"Arrived on site to diagnose one refrigerator building frost in the FC, and RC with some condensation. Performed diagnostic on both compartments. Found FC door was not closing and resulting in a large amount of frost building. Right side RC door gasket was folded, allowing for a gap where the door closes. Melted down all ice in FC and retried door. Found door is now properly closing. Did see a gap on the top side of the FC door gasket. Was able to heat and mold the gasket to close. Was able to heat and mold the right side RC door gasket as well, and door now properly seals. Customer also informed me the water dispenser doesn’t dispense much. Found reservoir frozen, and a slight drip from the filter head, but should not stop it from working. With the air leaks sealed up and the fridge going back to normal, advised to defrost RC to thaw the reservoir. If FC starts leaking again we would need to return with slides and brackets. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator they had a broken door handle, made an occasional squeaking noise and had water pooling in the bottom of the RC. Performed diagnostics and checked for source of noise. Noise didn’t repeat when I was there. Door handle part is discontinued. The pooling water in the RC is the result of ice building in the top of the RC where the separator for the FC and RC meets I’m the rear of the compartment. The seals for the compartment separator are no longer holding and as a result have created an air leak. The plastic is brittle and the sealing foam is extra hard, and will make any kind of attempt to repair result,in more damage. Pulled out unit and found the source of the noise to be tape securing the hoses to the bAck/ labels in the rear that were crinkling when airflow was going over them, and the design of the cavity actually made the sound echo and amplify. Removed loose and detached tape and secured labels and retested unit. No more noise is coming from the rear. All is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling in either compartment again. Mr stated the heard a noise like an air leak and a few hours later it started warming up. I checked the sealed system with a UV light and found the factory solder joint between the steel condenser line and copper tube that goes to the compressor had failed. I cleaned the dye up and soldered the lines. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 5.3 oz’s of R134A. The unit is cooling down and working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics show error code F8E1-failed valve. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. I placed the unit back in diagnostics and tested the valves on the tests 1-3. Unit shut off when the sensor detected the correct water fill. I removed the sensor tube from the sensor and blew through it and could hear water bubbling at the other end. Reattached the sensor tube and ran one more diagnostics test. Unit continues to operate as designed. Customer advised they have a water softener system. I made recommendations for use & care as well as detergent uses. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Right on site for washer that won’t start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the issue is with an LS code and it’s not completing the cycle. Place unit and service diagnostics and found an F3 E2 (inlet water temperature fault), F0:E3 (overload), F8 E1 (low/no fill), F2 E1 (UI stuck button), and F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) error codes. Ran unit through a manual fill test and found the cold water valve not drying in water but buzzing. Replaced water valve with valve from truck stock and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. "Arrived onsite for a washer with wet clothes at the end of a cycle. The customer stated the unit does drain but it’s not spinning out. I checked for stored error codes and found an F7E6 & F7E7. I tried running the auto diagnostics test and found the unit only starting to agitate in one direction and it only bumping in spin and stopping. I tested the motor drive circuit rom the control and found it good. I replaced the control, ran a calibration cycle, and the auto diagnostics cycle. The unit completed the cycle and is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."
