I disassembled the unit to find the rollers and tension pulley axles gunked up with debris and not able to roll properly causing the noises. Also found the drive belt badly fraying. I removed and replaced both rollers and tension pulley and cleaned the axles. Removed and replaced the drive belt and cleaned the lint from the unit. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit leaks on the drain and spin cycle. Ran the unit through Emmanuel Phil and drain and could not replicate the issue. Ran through an auto test and found the unit drain pipe at the wall starting to overflow. I advise the customer their issue is with their drainage and we need to get that fixed for repair. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for fridge not dispensing ice and the fresh food section not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the ice dispenser and found the impeller stripped and not dispensing. I did a temp test in the freezer and found it around 4 degrees. I found the fresh food section at room temperature. I inspected the air baffle and found it clear. I inspected the return vent and found it blocked with ice. I inspected the door gaskets and found them in good condition. I steamed out the ice from the return vent. I poured a glass of water down the return vent and found it not coming out into the freezer. I could hear the water pouring out the bottom of the unit. The insulation in the interior wall between the fresh food section and the freezer has collapsed causing a warm air leak from under the unit causing the return vent to freeze over

And recorded 4.6amps. Allowed unit to run and did not develop a frost pattern. Ran test #4. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher missing parts. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not cleaning well and they found some plastic parts inside the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. Customer provided a rack clip and the 3rd level spray arm with retainer. I installed the clip on the upper rack and demonstrated to the customer how to place it back on the rack for future reference. I found the 3rd level spray arm clip was broken. Using a retainer (WP3400918) from my van stock, I reinstalled the spray arm and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use & care as well as detergent & rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is still slowly producing ice. On arrival checked temps. Found freezer temp hovering around 9-10 degrees. Called tech line and spoke with Austin, SR7730921397. Thermistor checked good at control, no ice is building anywhere in freezer to indicate a bad seal, RC evap is clean as well. Checked DC voltage At icemaker and found good. Tech recommends we replace main control, since thermistor is good but unit is not dropping down to be at the 0 its set to, and make ice. "Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and tested the thermistor with a cup of ice water. I found the water at 36 degrees and the thermistor homing out at 8k ohms. I gained access to the fresh food evaporator. I found the evaporator housing damaged tabs broken off. I found the evap motor support broken. I found the evaporator thermistor was discolored but in the correct position. I cleared out the ice in the evaporator. I replaced the evap motor and thermistor and secured it in place. I found the drip pan warped and cracked. I replaced the drip pan. I am returning with the evaporator housing. I am ordering the evaporator cover, evaporator motor support, evaporator, uv dryer and access valve. The office will reschedule when we have an eta. I documented with techline under sr# 7730822650. ; ordrng 1 W11188493 (Evap cover) and 1 WPW10389152 (Motor support) and 1 W11116006 (Evaporator rc) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv dryer) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 Sealedsystem (Sealed system)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door gasket issues. Upon further inspection, I found the right RC door gasket torn. I removed and replaced the door gasket and using my heat gun, I shaped the gasket so that it would seal properly. I found a small gap in the upper left corner of the left RC door due to the cabinet/chassis being warped. I was able to adjust the cabinet/chassis and filled the gapping in with manufacturer approved silicone. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. In an attempt to level the unit, I found the floors were not level. Customer advised that someone is coming to redo the flooring. I advised the customer to contact our office after the floors are finished and I would come back to level the unit. No water leaks observed during service, customer to call office to schedule leveling of unit once floors are finished.; O-emld tckt"
