On retest the unit would accept a program and then throw F60 UI error. I swapped the UI with the customers existing UI and retested. At this point the unit powered on and threw no errors. Hi low hi low, and would only stay consistent and hear if set to Boost / max, but any lower setting would just cycle. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the 3way valve. When I removed the RC evap cover and tested in diagnostics test #4, the RC evaporator had a frost pattern developing and my finger stuck to every coil I could touch. I took the unit out of diagnostics and cycled power to the unit and could hear the 3way valve opening up. When I punctured the system, very little refrigerant came out. I removed and replaced the access valve and UV dye drier and while in the process, I found oil on the previous access valve. I vacuumed the system and pressures held. I installed 5.75oz of refrigerant and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test #4. The unit held pressures and is operating as designed. Both evaporators had good frost patterns. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for Wont get cold in the freezer of the regular side. Ran temps and freezer was cooling at 37 degrees. Could not hear compressor running upon arrival. Placed in diagnostics and compressor turned on and condenser fan turned on. Removed back panel and Compressor was extremely hot. Diagnostics gave no error codes at end of test. Ohmed out starter and it wasnt getting the correct range. Removed start device and installed new start device. Plugged in refrigerator and compressor turned on immediately with condenser fan. I could also hear the evaporator fan spinning. Ran temps again and after 15 -20 minutes the fridge had dropped from 37 degrees to 16 degrees. Fridge cooling as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site for wall oven showing error code e045 vent fan speed low. I gained access to the control and tested voltage to the fan while in operation. I found the control no sending properly voltage and I found the fan tachometer open not reading fan speed. I replaced both. I reassembled the unit and put it through. Preheat. Arrived onsite for dryer not turning off on its own. Upon inspection I found that when I turned the timer knob I could not hear it ticking as it should. I accessed the timer and found one of the connectors burnt on the part. I replaced the timer and tested the unit. The unit still would not advance time to stop. I confirmed voltage at the term block as well as the timer. I found the PTS switch shows open on both settings and will turn on with both settings. Removed terminal block cover and checked voltage. Found 120 V going from L1 to neutral, 42V from L2 to neutral, and 71.4 V from L1 to L2. I checked voltage at the wall to confirm the issue is with the power supply and confirmed the same voltage at the wall. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no cool. I found the FC and RC warm. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components working as designed. I ran test 40 and never heard the compressor turn on. I gained access to the compressor and found the windings ohmd out good. This indicated a bad orion control. I replaced the control and the compressor then turned on. I waited several minutes to assure the unit was cooling. I placed my hand back by the airflow at the FC fan and found it blowing cold air. I found the unit now cooling. I advised the customer to wait at least 24 hours before storing food. Unit is running as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not holding temperature in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Took temperatures of the freezer and refrigerator and found the freezer sitting at 6?F and the refrigerator section sitting anywhere between 38?F and 42?F. The customer advised that the unit is fluctuating in temperature from 38? up into the 50s. Ran the unit for diagnostics in checked thermistors, evaporator fans, and air baffle. Unit ran as designed. Found no evidence of a defrost issue on either evaporator. I called Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7731053276. He had me check the condenser to ensure that the unit was cooling properly and otherwise to get a temperature data logger to ensure that the unit is in fact not cooling properly. Checked the condenser coil?s and found them completely covered in lint buildup causing the unit to overheat. Used a vacuum to remove lint buildup at the condenser coil?s and advised the customer to let the unit cool over the next few days and unit should return back to normal temperatures. Call complete."

The customer advised that the unit does heat and does complete cycles but on her delicate cycle, it doesn?t dry all the way causing her to have to hang dry her delicate. Ran the unit through diagnostics and the unit ran as designed. Checked voltage and found proper voltage going to the unit. I went through user care guide and found that the delicate cycle generally leaves clothes damp when it finishes sending off the damp dry signal. The unit is supposed to somewhat air dry the rest of the way through the wrinkle control and found another way to dry better. Went through user guide and the unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site for washer not filling with cold water. Inspected unit and work area. Found previous water damage behind unit (see SD-QUICKPIC). Found drain pushed to far down standpipe. Had customer sign waiver for water damage. Corrected drain line and added a zip tie to drain line. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault code F0-E3 overload, F0-E4 spin limit by water temperature, F8-E1 long fill, F3-E2 inlet temperature and F2-E1 sticky key. Performed encoder test and found all key working. Performed manual test mode and found cold solenoid not opening. Found inlet valve getting 120 volts. Ran all other components. Found inlet valve at fault. Removed failed valve and installed new. Assembled unit and tested in automatic test mode. All tested good, no water leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not washing. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would fill and drain, but would not wash or dissolve the soap. Upon further inspection I found a partially dissolved pod at the bottom of the tub. I put the unit diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for motor not running and F7E1 for no heat. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit running as designed. I measured amp draw at the heater and found it working. I also found correct voltage at the control. This indicates a possible intermittent sump/motor failure or control failure. I unplugged the unit then replaced the sump/motor and the control. I then put the unit back into diagnostics and found it working as designed. I observed no leaks at the time of service.Unit working as designed. Call complete."
