I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I tested amp draw to the element and when it was to come on, I could hear the relay on the control but the amp reading was 0. I removed and replaced the element and retested and it is operating as designed. The element amp draw during the wash cycle and at the end in the drying cycle was 7-9 amps both readings. I advised the customer of my findings/repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

This error indicates a stuck float switch. Inspected the float switch assembly and found no malfunctions. Ran a test cycle and dishwasher filled with water and operated properly as water valve shut off every time door was opened. Started a normal wash cycle and opened door periodically to ensure that water valve is closing. Issue may have been due to water pressure or potentially water valve being air locked and stuck open. Found obvious leak coming from diverter, which has gotten under their hardwood floors and done damage to the wooden framework around the unit. Some of the floor was removed due to being molded and a health hazard. Took pictures in SD mobile of visible damage. Need AUTHO for sump and motor assy and toe plate. Leak came from diverter in sump, and toe plate is molded from leak. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. During the sensing stage of diagnostics, the unit sensed the water volume and shut off as designed, as well. I tilted the unit back and found a small amount of gearcase oil on the pulley shield and belt and a small amount of belt shavings in the shield.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED96HEAC1 "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was vibrating heavily and making rattling noise. Performed diagnostic and cycle test. Ran unit and could hear and verify the drum vibrating quite a bit, as well as a metallic rattle. Replaced all rollers and idler pulley, as well as using truck stock insulating pads to insulate the blower wheel housing. Retested and noise is now gone. All is working as designed. Advised customer chassis did have several bends in it from moves, and may always make a small degree of noise.

Unit also reported to not make ice. arrived on site and ran diagnostics and temp checks. Freezer and RC both were reading cold, and unit had made ice again and ice bucket was full. Customer advised me that they tried a power cycle before and unit started working fine after they did. Found freezer was set to -4, with temps averaging around 0 degrees. RC set to 37, averaging 39. Could not recreate over temp conditions. Checked all fans and tested good, and evaps are not iced over at all. Can not find any mechanical faults at this time. All appears to be working as designed, likely FC door maybe just not fully closing at the time. Advised customer to follow up with us if issue repeats and to check temps in both compartments. Call complete."
