Only found 2 cartons of eggs were covering the thermistor Called tech line. Said the coverage of the thermistor can mess with the temperatures, Said that the customer can set the temperature of unit getting too cold. Had me change the temperature to 39 degrees. Replaced arm and extension, tested unit, unit works good. Found valve was vibrating very loudly. Found valve was not properly secured in housing. Secured valve, tested unit, noise is no longer present. Also noticed compressor starter was clicking but compressor was not engaging. Replaced run capacitor(WPW10350564) and start device(W11092533) from truck stock. Tested unit, compressor now engaging as designed. Compressor was pulling consistent .9amps. No leaks detected. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=24 degrees & RC=46 degrees. I removed the FC evap cover and found the coils 1/2 frosted and the RC evap had no frost pattern. I found the suction line and capillary tube badly corroded. I inspected the compressor and found it warm and operating. While inspecting the RC evaporator, the 3way valve switched over to the RC evaporator and refrigerant began to blow out of the cabinet from the suction line/cap tube. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaint and my findings.

Inspected unit and determined the leak had to have come from the fresh food evaporator due to it freezing up so many times. Replaced compressor, dryer, and fresh food evaporator and vacuumed unit. Unit held a vacuum for 15 minutes. Charge the unit and the unit held pressure is at -3 psi and 115 psi on the high side. Unit began cooling and is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out from the cabinet and unplugged. Also found the tub full of water. Checked the drain and found it to be a gravity pull type drain and not installed correctly. Unit needs an external drain pump assembly to be able to drain properly. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed. I started a cycle and checked amp draw to the compressor and found 2.77amps. Unit made a good slab of ice and it dropped to the grid cutter. It appears that the unit is making ice but due to the unit not able to drain properly, when the ice drops to the tub, its melting in the water below. I am ordering the external drain pump and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and office to schedule return service. Unit left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service. I removed the water from the tub with my shop vac.; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=5 degrees. I inspected the harness at the bottom left hinge area and it was good/no broken wires. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test #44 and it began to harvest then showed that the bin was fill when it was empty. I removed the ice maker housing and found a large block of ice built up in the front left corner of the tray due to a cube not dispensing into the bin and slowly developing larger over time. I cleared the ice and cleared the ice that had accumulated under the bin and retested the ice maker. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended that the customer remove the ice bin approximately once per week to clear out any ice accumulated under the bin and allow it to air dry before putting it back in the refrigerator."

The customer has advised that ever since they bought this unit six weeks ago that the unit is building up frost in the evaporator section. They removed the frost buildup 3 to 4 weeks ago and it came back and then remove the ice build up again to be able to use their refrigerator. Inspected unit and work area. Test at the misters and thermistor showed that they passed. Checked the defrost sensor and found the defrost sensor had passed as well. Forced unit into a defrost in the defrost heater came on and began to defrost the unit. Spoke to PR and was advised to check the evaporator to make sure the evaporator thermistor was plugged in. Checked the thermistor and found it not fully engaged into the pin connector potentially causing the issue. Re-fitted connection and removed the clip on the thermistor. Used foil tape to tape the thermistor onto the evaporator. Tested unit and the unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the float was broken. Also said the unit isnt washing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F4E3-motor. I cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit dispensed water into the tub and the motor failed to come on, I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump and element all operated as designed. I removed and replaced the float and sump/motor assembly and retested. When the water began to dispense, the unit began to leak from the motor seal. I turned the drain pump on and used my vacuum to sweep the water. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering another sumo/motor assembly and office to schedule return service due to the availability of part. I turned the water off at the valve under the sink and unplugged the unit for safety.
