"Arrived on site to test unit for door not shutting and exhaust vent not secured. Upon arrival customer stated door does not shut, there is air blowing from the exhaust, the inside of the unit is always wet and there is little to no lint accumulation. Verified issues, door does not shut due to the strike spreading and then eventually damaging the catch. Replaced catch (W11429587) and strike (W11429589) and tested, door now shuts properly. Secured vent hose. Ran a vent test on the unit, found poor airflow indicating a restriction the venting system. Also the condensation accumulation in the unit is due to the cold temps in the home and the warm moist air entering in from the vent. Advised customer to have the builder inspect the vent for any restrictions, also they can install a louver flap to prevent warm air from entering the home and causing condensation. At this time unit is running and functioning as designed, job complete."

Upon further inpsection, the customer advised that she recently changed the filter and ran two gallons of water through but were still seeing the bits of debris. I was able to trace the black specs back to the filter and suspect that it is a bad filter. I removed the filter and ran the water unitl it was clear and tried the filter again, and the black specs returned. I advised the customer that sometimes the filters require more than 2 gallons to run clear. I recommened that the customer run more watwe hrough the filter until it runs clear ans if it continues to pass black specs then it is a faulty filter chage the filter and it is recommended to change. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon futher inpsection, I found that the water was coming from the RC section. I gained access to the rear of the unit and found that the drain tube was completely clogged with rust and lint and preventing the water from draining properly. I removed and cleaned and cleaned the drain tube. I reinstalled the drain tube and cleared the water and reassembled the unit. The unit is now operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found standing water at the bottom of the tub. I pressed cancel on the control panel to engage the drain pump and could hear the pump come on, but no water was being drained from the unit. Using my shop vac, I removed the water from the unit, then gained access to the drain pump and removed it from the sump assembly. I retested the drain pump and found it pulsating intermittently. I replaced the drain pump and retested and found the unit draining the water, but at a very slow rate. I inspected the drain hose and found it clear, but when the unit was installed, someone placed an extension on the existing drain hose and the extension was smaller or too narrow and debris was getting clogged in the extension hose causing more stress on the drain pump. I advised the customer of my findings and removed the extension hose and connected the dishwasher drain hose to the disposal, and secured it to the disposal. I retested the unit, and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10876537"

"Arrived on site to insect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured -4FC and 34 RC. I placed the unit into service mode and ran test #120 for the ice maker, and it failed. I ran tests 96 and 97 to check the valves, and the valves are operating as designed and water is coming into the tray. I also ran test 59 and verified the operation of the ice box fan. I replaced the faulty ice maker and tested the ice maker again, and it passed. I also set the fridge to standard defrost. No water leaks observed during servive. W11557001"

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer throwing errors and not draining. Resident advised unit wasn't draining before and its never fully been fixed. I tested the unit and found no drainage at all. I could tell by the smell the trap was clogged. I disassembled the unit and removed a bra pad and other debris from the trap. Drain pump sounded very unhealthy so I replaced the drain as well. I reassembled and tested fully. Found unit is locked on drain and will not stop if you start a cycle. Found overflow error and overload error. I replaced the pressure switch after blowing out the hose, but unit still stuck in flood state with constant drain running. I replaced the main control to resolve this. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with hard door swing issue, and also has some noise coming from it. I identified the noise the customer was describing, which sounded almost like a consistent pop or heartbeat while cooling. Noise is barely noticeable and low frequency. The function of the unit is not being impeded at all, and the noise is likely refrigerant moving through the lines, or lines might have shifted slightly in the liner. No repair is necessary as the noise is not excessive and its not affecting function at all. I did raise the level of the unit to assist with the RC door closing. Unit now working properly and within customer preference. No parts needed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not going through a rinse and sp8n cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had two loads in a row where the rinse and spin either would not add water to the rinse and another cycle on deep water wash that paused halfway through the cycle and would not complete until they hit the start button again. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E2 (i let water temerute fault), F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature), and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto.Test and the unit ran as designed. I ran the unit through a rinse and spin and found the unit filling and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that it appeared that everything on the machine was working like it should, and that they may have had some steam that caused the control to pause. I did advise that because the machine is working and operating as designed, i did not see any issue with the machine. Arrived onsite for unit locking out. I found three error codes stored one being a water pressure issue. I inspected the lower air trap duct to the water pressure sensor and found it clogged. "KRMF706EBS01 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling and lights out. On arrival I verified issues client also stated that a storm knocked out the power. I ran diagnostic and tested all fans all other test. Lights were out due to a bad control board also door open sign didn't go away. FC evaporator motor was bad and also ice build up. I removed all ice replaced motor evaporator FC ,control power supply, led control,pantry ui, ,and HV control tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

"I wrap downside for a washing machine that is getting hot water when selecting cold water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that not only are they getting hot water whenever they're selecting cold water for the wash temperature, but they are also having lower water levels inside of the washer. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I found that the cold water valve was drawing in less than optimum water flow. "Arrived onsite for unit with lots of buildup in tub and components. Unit is washing. Found evidence of lots of calcium deposits. Called techline for assistance. Spoke to Austin SR#7741882715. Found customer was not using rinse aid, is putting vinegar in rinse aid dispenser. Tech stated unit is Designed to be used with rinse aid and is necessary. Recommended customer descale with shower cleaner, add salt to counter sudsing and flushing using afresh to clean unit. Also recommended using rinse aid going forward. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for unit tripping under load in the first 5 minutes when the unit has laundry in it. Replaced the motor and blower. Unit is continuing to trip. Scrutinized the power supply and found the L1 was is tripping independently, also it has 2 15 amp breakers instead of a double buss 30amp breaker which will be contributing to a low trip threshold that is not suitable for the draw of the unit.
