Arrived onsite for refrigerator no cool. Upon arrival I found the FC=12 RC=44. I found the RC evaporator thawed with water droplets on the coils and rust in the drain pan. I found some frost forming on the FC evaporator cover and when I exposed the evaporator I found some ice formed at the top and sides of the evaporator. I confirmed the heater worked through test 6. CS and I walked through SS checks. I ran test 4 and put my hand on the 3 way valve during sub 4 I felt a slight movement and what sounded like a sizzle but not the normal noises a valve should make. I ohmed out the connector at the valve and it ohmed out good. We determined that the 3 way valve is not sending refrigerant to the RC evaporator and will need to be replaced. Found temps in freezer around 5 degrees indicating no problems with cooling. Informed customer after installing parts that it could take up to 24 hours to fill ice bucket. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed console control and installed new console control. Powered up oven microwave combo and ran diagnostics. No error codes came on. Bottom left mounting screw that holds slide in was missing and a different black screw was used in its place. The screw that was used no longer threads into the cabinet fascia. I was able to find a torque screw in my loose screw bag and install it to keep the bottom left section of the slide in place. Job completed.

I found the unit is slightly tilted forward and not mounted to the cabinets. Also found the dispenser door broken. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=38 degrees. I found the ice bin full. Also, I found the ice chute gasket not seated correctly allowing warm air from the RC section up into the ice bin and causing the ice maker sensor to read warmer temps than it should. Adjusted the gasket and checked to make sure it is sealing against the ice bin and it is good now. Also found the ice bin rod was jammed into the motor housing and not allowing the dispenser to dispense cubes; constantly dispensing crushed ice. I adjusted the rod and retested the ice dispenser and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Spoke with customer on suds and continue to run cleaning cycle without cleaner until suds are gone. All tested good, no water leaks detected.

Arrived onsite for wine cooler having condensation on door. Upon arrival found unit operating as designed found no condensation on exterior of door. Spoke with customer on getting photos for documentation of issue occurs in the future. Job Completed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not turning on. Upon arrival found outlet was dead. Found it was off at breaker due to recent storm turned on and tested dishwasher. Found dishwasher now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator making a loud compressor sound. Upon arrival the customer stated he could hear a loud intermittent rattle from the back of the unit. I checked temps and found the RC at 38?f And the FC at 0?f. I found the evap and condenser fan working as designed. I found no mechanical failure with the cooling. I gained access to the compressor and found it working as designed. The customer also stated that water will gush out of the filter housing when changing the filter. I turned the water off at the wall and removed the filter. I then put a towel down and quickly turned the water on and off. I found the water coming out of the housing very fast. This indicates a faulty filter head housing. I am ordering the housing to replaced and the valve just in case. ; ordrng 1 W10408179 (Valve) and 1 WPW10121138 (Filter Housing)

Arrived onsite and replaced the hv control and ui. All checks good. Advised customer on fridge operation.

Arrived on site to test unit for condensation in FC. Found evaporator had ball of ice on capillary tube. Removed ice and ice started forming again. Refrigerant was not moving through evap preventing unit from cooling properly causing condensation. Needing SS tech on return visit and 2hrs. Arrived onsite and called techline for repeat frozen fill tube. Was advised that tube is able to be replaced. Advised customer on techline recommendation. "Arrived on site for washer not spinning out load. Ran diagnostics got valve temp 0-4 , 7-5 unable to reach max rpm, 7-1 shifter fault . Recommend replacing actuator ,gearcase and valve .

Arrived onsite for washer not operating at all. Upon arrival found unit control was receiving but not sending voltage throughout.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is leaking. Found drain line frozen over. Thawed line and all is working properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.
