"Arrived on site to inspect range not level. Upon further inspection, I found the front left leg where it screws into the chassis is stripped and cracked. Replaced the leg and checked the unit to make sure it’s level. Customer advised that the front right burner doesn’t boil water. Using a small pot (melting burner) with water, I tested the burner. After a few minutes, the water began to boil. Customer then stated that the water stops boiling if they add pasta to the pot. I advised that once food substance is added, it will not continue to boil, but only keep the food warm as stated in the owners manual page 7. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a wall oven displaying an F8E1 oven low fan speed error to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the cooling fans and the rear two wire harness because is was badly frayed. While replacing the lower fan I found the gray wire to the motor speed control pinched and the sheet metal had cut it where it was grounding out. After replacing the motors and the harness I tested the oven getting the same results. I suspect the lower oven control to be shorted from the wire touching the chassis. Will need to replace the lower oven AM and further test. I am also ordering other parts just in case. Found no loops in the line to stop incoming water from the sink or garbage disposal from back flowing into the dishwasher. Customer advised that they just had a garbage disposal replaced. Used metal tape to fix the drain hose and advised customer to get an o-clamp to properly hold the drain hose. Ran unit through a normal wash to see it fill and start to wash. Unit filled with water and sprayed through both spray arms. Placed unit in drain and found unit draining properly. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Customer advised that the issue was not that it was leaking anymore but that the last technician turned off the water to the unit while he was working and now the water was not dispensing out of the dispenser. Inspected unit and work area. Found water valve in the back turned off. Turned on water and tested unit. Unit display that the customer needed to replace the filter and that the water dispenser was turned off. Was able to tinker around with the filter a little bit and get a few drops to come out but I did advise customer he will need a new filter.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water form the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found a large block of he bottom of the FC section. Removed the ice and found a large block of ice in the evap drip pan. Once I got the ice out of the drip pan, I found that the ice traveled into the drain area. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the drain and while in the process, a piece of insulation blew out of the drain. I checked the drain tube at the back of the unit and it was clear of debris. Advised the customer of my findings. Cleaned up all water with my wet vac. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker working sporadically. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker works sometimes and sometimes it won’t. I checked temps in the FC=10 degrees. I found the “replace filter” indicator light on and customer said they haven’t changed the filter. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker. The IM harvested properly and water the tray. I found ice in the bin as well. Customer also advised that they have been opening the FC door a lot to get ice from the bin and get food from the FC section. I advised the customer that the more they open the door, the longer the ice cycles will take to make ice due to the temp changes. I recommended that the customer replace the filter

Water temps are good, dispenser is opening, all three spray arms are clear of debris and functioning properly, heating element is functioning and at correct amp draw of 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles. "Arrived on site for oven having no power. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the thermal fuse to be bad. I replaced the thermal fuse with new and powered the unit on. I tested the unit and unit operated as designed. I spoke with the customer about not leaving the oven door open while it was cooling, that doing so will, cause that fuse to pop. I also spoke to the customer about reshaping the gasket once a month to prevent any heat from escaping the top of the oven. Job complete."

Arrived on site to install sealed system parts. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the cap tube covered in ice and the system low on refrigerant. I evacuated the system and removed the old dryer and old compressor. I installed a new compressor and dryer. I gained access to the evaporator and removed the ice build up around the cap tube. I removed the old evaporator and replaced with new. I preformed a push pull test on the system and found no restriction. I pulled a 30 inch vacuum and monitored pressures for a leak. No leak present. I filled the system with a measured charge of 4.8 oz. I monitored the low side and high side pressure and found low side 0 and high side 150. I found a good frost pattern on the evaporator. System is operating as designed. Please allow 24 hours for unit to get to proper temperature. Job complete.
