I pressed cancel to turn the drain pump on ad immediately, it began to make a rattling noise which the customer recognized. I removed the drain pump and found debris in the drain area and the drain pump motor was hot. I vacuumed out the drain area and replaced the drain pump with new and retested. I gained access to the hv control and replaced new. Powered the unit back on. The on and off cycle slowed down and would happen every time the compressor start device was engaged. I powered the unit of and replaced the start device. Powered the unit back on, and it went through start up just fine, compressor and evaporator fan came on with no issues. I tested if the unit would dispense water and ice, bot are working. Tested UI operation, all tested good. I tested the freezer temp to make sure unit is cooling. Tempera is dropping. Unit is operating as designed no water leaks detected."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator RC section with condensation building up on ceiling and door and pooling below. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=10 & RC=42 degrees. I found ice built up at the back of the ice maker housing at the back wall and condensation on the underside of the housing. Also found where water was pooling under the crisper drawers. When I removed the fascia, I found where the ice maker housing was not pushed back all the way as the portholes at the opening of the ice maker housing weren’t visible. I removed the housing and removed and replaced the adaptor and placed perigum in the gaps where the adaptor and housing meet. When I placed the housing back into place, I was able to push the housing back and see the portholes and mounted tightly. Also was able to get the ice chute gasket adjusted so it doesn’t crimp when closing the left RC door. I checked the FC door gasket and found it to be sealing properly.I

Mr stated that one time it will trip about 30 seconds after it’s powered up and the next time it will run for hours before it trips. I powered the refrigerator and tested it. All components were working and the breaker didn’t trip. I ran a forced defrost and the heater was drawing around 4 amps and the breaker didn’t trip. I started monitoring amp draw on the compressor and after about 30 minutes it had climbed up to 2.98 amps and stayed there never changing. The compressor started getting warm. I called techline and spoke with Scott. Scott stated the compressor should be running just a little over an amp and advised tested the windings and if they were good to replace the inverter. "Arrived on site for washing machine not going through a full cycle. I tested the lid switch for continuity, switch is failed it is showing constantly open, even after switch is engaged. Ran unit through a rinse and spin cycle. Heard a grinding noise and the basket was not spinning. I gained access to the motor and gear case, found the couple between motor and gear case is damaged. I am ordering the coupling 285753A to complete the repair. I left the brackets and screws for the motor and pump taped to the top of the motor. I find a large amount of frost built up around the FC cabinet at the opening and around the inner door. No signs of a gap in the door gasket, but did find where the door panel is separating in the upper left corner at the gasket. Customer advised the leak she called in about only happened once this past week before the first time it happened back when she bought it. Found no water residue or leakage anywhere. Checked drip pan and found it full. I asked the customer if they had left the door open or if they had any frost on the freezer. She said they had about a week ago when they had another child over for a few days. They said the frost evaporated but then they noticed water a few days later.
