Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found the icemaker working in the FC. I found the FC temp at -2 degrees and the RC temp at 43 degrees. I found air coming thru the dampener. I checked the air return and found it clear but the RC temp was dropping very slowly after the door had been opened. Upon further inspection I found the air duct deflector by the evaporator not installed correctly affecting the air flow to the RC. I installed the deflector correctly and tested the temps again. The FC was at -2 and the RC temp started dropping rapidly. I explained to the customer that this should solve their cooling issue. The customer has a thermometer in the RC and will check it after a couple of hours to let us know if the temp isn’t at set point. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for ice maker not making ice and unit turning off randomly. Upon inspection I found a pint of ice cream wedged between the freezer drawer and evap cover. I found a block of ice built up around the FC evap fan and bi metal. I also found the RC section evap cover frosted over which could have been caused by the ice cream rendering the door to not shut all the way. This could contribute to the frost build up. "Arrived on site for fridge having ice build up on the fresh food section evaporator. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit in adaptive defrost, I changed it to basic defrost, so it will defrost every 8 hours. I tested the bi-metal, thermistors, both evap fans, and the heating element. All are working as designed or come on when called for. I gained access to the drain tube and found a restriction in the drain tube. I cleared the restriction. And seals the drain tube to the cabinet of the fridge to prevent an air leak.I spoke with customer about defrosting the unit. I explained to pull the unit out of the cabinet, place a towel in the freezer bottom and fresh food bottom, and than place towels on all four sides of the fridge. I recommend leaving the fridge off and the doors open for 24 hours to defrost the unit. No water leaks detected. Job complete."

I spoke with customer, they stated the the fridge over the weekend was not cooling at all, and than it started to work and make ice again a couple of days later. I inspected the unit and work area. I checked all the thermistors, evaporator fans, bi-metal and heater. All are working properly. I inspected the compressor and condenser fan. I found the compressor operating as designed and the fan working. Customer also stated the ic dispenser was not working. I disassembled the ice dispenser and found ice stoping the gear from engaging. I removed the ice and found the cube and crushed ice functions working. While I was testing the icemaker the unit went through a defrost cycle. I did a temp test in the freezer and found the temperature dropping and got to below 16 degrees. Unit ism operating as designed. No water leaks detected.

Arrived on site for oven that has a fan speed error code. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found the errors but they stayed it’s from 2017. Unit was made in 2019. I tested the unit in service diagnostics component activation tests and ran the upper fan high-speed and low-speed. Unit worked as designed. Tested lower fan speed and both tests ran as designed as well. Customer advised that the error was coming up when she was preheating her oven but sometimes would be right away and sometimes take a while before it came up. I put the unit on a 400° bake and unit heated up properly. I called Techline and spoke to TJ SR# 7728111542. He had me run a few tests and advised that the issue was either with the upper fan or the lower fan because the unit uses the lower fan as well during the upper bake. He advised to go ahead and replace both at the same time. Ordering two blowers and office will need to contact customer for a reschedu

I suspect loading issues causing the limit to trip and went over loading with the customer explaining to keep from loading large metal pots and pans in the lower rack above the tub where the high limit is. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not heating or letting water in. I found the fill valve defective not opening but I did find the unit heating. I found an F1E1 stored error code and a relay on the control stuck. The control and fill valve need to be replaced.I replaced the main control and the fill valve. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. I did find the wall outlet under the sink defective and advised the customer to call an electrician. I pulled the interlock into the proper position, and the unit tripped the breaker. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water filter leaking. Upon further inspection, I disassembled the RC section and found that the filter nor the housing are leaking, but the RC evap drain tube is clogged and when the evap defrosts, the water has nowhere to go but into the bottom floor of the RC section. Using my steamer, I cleared the ice in the evap drip pan and cleared the drain tube. Using manufacturer approved silicone, I sealed the gap at the drain tube at the back of the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. Upon inspection I found the drain pump failing to pump it would make a humming noise but not pump. I replaced the (WPW10348269) drain pump then found the drain hose coming out of the wall and going straight down to the bottom of the cabinet. I fixed the drain hose in a upright position towards the top of the under cabinet to the sink and back down to the disposal inlet port. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker freezing due to water leak. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water is leaking from the RC ice maker area and running down the bottom of the ice bin door and underneath the ice bin and freezing. I found the RC ice maker turned on. I removed the ice bin and found it dry underneath the bin. I attempted to remove the ice from the bin and found the ice frozen in one clump. I tested the ice door and it’s closing/sealing properly within 10 seconds. I checked the ice bin door gasket and it’s sealing against the fascia. Also checked the water level,in the ice maker and it’s good. I contacted techline and spoke to Mark and advised of the issue and my findings. Mark recommended to check voltage at the fascia heater at test 19 and check the ice box fan on test 36. I checked voltage and got 124V and checked continuity at the fascia heater and it checked good.
