resolve. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a wall oven not reaching temp. Upon arrival the customer stated they used a hanging thermometer to check temps in both the upper and lower oven. They said when the preheat beeped the upper oven was 50?F low and the lower oven was perfect. They used the same thermometer for both. They also said the upper oven has been undercooking some items. I preheated the upper oven and found when it beeped for finish the temp was at 365?F. I continued to monitor the temps and found the average at 340?F. I calibrated the temp 10?F up. I then preheated the lower oven and found the average temps at 360?F. I calibrated the lower oven down 10?F. The oven is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for cooktop smelling like gas. I spoke to the customer and they said they had the gas company out and they found the gas coming from either the regulator or supply line. I used my bubble solution and found the supply line bubbling at the reducer. For the regulator. I found no pipe dope on the threads. I spoke to the customer and they explained they have always had the smell of gas since the house was built. I undid the supply line and used pipe dope on the male threads. I rescued the supply line. I found no more leaks after applying the pipe dope. I turned the gas off and explained to the customer to leave it off for 24 hours to let the pipe dope harden. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found the ice bin stuck. I was able to un stick it and remove the bin. It is full of ice. I made sure the auger arm was connected and tested the unit. It still would not dispense. I replaced the ice bin with new and tested the unit. It dispensed for a few cubes then sounded like the auger motor wasnt working properly. I removed the housing assembly. I found the auger coupler was stripped and the motor shaft would use spin in place. I was not able to remove the coupler so I will need to order the housing, motor, coupler(WP63052-2) and washer(W11378860) to complete the repair. Ive on site for refrigerator needing a previously diagnosed silt system repair via compressor and UV dryer. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that the unit was unplugged and had not been running since the last take a bin out A then recovered refrigerant and unit I didnt install the UV dryer as well as the compressor Ive been vacuumed out the system for 20 minutes and after that ensure that there were no leaks whatsoever in the system I was in able to recharge the system with 5.5 ounces of Freon high then ran the unit and verified upon completion of repair that the pressure was staying at zero on the low side and 150 on the high side and unit is fully functioning as designed inform customer will take at least 24 hours to properly cool before its safe to put any kind of items back in the fridge. All looked good the but the ignitor casing wasnt perfectly straight with the manifold. I straightened it out and reassembled the unit for testing. Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking from the dispenser. Upon inspection I found white water stains on the floor I was able to wipe away with a rag. The water was turned off so I turned it on and tested the units water functions. The dispenser is working as designed and no leaks detected. I waited and let the ice maker cycle. water entered the ice maker with no spill over or leaks. I checked for any other evidence of leaks besides the dispenser but found none. The customer stated that he noticed the water marks after the power outages in February. I could see the water trails coming down from the ice door. I determined that the ice in the ice bin must have melted when the power went out then leaked out of the ice door. And due to the home being vacant it was not seen immediately. I inspected the FC gasket and found some ice on the inside which I removed. I could not find or recreate any leaks at this time. Job complete.
