"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no ice/water/lights. Upon further inspection, I found the RC lights not on, no ice production, and no water dispensing. I removes the pantry control and found a large amount o water in the reservoir and the wiring badly corroded. I found ice/condensation building up around the ice bin gasket and the gasket badly crimped. Also found ice forming at the back of the ice maker housing. Tested the thermistors and they are good. No ice forming on either evaporator. I am ordering the pantry door and control, ice box fascia, ice bin door, adaptor, UI, HV Control, and will return with all prescreened parts. I cleaned the water from the pantry door. Arrived onsite for a range with gas leaks at the burners and the oven. Ms stated the control panel shuts off sometimes. I checked the unit for gas leaks and I found the RR and LF burner valves weeping gas out of the burners when in the off position. I found the oven burner good and there were no gas leaks detected. I found the unit not connected to WiFi. I helped the customer download the Whirlpool app to their smart phone and connect the oven to WiFi. The manifold needs to be replaced. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer with stuck basket. Performed diagnostic after customer was told it East a seized motor from another company. On diagnostic found rotor and stater both to be good and working as designed, but so,etching was causing the basket to stick. Removed lid and attempted to remove basket from unit. Found a cap / plastic debris wedged between the basket and tub. Attempted to fish it debris but it dropped into the bottom. It should not cause any further issues, but may need to be removed in the future via a basket removal. Basket is slightly rusted to the gearcase shaft.

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator RC section freezing drinks/food. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the RC=24 degrees. I contacted Techline and spoke to Sterling and advised of my findings. Sterling had me check the back wall of the rc section, the return airflow vents in the fc Evap cover and all were good. Had me check the thermostat and make sure the tip of the cord was sticking out more than 1/4 inch of the bulb then put the insulation wrap on it with the thermostat tip wrapped. I made the adjustments to the thermostat. Advised to turn the unit off and leave the doors open to allow the unit to warm up for approximately 15 mins then close the doors and allow to cool again placing bottles of water on the top and bottom shelves and monitoring for 24-48 hours. Provided File #7727189988. I advised the customer of this and they are going to follow through and contact the office if needed. No water leaks observed during service, j
