Arrived on site for fridge not cooling properly. Upon further inspection I found that the evaporator fan motor the condenser fan motor as well as a compressor all running. The evaporator inside the freezer had absolutely no ice buildup of any kind and was completely bone dry. The compressor was also extremely hot to the touch to the point that you could cook food on it. Unit will need a new sealed system repair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dropping ice after removing their cup. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice dispenser and it operated as designed. I checked the ice door and it closed within the allotted time of approximately 7 seconds. I retested and when I moved my cup, a few cubes got wedged in between the ice door and chute. I showed the customer my findings. I contacted techline and spoke to Dave and advised of the issue and my findings. Dave advised that the unit is operating as designed and to not replace any parts. Provided file #7728440049. I advised the customer of techline recommendations and recommended that they inspect the ice chute when they get ice and when they let up on the paddle to leave their cup in place for the 7 seconds until the ice door closes. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing food in the fresh food or crisper drawers. I put the unit into diagnostics and tested all components and all passed. There is no presents of frozen food in the RC section at this time. I found the switch on the pull out fresh food drawer was in the coldest open position. I spoke with the customer and she stated that she had adjusted the humidity levels in the 2 smaller crisper drawers. I found that the baffle for the large pull out drawer was stuck open by a piece of tape. I removed the tape and put it on a lower setting to insure the freezing doesn’t happen again. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to possibly replace previous diagnosed sealed system parts. I checked the pressures when the unit was trying to cool the FC and I had 22 psi on the low side and 100 psi on the high side. The compressor was not pumping correctly and it was very hot. I evacuated the refrigerant and replaced the compressor installing a low side service tap. I changed the dye dryer. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 5.50 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and had 15 psi on the low side and 155 psi on the high side when cooling the RC. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
