"arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, customer turned the unit on and the unit sounded normal. I disassembled the unit to inspect the seals and found a small piece of debris in the back drum seal. Reassembled the unit and tested and it continued to operate as designed. I found that the vent tube at the back of the unit was too small to fit the vent going into the wall. The customer had another vent tube and I replaced the old one. Retested using my vent test kit and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with items in the RC freezing. Customer also informed me that when the freezer drawer closes the right side RC door would pop open and break the gasket seal. Examined unit and verified that the right RC door was barely holding closed. Customer does have wooden door panel covers on this unit. Found the unit was pushed in a bit too far back in the opening, and the door was pressed against the cabinet, keeping it from being able to achieve full range of motion, and possibly an air gap. Pulled unit out and leveled it, and door has no other issues. The wooden panels do look like they barely touch, and it is a tighter fit, but doors do close and properly seal. When checking out the ice build up found the air channels behind the sheLves were blocked, preventing air from being able to circulate. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit operated as designed. Ran a second diagnostics test and again it operated as designed. Due to the detergent bin being full and emptying into the tub during diagnostics, I recommended that the customer run a normal wash cycle to get rid o father suds before washing any clothing. When moving the plug in the wall you can hear solenoids clicking, but power doesn’t stay. I’m able to wiggle the plug to get it to go into diag mode, but if you wiggle after power cuts. Called talk line and talked to Butch, SR7727063187. Tested unit with extension cord to another outlet and did not have any power issues and wiggling plug doesn’t cut power. Customer informed the issue is with the outlet for the unit, and they should have it resolved by an electrician. No repair needed at this time, instruct only. T

Upon further inspection, I found the temp settings for the freezer on the coldest setting and the fresh foods section on the recommended tested the ice maker in diagnostics and it is functioning and I tested the fill tube and no water came out of it. I found that the fill tube is frozen. I was able to get the fill tube cleared and rested the fill tube and it dispensed water into the IM tray. I recommended to the customer to keep the freezer setting on the factory setting of 3 and if it freezes again to turn it down to 2. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher hinges. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled from the cabinets and the door wasn’t seated on the hinge mount correctly. I was able to get the door put back on the hinge mount correctly and the spring and door cable attached to the hinge. Tested the unit and it’s operating as designed. I advised the customer that due to the cabinetry I could not install the unit back into the cabinets due to the unit not fitting and the risk of damaging the unit since it was uninstalled upon my arrival. Recommended that they have their installers come and install it. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Performed diagnostics and found F8E0 upper cooling fan speed, F6E4 ui to control state status, F8E1 lower cooling fan speed. Attempted to preheat unit with it pulled out of the wall and lid off to verify fan operation. Found upper fan was not coming at all. Replaced Hv control and retested. Was able to get unit to properly preheat with no errors present. Tested upper oven to 450 and lower to 300. If error comes back after it is recommended to replace UI and appliance manager control to resolve the F6E4 if main Hv control doesn’t stick. Call complete."

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher spray arms. Upon further inspection, the customer handed me the top spray arm and the retainer. I found the retainer was broken and the broken piece was stuck the spray arm. I installed a new spray arm and retainer. Also found the lower spray arm not attached. I reattached it and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. When opening the door, I could hear a popping noise. I removed the outer door panel and found the vapor barrier was rubbing the lip of the reservoir. I adjusted the barrier and tested and the popping stopped. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site and tested operation. Found temp rises to 258 degrees when set to any heat and temperatures drop very slowly. Loosened clap on vent hose to remove hose and the vent hose popped off. Without unit connected to vent the temperatures cycle properly on each selection. Tested on air dry and inspected exterior vent and found very little air flow. Instructed customer that the vent in the wall going outside is restricted and should be cleared before using unit due to fire hazard. Job complete
