Remove dryer and found extended that hose going behind washer and into the wall causing a long bent. Removed back cover and tested fuse, thermal cut off, and heater. Found fuse and thermal cut off blown. Replaced fuse and thermal cut off and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Advised customer that with a long vent issue, this issue would probably happen again due to the dryer having a hard time removing the excess heat and moisture. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with lights not working. Upon inspection I found the freezer light out and the upper RC lights dimmed. Customer also stated that they have had a grinding noise coming from the upper hinge on the dispenser side door when water is being dispensed. I replaced the freezer light and all lights are now working as designed. After further research I found that the noise coming from the hinge is due to pressure build up inside the water line. I reduced the pressure on the inlet valve but there was no noise at this time to test for correction. Customer was also having a issue with calibration of the water dispenser. This can be caused from the pressure issue. I advised customer to keep an eye on the unit and if the issue with the noise or calibration persists then we will need to return with a water pressure reduction valve part # (W10786952). Will also return with the UI (W11387386). Job complete.

Upon further inspection and after customer stated issue happened after a entire home power surge, I found that the washer main control had actually blown up partially in on one corner of the board. Because of this I wasn’t able to run any diagnostics or tests without first installing a new main control to help supply power to rest of unit. Took temperatures in refrigerator and freezer compartments and found freezer section sitting at 55°F and refrigerator section sitting at 76°F. Play scene in service diagnostics and confirmed temperatures on the thermistors. Check minimum, average, and maximum freezer temperatures in the last six hours and found massive discrepancies. Temperature minimum and maximums were 50° apart in both sections. I called Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7728330437. He had me run test number 40 which is checking the three-way valve in ensuring that the unit is cycling refrigerant. Advised him of my findings and he advised this issue it was a sealed system issue. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=20 degrees and RC=43 degrees. Disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover to find the unit in defrost mode. Placed unit in diagnostics and ran test #40 and unit operated as designed. I cycled the power to the unit and as the compressor came on, the FC evaporator begins to frost but stopped at the top 2 coils and would not advance. I tested voltage, to the thermistors, at the HV control and both are good. Continued to watch the FC evaporator for approximately 40 mins and it never had a good frost pattern. I am ordering a sealed system repair consisting of the compressor, access valve, drier, both evaporators, CNOTE-OILLESS GAUGES, CNOTE-2HR JOB, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=25 degrees & RC=44 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the ice maker in test #56 and it showed E5. Due to the high temps in the FC, I disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover to find a large block of ice at the top right corner of the evaporator, which is being caused by either a leak or restriction in the system. Also, I could hear the damper control motor as it opened and closed and will need to be replaced. I forced defrost on the system ad it operated as designed.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
