"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the gasket and both front leveling feet and tested oven temps by using my multimeter and placing the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and testing temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 456. My next 5 readings were 320, 415, 320, 390, 316 for an average temp of 353 degrees. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water stain on front of unit. Upon further inspection, I found a water stain on the bottom portion l father FC door under the dispenser area. I tested the dispenser and found that once water was dispensed and the cup removed approximately 30 seconds later water dripped from the dispenser tubing area. I found calcium buildup on the separator where the tubing is locked in and holding water in that area. I removed and replaced the separator and retested and unit is operating as designed. Using my stainless steel cleaner, I attempted to remove the stain but due to the stain being the door too long, it has become etched into the door.

Took temperatures and found the freezer section sitting at -2?F in the refrigerator section sitting at 36?F. Spoke to SW and was advised that the issue is most likely with the thermostat. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found unit unplugged. I ohmed out the thermistors and found freezer thermistor around 5.5 Kohms. After plugging unit in and letting unit run for 20 minutes I found evap coil frosting over evenly, the condenser fan evap fan compressor as well as dampener motor all functioning as designed both in normal mode and diagnostics. I then found during diagnostics that the unit failed the FC evap thermistor test. I the. Replaced the main harness and evap thermistor in freezer. After reassembling I found in diagnostics mode that unit was no longer giving error code and found unit. Ow had full functionality. Informed rac that unit will need to be run for 24 hrs to insure its cooling well. Call complete .86 amps/heat transference from high side and dryer"

Customer informed that the food in the freezer compartment has been over freezing, put unit into service diagnostics and found thermistors testing good, all fans testing good and defrost testing good, put unit into basic defrost mode rather than global as we put it into global last visit. Found temperature extremes of 77? and -22? in the freezer compartment. We reached out to techline and advised them of the situation. They recommended replacing the gf2 board for the unit, we got sr#7730827844. Replaced the gf2 board per techline instruct and powered the unit back on, unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

Tested freezer compartment for temperature and found 9?, found frost build up in the refrigerator compartment. Tested refrigerator compartment for temperature and found 37? and the ice box compartment reading 24?. Checked ice box fan and found it to be operating intermittently. Put unit into test 38 for a manual defrost. Tested FC and RC thermistors, both operating as designed. Replaced the ice box fan and vacuumed the bottom of the fridge near the toe plate due to mass amounts of dog hair blocking the airflow, releveled the feet and put the unit back into place,unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for no cool in refrigerator compartment and previous freeze in crisper drawer, customer informed that the freezer is still cooling but the fridge compartment temperature is high, found frost on the fresh food evap cover. Put unit into service diagnostics and the condenser fan is still running even though the unit should not be functioning while in diagnostics. Ran service diagnostics to check the compressor, tested fine, checked the fresh food section evap fan motor, fan motor did not come on, accessed housing and found ice blocking the drain tube and that the fan motor had failed. Removed the fan motor and steamed out the drain tube to be fully clear. After replacing the fan we noticed the unit has a proper frost pattern and the unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that will crush the ice sometimes on cubed. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will crush a small amount of ice when dispensing on cubed. I advised the customer sometimes the auger arm can break up some cubes while dispensing, particularly if they are clumped together. She also stated that the ice maker has slow production and only makes a few trays a day. I checked the temps and found the FC at 3?F, the RC at 37?F, and the ice box at 14?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and the fan worked as designed. The ice box thermistor also read good. I jumped the harvest and fill and found neither worked. I then checked voltage to the IM while trying to jump and found 0VAC. I gained access to the harness and observed no damage. I still found no voltage. This indicates a faulty control. Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing stuff in the RC and not making ice. Upon inspection I found FC8 = RC=31. I found the unit stuck in defrost. I accessed the evaporator and found a good frost pattern but the heater would not turn off. I replaced the control box and evaporator thermistor. As I replaced these parts I noticed the front panel where the condenser line runs through felt abnormally hot to the touch. I accessed the condenser fan and found it dead or not operating. I tested voltage at the connector and found only 57 Vac present when 120 Vac is needed to power the fan. I checked red to ground and found 125 Vac present.
