"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, customer provided a video of their electrician replacing the GFCI outlet and breaker and when they turned the unit on, the breaker tripped. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I continued with testing and after the unit dispensed water and the motor came on, I opened the unit door and pressed start to advance the test and as soon as I closed the door, the unit tripped the breaker. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of my findings. Andrew advised that the door switch shouldnt be causing the the breaker to trip. Andrew had me test the unit with the inlet valve unplugged and the unit continued to trip. I unplugged the drain pump and the unit continued to trip. Unplugged the P4 harness connection to the control and opened and closed the door and the breaker did not trip. Andrew advised that a relay in the control could possibly the cause of the issue. He recommended unplugging the diverter and dispenser and test the unit. If the unit continues to fail, he recommended replacing the main control. Provided SR#7730916740. I tested the dispenser and drain pump,and it continued to trip. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit continues to trip breaker. I unplugged the motor from the control and retested and unit did not trip the breaker. I am ordering the sump/motor assembly and office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the unit making the noise which sounded like a metal on metal loud screeching noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and check error codes and found none. Continued with testing and at the very beginning in the sensing phase, the unit began to make the noise. I tilted the unit back and retested and it appeared to be coming from the motor. Using the belt that was prescreened, I removed and replaced the belt and retested and noise stopped. I advised the customer of the repair. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for freezer with suspected door seal issues and forming ice. Upon inspection I found the middle of the gasket at the top of the door was separating from the door leaving a gap. This has caused ice sickles to form right in that spot. I added some adhesive and corrected the gasket so that it makes a good seal. I advised the customer not to open the unit for a couple of hours. I also found the unit to be on the porch. I advised that when the hotter days come around the location of the unit could become an issue but as of now the unit is working as designed. Job complete.

The customer advised that the unit started making ice the day after she called in and has been continuing to make ice but just wanted to have it checked just in case. Ran the unit through all test functions from the ice level sensor, thermistors, icemaker error codes, ice box fan, and harvest tests. All tests showed the unit was working properly. The customer had a full bin of ice and the unit is working as designed. I did advise the customer that due to the unit not showing any failures that it appeared her unit was working like it should. Arrived on site for a nice machine that?s not making very much ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is making ice slowly and that the ice is coming out thin. The unit was already in an ice making cycle and I could see the ice that was developing was developing unevenly. Checked the water reservoir and found very little water in the water reservoir. Ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found the water valve not pulling in very much water leading to malformed ice sheets and improper ice making. Replaced valve and tested unit. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no ice production. Upon inspection I found FC left = 3 FC right = 2 RC = 36 I was not able to remove the ice maker I suspect the fill tube is frozen. I accessed the rear of the unit where the inlet tube goes into the frame. I removed the tube and attempted to steam out the tube. I was not able to steam out the tube. Steam would build up and shoot back at me. I called techline and while waiting I attempted to steam the fill tube from the front and wiggle the ice maker assembly. I was able to get it to wiggle but not break free. I spoke to techline and they advised steaming out the tube and freeing the ice. I am not able to get the ice maker free. I advised the customer that we will need to R/S and return with parts that might help with the ice building up. I devised the customer to unplug or power off the unit at least 24 hours before our next visit to ensure the ice at the fill tube is melted. Techline SR#7730985325. I advised the customer that there is a leak somewhere in the system and I cannot find it which means its somewhere inside and the unit is not repairable. I offered to add more refrigerant to the system and bumped the low side until the system pressures were normal. "I arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not getting water. Upon arrival the customer stated that he had his sink serviced and then afterwards the dishwasher no longer functioned correctly. Upon further inspection I found the tab to the toe plate missing and the heating element warped/rusting. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1 Slow drain. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found that the unit would fill with about two or three table spoons of water only and then dry run. I turned the water off at the wall and removed the line from the valve. I then sprayed the water into my bucket and found good pressure. I then reinstalled the line and put it into diagnostics mode again. I checked voltage to the valve and found it good. This indicates a faulty valve. I informed the customer that he has a bad valve and heating element, but he may also have a faulty sump and motor due to him dry running it for a cycle.

Arrived onsite for unit not locking to advance I. The cycle to spin. Looked at the unit and he lock light was blinking constantly. Change out the lock to the unit. Tested unit in diagnostics. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time. Also the plug is sharing power on a outlet with the refrigerator. Let customer know that the unit needs to be a dedicated outlet by it self or the unit may experience more issues with the controls. No other issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite and found unit would only spin impeller during a spin selection due to gears in gearcase slipping all other functions appear to be operating properly. Ordering gearcase and returning with other parts just in case. ; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase)

"(CS) Arrived on site for refrigerator not cool, upon arrival found the unit unplugged. After restoring power I found Compressor amps .83. Found low side and high side psi at -15/98. Found no refrigerant left in system. Upon further inspection found a lot of us dye in the evap coil section of rc. Office will need to reschedule once Availability of parts is known. ; ordrng 1 W10832994 (Compressor) and 1 W11116006 (RC evap) and 1 WPW1014375 (Uv drier) and 1 WPW1014375 (Access valve)"
