"Arrived on site for a washing machine not spinning, washing, nor draining intermittently. Upon further inspection I found the actuator had come off the cam. Per service pointer W11531483 we will need to replace the actuator. I temporarily fixed the issue and put the unit into diagnostics mode. I found stored error codes F7E6 for motor fault. I cleared the error codes and ran a test cycle. I found the test cycle ran through as designed. I then individually activated the spin and agitate. I found both working as designed. Symptom unchanged, however unit operates as designed when pulled out from the wall with a straight air vent attached. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for not allowing water through unit, upon inspection found the unit did allow some water through but not enough, replaced valve and found the unit still did not receive enough water, I tested pressures at the wall and saw the hot at about 120 and cold at 50-60. Arrived on site for a range leaking gas. Upon arrival the customer stated he had a plumber checking on a major gas leak on his dryer. During this he checked his range and he found a minor leak in the range. I used my leak finder and could not detect any leak and could not smell any gas coming from the unit. I found the unit working as designed.

Arrived on site and inspected double wall oven with ribbon not connected and latch not engaged errors. Customer advised he recently had a local company come out and send the board off to be rebuilt. Arrived on site for NOISE IS COMING MOST OF THE TIME AT NIGHT GRINDING SOUND - FREEZING FOOD IN FRDIGE - NO ICE BUILD UP. Took temps and fridge was cooling as designed. No frost build up over evaporator cover. Placed in diagnostics and all checked good. Fans running strong and compressor kicked on as designed. Placed in a short defrost and I could hear the evaporator coils breaking up frost and water sizzle. Removed kick plate and found heavy build up of dust over condenser coils. Used vacuum to remove the dust. This should help the fridge run more efficiently. Didnt see any items in fridge frozen. Nice frost pattern over evaporator coils. Ask customer to get a video of the grinding noise if they happen to hear it again in the future. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with freezer getting ice build up. Upon arrival the customer stated he was getting some ice build up or icicles around the door and sometimes a little water puddle under the FC door. I found the customer had previously stored something in the FC that was a little to big, and had bags of frozen food in the pizza box area on the FC door. I advised the customer that these could of caused air leaks and typically that is what creates the frost or icicles by the door. Upon further inspection I found no gaps in the gasket. I checked temps and found the FC 6?F after being opened for a little bit. I also found the fan working as designed and no ice build up at the back of the FC. I found the unit working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service

I accessed the control and found the LED solid wether I close or open the door it remains solid. I replaced the main control and latch but the unit still remained in the same state. "Arrived on site for washer leaking. Upon arrival found unit had no error codes. Upon further inspection I found u it had no leaks around, in, or surrounding the under carriage of unit. After running a tests cycle found a small leak coming from underneath door seal between door and boot seal. Was able to replace the door seal and reassembled and tested unit. Found unit no longer had any leaks and functioning as designed call complete."

Upon arrival checked temps in rc and found them at 27 when unit was set to 38 degrees.upon further testing I was able to find the damper stuck in the open position. Damper motor wasnt shutting during diagnostics or normal operation. Checked and found voltage to damper functioning. Also found dampener seal still intact and functioning. Replaced damper and reassembled unit. After reassembly tested the unit and found it is working as designed. Informed customer to give unit at least 24 hrs to re-stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived on site and inspected washer with water pooling underneath the unit. Confirmed the complaint and found water stains directly underneath the load and go dispenser at the bottom of unit. Found customer loaded the load and go system 3 years ago but has never used the option. The pooling water had the stored detergent in it. I also raised the front leveling feet to prevent and further leaks. JOB COMPLETE

(CH) Arrived on site for center of front right burner not coming on. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and inspected element and found proper voltage from infinite switch. Found element and wiring both burnt. Was able to replace element and repair wiring. Reassembled and tested unit to find it operating as intended. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected ice machine not producing ice. Confirmed the complaint and ran a new cycle and the unit filled, made ice, dropped the ice on the grid cutter, but due to the warped unit the ice that made melts because of the noticeable gaps and dents on and around the unit as if it were dropped. I also did a video call so ADRIAN could document the units damages.

Onsite for cooktop front right and center burners not working correctly. Both dual burners would only ignite the center flame. C/S installer had switched out orifices. Found orifices on both burners had been flipped causing only center flame to ignite and causing flame to be very large. Took out and installed orifices to correct location and adjusted flame sizes. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for Surface Burner(s) Sparking or Clicking - Gas and Dual Fuel Range. Found all cooktop burners igniting as designed. Customer informed me that it was the bake igniter that was continuously clicking and not igniting. Ran preheat bake at 350 and igniter was not clicking consistently. Removed drawer and found igniter harness not connected fully to the igniter. Connected the harness wire to fully seat on the igniter. Tested bake and ignited on first click. Tested broil and it too ignited as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door not staying closed. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had a box in front of the FC door to keep it closed. I removed the box and the left side of the door opened approximately 1/2 inch. I removed the food contents and removed the door and found the rails were gunked up with old lubricant. Also found some of the bearings were missing. I removed and replaced both side rails/slides and reassembled the FC section and tested the door opening/closing and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave with no power, but the oven is working. Upon further inspection, I found he microwave control display blank and the oven display operating. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and removed the microwave cover and found the safety thermostat harness shorted. Traced the wiring to the fuse and filter board. Tested the fuse and it was bad and found a burn spot on the filter board where the fuse sits. Tested the switches and all are within range. Using a fuse from my van stock (W10138793), I installed the fuse and tested the microwave. Unit is operating as designed. Advised customer that should the fuse go bad again, the safety thermistor, fuse, and filter board will need to be replaced with the possibility of all 3 switches being replaced as well. Confirmed the complaint and was told by the customer he feels the dryer ventilation system is tied into the AC unit because when the AC is on the unit has condensation, but when its off the unit is fine. "Arrived on site to inspect washer lid lock not working. Upon further inspection, customer advised that when they start the wash cycle, the display says add garment and they get confused. I demonstrated to the customer how the unit operates and what they should do before pressing start as far as the settings work. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. Continued with testing the unit and it is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use & care as well as detergent use as the customer has a water softener system. Explained one more time on how the unit operates. "Arrived on site for customer complaint that the lid wont close and unit wont wash. Upon further inspection, I found the lid in the closed position but gapped approximately 1/2 inch from the top panel. I removed the console and inspected the hinges and found when the lid pops back up the 1/2 inch, the hinges dont move. I contacted techline and spoke to Sterling and advised of the complaint and my findings. Sterling advised to replace the hinges and inspect the lid to make sure its not warped. He provided SR#7731088956. Customer advised that the display shows 1 minute at the end of the cycle and nothing is happening with the unit. She advised that it will stay at 1 minute for days unless she turns the unit off. I am ordering the main control, both hinges and the lid. Office to schedule return service. Customer advised that they wanted the unit replaced. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival found fill tube frozen at the tip. Unit was in the middle of a harvest. Did complete turn and tried filling but wouldn?t do to frozen tip. Put unit in diagnostics and ran fill tube heater test. Ice thawed and ran fill, unit did fill tray. Called tech line for assistance. Ran resistance readings on heater and got a good reading. Ran voltage test and recorded 12.25 vdc. Tech recommended replacing fill tube due to potential faulty internal wiring. SR#7731087450. "(Tw) Onsite for dryer tripping breaker multiple times. Heating element 10ohms, thermal fuse and outlet thermostat had continuity, L1-L2 250V, L1-N 125v, L2-N 125v at terminal block. Unit had lent covering entire bottom and some covering top of heating element. Turned on high heat cycle, unit ran with no issues and didnt trip breaker. Found no evidence of any burnt or grounded out wires. Found vent hose slightly restricted due to unit being close to wall. Moved unit out from wall to allow proper air flow. Advised customer to get a vent cleaning done to allow for proper air flow so the unit doesnt overheat. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for a cooktop leaking gas. Upon arrival the customer stated that he has had plumbers come out twice to check pressures and for leaks. They did not find any leaks on the lines themselves. The customer also stated that you would have to use several burners at once to smell the leak, and even sometimes the pressure under their cabinets would cause the door to crack open. They stated depending on which burners they use it may even leak from the top. I gained access to the bottom and used my leak detector while running the burners on the line and regulator. I found no leaks. However, I could smell gas. I continued to run the right two and middle burners and could smell gas seeping out of the front left burner. I used my leak detector their and still found no bubbles forming. I gained access to the manifold, tubings, and orifice holders. I found major corrosion on the middle orifice holder and its tubing from the manifold. This may be where the leak is coming from. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7731084149. Joel advised to replace the orifice holder, tubing, and manifold. Ordering parts and will return with the manifold to complete the repair. Office to reschedule. Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found ice is not dispensing. Removed ice bin and found motor is making noise but shaft and coupler are not moving. Dispenser motor assembly will need to be rebuilt.; ordrng 1 WP2220458 (Coupling) and 1 WP2198607 (Spring) and 1 WP2188917 (Shaft) and 1 W11170227 (Motor)

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with a water dispenser leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated it generally has small droplets coming from it all day. I found the customer has hard water and advised the customer this could of created the issue. I installed a new filter head and valve to stop the drip. I informed them that with hard water this could occur again. I also found they have a new filter in it and the unit did not do this with their prior filter. I advised them if the unit continues to drip they may want to replace the filter too. Unit is working as designed. No leaks observed at the end of service.

"Arrived on site for a range that was getting a F3E0 error code. Upon arrival the F3E0 error code for shorted sensor was flashing on the UI. I cleared the error code and put the unit into diagnostic mode. I found the diagnostics mode was reading no temp, indicating a sensor error. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the outlet, both elements, and the fuse. All read good. I then ohmd out the sensor and got 1k ohmd which is within range. I also ohmd out the harness and found it good. Once I plugged the unit back in it started working and I was actually able to preheat it. This indicates an intermittent faulty control. I will order the control to finish repair. Returning with sensor as well to install just in case. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11528352 (Control)"
