Arrived onsite for flames to big.on inspection the flames that are to big were the simmer flame. Adjusted the burners so they had a simmer. Arrived on site to inspect gas range burning smell. I spoke with the customer and she informed me after cooking a baked potato for around 40 minutes she smelled a burning smell and went to turn the oven off and found the control panel very hot. I inspected the unit and found a white sticky residue on the back of the unit on the vent. It looks like the tech sheet thats encased in plastic was installed on the vent. When the oven was used for an extended period of time the plastic melted causing the burning smell. I ran a bake cycle to 350 and 425 and monitored temperatures. The unit is heating properly. I instructed the customer that the vent for the oven is located under the control panel causing the control panel to get hot. I also informed the customer to always use the vent fan when using the range. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke with Chris 7737903293. Chris recommends cleaning the melted adhesive off the vent. I also called Whirlpool safety 7737836770 and documented my findings. I cleaned the residue off the vent and now the unit operates as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for washer with broken drain hose attachment. Upon arrival found middle drain hose asm broken. Couldnt reach customer to notify them of part status or get autho for repairs. Office to collect service from fc on file.

"Arrived on site to inspect induction cooktop controls issue. Upon further inspection, using a large pot, I placed some water in the pot and tested the cooktop large middle burner on setting of 9. Shortly after placing the pot on and turning the burner on, the water began to boil (photo) which tells me the unit is getting 240V. Using a smaller pot and testing the same as with the large pot, I tested the back left burner and it too is operating as designed (photo). I tested all burners and all burners are operating as designed. I contacted the owner to discuss use and care of the unit. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

From the unit pressures hold for 20 minutes without dropping. Vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and pressure. Sold again for another 20 minutes. Charged the unit up with 55 g of R600 refrigerant and test of the unit. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. I advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no power and the breaker tripped. The breaker is a GFCI breaker and once the breaker was turned on, the red warning light began to flash. I recommended the customer have the breaker inspected/replaced. With the unit powered up, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all components and found the defrost element in the FC compartment was causing the unit to trip the breaker as I forced defrost on the unit and the unit lost power. Before I gained access to the element, I provided a disclaimer from management regarding the issues with this unit to my customer. I gained access to the defrost element and found the evap cover insulation had melted at the bottom (photo) and found what appears to be a burnout spot on the element and the right side of the element looks warped outward away from the evaporator. I tested ohms to the element and got 30.1 ohms. I attempted to test for voltage and when I forced defrost again, the unit lost power and the breaker tripped. After discussing repairs and the potential for more failures in the near future, the customer advised they did not want to move forward with repairs. I reassembled the unit and had the customer sign for their receipt. Unit left turned off at the breaker and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer gas odors. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they smelled gas after the previous service call. Customer advised that a gas company rep came to inspect and found the leak at the burner connector and gas line. At the previous service call, the unit was moved out to remove the vent tube but no gas odors were present at that time. I found the gas line connector to the unit burner was not tight and gas was weeping. I tightened the connection and tested the unit and tested the connection, for any further leaks, with my liquid gas leak detector and the unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. Also tested the connection at the wall,and found no leaks. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

WEG750H0HZ5 Arrived to inspect no oven heat. I found the unit would not ignite in bake or broil and inspected the ignition board. There was a visible burn on the board and it had not been fully seated during manufacture. I removed and replaced the ignition board and tested. The unit resumed all normal functions and there were no gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to install RC door. I removed and replaced the RC door and installed the nameplate. The customer is no longer having air bubbles in the water. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The ice container has a large ice ball. There are also icicles under the ice maker tray and arm. I removed the ice from the container and under the container. I ran a harvest cycle and found the ice maker running properly. I preformed a fill test and found the ice maker filled but kept dribbling after the valve has shut. The valve is weeping and overflowing the ice tray. I found no ice in the fill tube. The customer is not on a water softener. I removed and replaced the water valve under warranty due to callback period. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for dryer timer not advancing. On inspection the timer does not move. Gain access to the timer and found that the timer got hit by a spike of electricity. "Arrived onsite for a stacked washer that is showing PF code. Upon arrival I found no codes stored I performed a voltage test and doin 118vac with the unit off and the same when the unit is running. I checked polarity and found that it was good. I ran the unit in quick wash cycle and found that the unit operated as designed but I did notice that there is a squeaking when the tub moves up and down which could be the dampers going out which can cause the unit not to spin out the clothes properly which the customer also complained about. I am ordering the dampers/ shocks and the springs to be replaced and will return with the acu, filter board, console and a scans tech to help me get the dryer off the top of the washer and Will need to replace the filter and have the customer monitor the unit. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water from the icemaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had issues with water coming from the ice chute but theyve also had issues with a rattling noise with the unit and the freezer not staying below 90?F. I did confirm the customers complaint and found a defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass. I forced a defrost on the freezer section and found no amperage coming from the defrost circuit. While doing my testing, I found the three-way valve continually shift from side to side without stopping and the control making clicking sounds every 15 seconds. I checked resistance through the thermistors at the control and found the thermistors within range. Found the deli drawer UI completely dead. Spoke to SW and was advised this was a dc short within the unit. Ordering all components for the defrost circuit as well as several components within the DC circuit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they used it two times and on the third cycle, the unit would lock and unlock would make a few noises and would go completely done. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Attempted to start a cycle and confirmed the customers complaint. Found the drum would attempt to turn twice and then go to Dunn. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle, and at the end when it spun, found the unit, throwing an error code for an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. I checked underneath the washer and found actuator had something stuck above the actuator. Removed the obstruction and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying the dishes at the end of the cycle and there will be a residue on them. Upon arrival I found that they was standings water in the unit I checked for a high loop and found that there was none which caused drain back. I corrected this and tested the drain pump and found that it drains the water away like normal. I ran diag mode and found the there was a heater not coming on code stored f7e1. I cleaned the code and ran the unit in diag mode and found that the heater didnt come on I tested the heater with my meter and found that it showed open. I replaced the heater and tested the unit and found that the unit operated as designed, I did speak with customer about proper detergent use."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed unit wasnt cooling but found unit was unplugged. Restored power and found all fans and compressor running. Inspected evap coil but found no frost or moister build up of any kind after 10 minutes of run time. Found unit will need sealed system repair. Ordering W10832994 compressor, WPW10608485 evap coil(fc), W11492867 rc evap coil, WPW10143759 uv drier, W10913906 access valve. Office to reschedule once availability of customer is known,; ordrng 1 W10832994 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10608485 (Evap coil(fc)) and 1 W11492867 (Rc evap coil) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 Nitrogenkit (Nitrogen kit)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not functioning properly, customer stated that it fell through the counter top cut out, hole was cut out to big and it was hanging by the glass causing glass to crack and separate from the metal frame, customer is talking with builder and installers to get this replaced at this time job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not working. Test unit and found broken igniter. Replaced igniter test unit and found bad valve. Replaced valve test unit and found bad control board. Ordering new board office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11620481 (Control board)

"Arrived onsite for dryer making noise. On inspection when the drum was spinning there was rock sounding noise. I gain access to the blower wheel and found small pebbles and sand in the blower wheel. Cleared them out and turn the unit on. The noise is gone from the unit. The unit is operating as designed. The vent goes right out the wall and when I had the vent hose off I could see lint buildup on the outside of the vent. Went outside and cleaned the vent out. The unit is breathing now, the clothes will dry faster!"

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced wash plate W11510461 and agitator tube W11614636. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
