Found freezer door sealing properly but unit sweating at the top where the gasket touches the center million. I asked the customer whether they had seen any frost inside the freezer and they did not. Felt center million for heat exchange and found the Molien warm from the top screw for the handle and down to the bottom but from the screw up, the center mullion was cold water cold. I called Techline and spoke to Butch and SR# 7728365343. He had me take temperature in the freezer section and found the unit within range. He asked me to unplug the condenser fan and let the unit run for 10 minutes without the condenser fan running to see if the center mullion would change temperature. Found the upper portion of the mullion not changing temperatures and he bottom portion dropping in temperature. I called Techline back (Same SR) and spoke with Leon.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was leaking water from the icemaker. Upon further inspection I found that the icemaker itself has the enamel painting starting Chipaway in flake off in the ice in the icemaker motor is broken. The icemaker will need to be replaced and the reasoning this all started happening is because the water valve has not been shutting all the way in has Has been leaking water into the icemaker and causing more problems so the water valve will need to be replaced as well. The user interface on the front of the fridge is also at a point that because of the damage and can’t see what all the function of the czar and the customers have stated that they have cut their fingers trying to push the buttons due to how jagged some of the edges are. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit to be an upright refrigerator located in the garage and customer had unit pulled away from the wall. Before so could test temps, customer pointed out that the back cabinet panel was sweating. I found a 3x6 inch oval shaped sweat spot on the back lower right section of the cabinet that is directly behind the evaporator. I checked temp in the unit and it read 62 degrees. I found ice on the evap cover and when I removed the cover, I found the suction and capillary tubes engulfed in ice. I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of my findings.Other than the sweating at the back of the unit, there were no water leaks/connections to the unit. Job completed."

When they did it was frosting in the back of the unit by the evaporators. The previous company came out and replaced the thermistors and the main control in the back of the unit. The problem is the unit is still not cooling in the fridge. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no frost build up on them evaporators, I found good frost patterns on both evaps. I explained to the customer the issue he was having with the unit prior was that it wasn’t defrosting properly. I did a temp test in the unit and found it only at 21 degrees in the freezer, I power cycled the unit and it started cooling properly. I explained to the customer how the control panel is the brain of the machine and that’s what control the defrost and cooling. Job complete no water leaks"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with water dripping from the dispenser. Overnight the unit slow drips about 40% of 1 cup. Performed diagnostic on unit and tested dispenser. Found water was not coming out quickly, and pressure felt low. Customer said they are on a well with regulated pressure that goes to a reverse osmosis system before the unit. Called tech line and spoke with Adrian, SR7728352784. With the pressures being so low, it’s resulting in the valve allowing a tiny bit of bypass due to being unable to fully close. Customer will need to increase the pressure to the refrigerator to stop the drip as it’s due to low pressure. No repair is required at this time as pressure needs to be increased. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dryer taking to long to dry. I inspected the unit and work area. I turned the dryer on and found it heating and tumbling. I placed a piece of plastic covering the filter housing to test air flow. The piece of plastic is not being pulled in at all indicating there is poor air flow. I inspected the exterior vent and found the vent flap not opening up all the way causing an air flow restriction. I spoke to the customer and showed them what I had found. I advised they have the home builder come out and inspect the vent to find out why it’s not opening all the way. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no power and the breaker tripped. Cycled the power to the unit and placed into diagnostics showing error codes F7E0, F9E2, F0E3, F0E5. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. Following the tech sheet for F7E0, I tested voltage at the power cord and got 124V, tested continuity at the power cord and it was good, tested voltage at the console and got 5VDC. Manually tested the components and all are operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings ad recommended having the breaker and outlet checked by electrician. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for MW oven combo for door not closing all the way leaving the light on and wires hanging. Upon speaking with the customer and inspecting the unit I found that the right side interlock for the microwave was not making full contact with the door every time will need a new interlock I also found that the console was intermittently not responding well to touch and some wires hanging out of the bottom of the console. As I was replacing the console i found the frame was slightly bent at the top of the MW letting the wires from the console fall down. I adjusted and straightened the frame. I tested the console and It is now responding much better to touch. Ordering (W11033422) interlock kit (W10874474) hinges just Incase.; ordrng 2 W10874474 (hinge-door)s and 1 W11033422 (interlock)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit was leaking from the back right corner. I removed the top panel to inspect the units water hoses and found them good. When I looked down into the unit from the top at the front, I saw what appeared to be broken plastic. I removed the back panel and found the lower counterweight leaning against the drain pump. Further inspection showed that the counterweight actually broke off from the drum which caused the water to leak. I turned the water off and removed the water hoses from the unit and left it unplugged for safety per customer request. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection and after running diagnostics I found that the touchpad interface ribbon was coming loose from the main control board. I triple checked all of the hardware such as fuses and thermostats and make sure no air codes were seen in diagnostics after retesting the machine everything is working thoroughly and the ribbon is re-connected to the motherboard properly.
