Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit wasnÂ’t making ice, but the ice bin is full and the unit was still leaking. When I pulled the unit out, I found the water source was turned off at the wall. When I went to turn the water on, the valve began to spray water out and leak. I advised the customer that I cannot test the unit until the valve at the wall has been repaired. I recommended that the customer contact our office once the valve has been repaired and I can get back to repair the refrigerator. I removed the drain hose from the stand pipe, I could hear pressure release from the standpipe, and placed the hose in it my 5 gallon bucket. I put the unit into a drain and found it draining properly into my bucket. I demonstrated this for the customer and advised they have a plumber come out and fixe the stand pipe so that it drain properly. Job complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator that was causing too many items to freeze on the refrigerator side and upon arrival customer also stated that the refrigerator would turn off if you try to adjust the settings to anything below the seven mark which is the coldest setting on the fridge and freezer. Upon further inspection and diagnosing of the unit I found the controlling thermostat inside the refrigerator section was the culprit of why the refrigerator was shut off. I replaced thermostat and verified that the unit would allow for proper temperature adjustment in settings without the fridge shutting completely down and the fridge is now functioning as designed

The potential buyer was at the home waiting for the builder and advised that there was an issue with it draining but they found the disposal knockout plug was still in the disposal and once it was removed the unit drained. He advised that water was puddled at the bottom and then leaked at the bottom the door. I leveled the unit and retested and checked the water level and it is operating as designed. Due to the plug not being removed and the water not being drained, the unit was tested while water was in the tub causing it to overflow (error F6E4-overflow switch). "Arrived on site to inspect oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. The temp,never got above 90 degrees. I pulled the unit from the cabinet and tested voltage at the control. I tested the bake and broil elements and both are good. I tested voltage from K3-1 to K11-1 and got 64V. I tested voltage at the red and black wires on the harness and got 64V. I tested from the black to white wires and got 123V. Tested from red to white wires and got 15V. I tested the control from pins P1-2 to P1-5 and got 14VDC. I advised the customer that they would need to contact their builder and have them get an electrician out to check the wiring and explained my voltage readings. Arrived on site for a dryer thatÂ’s taking 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the dryer using the airflow meter and found the unit not been letting air out properly showing it was bad for all dryers. Removed the vent hose from the unit and tested it again. The meter read that the airflow is good for all dryers indicating an airflow sue within the vent. Could not find any restrictions at the ground level. Tested unit again with the vent hose back on and had poor airflow circulation for all dryers show up again. Advised customer to have their vents cleaned. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is dripping during wash cycles. On arrival spoke with customer who says that the unit drips from the center of the door area after spray arms have been running. Insulation in the door is wet. Checked the inside of the door and found the vent cap is extremely loose, and it looks like water is running through the vent cap threads due to loose cover. Tightened cover and ran unit for 15-20 additional minutes. Did not get any water drops while I was there. The insulation still has some dampness to it, but nothing excessive anymore. Leak appears to be resolved by tightening the vent cover and sealing that gasket. If issue persists we should bring back vent and seal, vent cap, and any other vent parts. Also a soap dispenser. All appears to be working as designed at this time.

Upon further inspection and entering diagnostics I found an F2E1 error indicating that the UI had a stuck button and the customer did state that it one point she would try to hold the button down and it would not turn on. At this point and then ran a diagnostic check and found that the UI was receiving in proper voltage through the circuit is a circuit was completing back to the main control the main control is not reading the input properly from the UI consul. I then ran steps eight and 12 to ensure that the unit was draining and spinning as designed and in conjunction with one another and found that it would spin on high medium and low. I then ran a normal setting on drain and spin and found that the unit was still spinning on its own as designed. S

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly after previously repaired sealed system. Upon arrival I first checked the pressures within side the unit after checking for any kind of leaks but could not find any sign of any of the prior welds or Evap coil leaking. I have to checking the low and high side pressure I found the low side was sitting at -8 and the high side of sitting at 100 psi. IÂ’ve been top unit off with a little bit more Freon and made sure that the pressures were exactly at zero psi and 125 psi for the low and high side and then waited another 30 minutes to verify the pressures are not going down and inform the customer that we would call them first thing Monday morning to verify that the unit was working over the weekend as designed.

I inspected the icebox facia heater and found it had good continuity, but no voltage when called for.
