"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed with no leaks. I inspected the drain hose and inlet hoses and found no signs of a leaks. I tilted the unit back and found the pulley shield damaged (photo). I found no signs of a leak under the unit and no cracks in the tub. The customer advised the unit was making a loud grinding noise when in the spin cycle (pulley shield rubbing on the pulley). I advised the customer that they had too large of a load in the washer and caused the tub to drop and sit on the floor which caused the damage to the shield. Customer advised that they had performed a large load when the noise and leak occurred. I adjusted the shield and retested the unit and it continued to operate as designed. I found 121VAC at the control on J15 orange to white but down at the shifter I had 0VAC but if I tested orange or white to ground I had 121VAC indicating a break in the harness. "WDF331PAMS0 Arrived to inspect leak. I tested the unit in service test mode, finding no stored errors, and could not recreate the issue. Further testing s within normal mode, also were leak free. I did find the overflow float switch had been bumped at some point and was bound up. I corrected the issue and retested and there were no leaks, with full functionality of the machine present. I suspect there was residual water within the tub assembly from installation and it was enough to overflow when the machine was tested recently. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud noise. Upon arrival customer also stated items in rc were freezing. Upi. I raised the top panel so the customer could remove their clothing items from the basket since the lid is locked. I removed the control panel and tested voltage at the control and got 122V. Unplugged the unit and disconnected the control panel from the main control and tested the panel harness and foundation it good. Following the tech sheet, I tested the control at pin J14-1 to 4 and got 15.3VDC (12.7VDC). I found the diagnostics LED not flashing. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor, clutch and slider and harness shield (photos). I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the gearcase, clutch, slider and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION and will need authorization on all parts ordered including the main control and control panel fascia. Unit left unplugged for safety reasons and office to schedule return service upon receiving authorization. Returning tech to replace the gearcase, clutch, slider, main control and possibly the panel fascia. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is still stopping intermittently through the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised unit has been finishing cycles but still has not completed every single cycle. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7736800637. He had me run through a couple of checks and had them send photos of the vent hose behind the dryer. We found that the vent hose was crushed at the dryer port, causing an air flow restriction. He advised that because of that, the customer would need to shorten their vent hose And asked if the customer had their ducts cleaned anytime within the last two years. The customer advised that they dont remember the last time that they had actually cleaned out there dryer ducts. He said that the motor was most likely overheating due to the lack of airflow movement within the dryer. The customer did advise that the entire dryer seems to get out whenever the unit is not running. He advised to shorten the vent hose and clean out the venting within the wall and to call back if any other issues persist. Advised the customer of techlines findings and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I tested within service test mode and all functions were present, but the element did not draw any current. I found the element tested open and I removed and replaced. The unit resume full, normal operation and current draw was as expected. The customer pre-rinses well and was using pods. I advised in detergent type and amount for their use and adjusted the rinse agent accordingly. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

I did advise the customer that I have never seen any microwaves boil water within 40 seconds especially from room temperature or colder. But I did explain because that all components are working properly, there would be nothing. I could replace to guarantee any difference with the unit especially because the unit is heating and operating as designed. The customer just wanted to have it checked before the warranty expired. Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was making a grinding sound when in use. On arrival customer said unit had stopped draining and they had to force the lid open to remove clothing. I checked the drain pump and got no response from it. I drained the unit and checked the harness. Found broken wire in the harness causing loss of voltage to pump. I replaced the damaged wiring with a thicker wiring harness and resolved the failed pump. I could not test further due to the lid lock being non functional since it had to be forced open. "Arrived onsite for unit display time resetting itself, the date is accurate. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and recorded F6E0 communication error, from July 4-8. Contacted tech line for assistance. Spoke to Chris SR#7736837526. Did find that on the breaker panel the only led illuminated was for the microwave. Power cycled the unit and the red led turned off. Unit may have had an electronic glitch. After power cycle customer will monitor. If symptoms persist tech line advised there is not a clear way of determining the source of the glitch so recommend replacing the door and the main control at the same time. Unit is heating fine. "Arrived onsite for washer walking while spinning. On inspection found the suspension was bad, I could push the basket down to the ground with out any issues. Installed new suspension and I had to put all weight on to the basket to get to touch the floor. There is SP out about issues with the basket. This basket did not have the QR code on it ordering a new basket W11172199. On further inspection found water on the ground when searched for it I found the hoses at the washer were hand tight. Arrived onsite for oven loosing power. The customer said that every night it loose power. Last visit put in a new control board and it made no difference. This time I gain access to the power outlet and found that there was copper and aluminum connected together without the special wire nuts that keep the wire from oxidizing. It can create a bad control for the oven. I cut the wire back and reconnected them together. Told customer to contact the builder to have the correct wire nuts installed.

Arrived onsite for a DW that is having ui issues. Upon inspection I found that the the ui is having trouble responding to button presses. I replace the ui/console and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood blowing air back onto the cooktop. Upon further inspection, tested the venthood with the cooktop middle burner turned on and found the burner flames being blown around the burner head. I found at the back of the venthood, there is a gap approximately 2-3 inches wide and not sealed off properly. I reached up the gap and could feel the damper and the damper was opening properly with the blower turned on, but was not sealed off when installed. I contacted techline and spoke to Steve and advised of the complaint and my findings. I advised that the issue is a gap between the venthood and the wall and its not sealed properly causing air to flow back into the home and not out the vent. I advised its an installation issue and Steve agreed and provided SR#7736843788. No repairs to the unit at this time, job completed ."

"Arrived on site to diagnose no cool refrigerator making a consistent clicking. Tested unit and confirmed no cooling present, and clicking is the start device on the compressor. Compressor itself is hot to the touch, indicating its locked up and failed. Ordering sealed system repair to resolve. Arrived on site for unit not draining and lid locked. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error code F9-E1 long drain. Raised unit to inspect drain pump. Found drain pump harness was not connected. Secured connection. Test unit and all water drained and lid unlocked. Found oversized load caused tub to touch floor and caused harness to disconnect. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival I installed the new center gas valve and orifice holder and turned the gas back on and tested the unit to make sure that it lit and found it operational I found do gas smell at this time. I will however have to return with a knob as the customer broke it I ordered the knob and collected the balance including the knob and scheduled return for 07/19/23 also ordered the gas leak detector to help put the customers mind at ease.; ordrng 1 316564511 (KNOB-TOP VALVE) and 1 Gasleakdetector (Gas leak detector)

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to possibly replace the previous diagnosed parts. I tested the ice box fan and within 30 seconds the fan was running full speed and is working as designed. I found frost and ice building up right behind the evaporator cover and causing the FC thermistor to start getting incased in ice. The evaporator has a good frost pattern but the FC is only getting to 17 degrees and bouncing to 18 degrees because of this. I called techline and spoke with Rich he added on to File # 7736793922. Rich advised replacing the three way valve because they have seen a few issues with floating restrictions in the valve and causing these types of issues. Ordering W11575003 3 way valve and WPW10143759 drier. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (UV drier) and 1 W11575003 (3 way valve)

Arrived on site for a unit. That is not operating. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found water at the bottom of the basket. Attempted to run drain and spin and could not get the unit to drain. Checked underneath the washer and found a split wire going to the drain pump due to the clip that the wiring harness was running through at the drain pump. Went ahead and spliced and out of the wire cap to the wiring. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"KRFF507HPS03 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the FC had frozen up, but it had recovered prior to my arrival and temperatures were within expected norms. The FC drawer was missing the stops in both sides and may have contributed to the ice issue. The unit would hammer during water dispensing and the filter housing will require replacement. Arrived onsite for a DW that is not operating the detergent dispenser when you run a wash cycle. Upon arrival I ran the unit in diagnostics mode and found that the unit ran through the cycle with no problems but the dispenser did not open.
