Arrived onsite for a washer not cleaning dishes well. I checked for stored error codes and found none. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed but the upper wash arm orifices were clogged with small plastic pieces the same color as the wash arm not allowing the arm to spin. I found the lower arm clean and the filter clean. I took a pick and removed all of the plastic and tested the unit again. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerant with poor colon in RC. Performed diagnostic and temp checks. Found RC at 46, FC at 0. Found FC has a thick frost pattern on it, but RC Evap had no frost pattern, and dripping moisture on it. Ran test 4 and found barely any frost building. Called and talked to CS about which direction to proceed. As this appears to be refrigerant not properly diverting to RC Evap, repair is to replace 3 way valve, solenoid and UI. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a sound like ice is dropping in the bin, but the ice maker is not turned on. Checked temps and the FC=10 degrees & RC=38 degrees. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed. I removed the upper cover and found the compressor suction line was completely frozen. While I had the unit in diagnostics, the lice froze and I could hear the ice falling off the line and hitting the top of the chassis making the noise the customer described. I placed my gauges on the compressor and found the low side at plus +5. When I removed the gauge, oil cams out of the access valveOrdering the dye dryer and CNOTE-OFFICE TO SCHEDULE RETURN SERVICE.
