"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher dispenser door not opening. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. When the unit was to dispense water into the tub, I couldn’t hear the water flowing. When I opened the door, I found no water in the bottom of the tub. I checked under the sink and found the water supply turned off. I turned the water on and the unit began to dispense water. Unit continued with testing and operated as designed with the dispenser door opening, drain pump operating and element heating. I made recommendations for use and care as well as detergents and rinse aid. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Found venting in the back crushed and vent inside wall plugged up vent inside wall was short enough and made out of steel pipe that I was able to clear it. I shortened the venting behind the dryer and informed customer to not push dryer back any further. Temp before doing this was reaching 265 degs and after 228 degs indicating good air flow now. Arrived onsite for the dryer not starting or operating. Ms stated the unit starts and then gets an F3E1 error. I verified the error in diagnostics. I cleared the code and tested the unit. The error came back after the unit ran for about a minute. I tested the outlet thermistor from the control and it showed open. I gained access to the thermistor and tested it on its terminals and found it reading 11.7 ohms and good. I found one of the connections extremely loose. I tightened the connection and retested from the control and it checked good at 11.8 ohms. I tested the dryer again and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.
