I found the hot water had not been turned on at the wall, causing the issue. I ran the unit through the entirety of the diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked underneath the agitator and found part of a keychain stuck underneath the agitator causing the sound. I ran the unit back through diagnostics and ran a spin cycle. I found the unit began to work and operate as designed with note, abnormal sounds present during operation. Call complete. No parts were installed"

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker, customer stated that this is a brand new unit that was replaced a few days ago and they did complete a burn off on it, tested unit found proper voltage and correct polarity, no loose and shorted wires, do to a ongoing issue with tripping, replaced control and both elements, heated the unit to 500 and advised maintenance yo keep it there for 2 hours to complete proper burnoff,called safety to document SR# 7741860705, if this issue continues then the breaker needs to be replaced and proof provided yo safety before anything else can be done, at this time unit is running as designed job complete installed W11182108, W10856603, W11707168"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating intermittently. Upon arrival customer stated after using the unit back to back for 3-4 minutes, unit stops heating. Tested unit, unit is heating. Ran a 1 minute cycle back to back with new cups of 70? water. First two cycles completed with the water temp ending at 130?. On the third cycle with 15 seconds left, audibly heard the magnetron disengage. Water temp read 110?. On the 4th cycle the magnetron would not reengage and start heating. Gained access to internal components, did not see any airflow restrictions. Unit is venting properly but the magnetron is overheating and shutting off. Replaced capacitor (WPW10574736), magnetron (W11737891) and diode (W11256462). Tested unit running multiple cycles, unit is now running as designed, job complete."

After 50 washes the tub will be cured. Also advised to open door at the end of a cycle to allow for airflow and better drying. "Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Upon arrival customer presented issue, bellow is torn causing an improper seal to the door and a leak forms. Documents tear and replaced bellow (W11384425). Filled unit to max level and inspected for leaks, bellow is sealing properly and all other components are properly engaging. Unit is now functioning as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for igniter issue. Upon arrival customer stated the igniters on her cooktop began to click constantly. They cycled power but clicking resumed so theyve left the unit unplugged. Applied power to the unit, igniters did not start clicking. Tested each burner, all ignited as designed and the igniters stopped sparking when turning knob to gas flow. Inspected all harness wires and connection points, found no obvious signs of damage or a short. Could not mimic issue described. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7741842529, per SAFETY no further repair authorized due to not being able to recreate issue. Advised customer to monitor unit, if constant spark returns capture issue on video and double check all knobs are in the off position. If callback occurs, return with switch harness, spark igniter, valve and control. At this time unit is running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed, job complete."
