I found the burners working as designed and explained to the customer on how the level of heat on the flames cannot change. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E0 for cooling fan speed to low, and had repeated 10 times. I then tried to manually activate the cooling fan and it never turned on. I gained access to the control and found all connections and the harness good. I found no obstructions in the fan either. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not cleaning clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and manually tested agitate and found the basket moving with the agitator. Tilted unit back and found the actuator not seated correctly. Using a ziptie, I secured the actuator to the cam shifter and tested as a temporary fix until I can return with the actuator. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my temporary repair and am ordering the actuator and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Arrived on site to replace compressor and filter drier. Found no issues with evap did however find the compressor pulling 2.6amps and was extremely hot to he touch. Replaced compressor and drier. System held vacuum for 20mins. Charged system to specs. Found no signs of leaks from solder joints or anywhere. FC evap develop ideal frost pattern. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found both compartment temps were over 70 degrees. After inspection of FC I found evap fan motor running but evap coils had no frost, moister or cold build up and instead felt hot to the touch. After inspecting the compressor work area I found amperage to compressor was over 6amps and rising. Condenser fan motor was complete seized up but was receiving proper voltage. The return low side line was hot enough to burn things when touched. At this time the compressor has stopped pumping no returning refrigerant through system. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival I checked temps in freezer and found unit sitting right at 0?. Upon further inspection of the icemaker I found no broken wires or harnesses anywhere and I tried to run a diagnostics on the icemaker but found the motor was stuck in the harvest position and not allowing the cycle to complete unit was receiving the proper DC voltage I did replace the icemaker and reassembled and tested the unit I found that the icemaker fully harvested as designed and was allowing water to come in from the valve and inform customer that unit would need at least 24 hours to fill the bucket up with ice. No leaks during repairs call complete

"Arrived on site and inspected a garage refrigerator with cooling issues. Confirmed the complaint and found the temperatures were 72/77. Accessed the evaporator and found NO frost pattern on the evaporator and a small ice buildup on the top right that was stagnant and contributing to the cooling issues. Determined this would be a sealed system repair.

Arrived on site to test unit for handle coming off. TestUnit and found loose screws. Secured handle screws test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for rains not allowing oven section of unit to kick on. Upon arrival customer stated that the igniter seemed like it would turn on but it was not igniting the gas or allowing gas to come out I then verified there was a solid 120 V connection between the igniter main control and the valve but during test I found the igniter was not gLowing hard enough to allow any gas to pass through the burner Ive been replaced igniter reassembled and tested the unit and found that the oven kicked on very quickly and loud for functionality and a very healthy flame to ignite. At this time unit is functioning as designed call complete

Arrived on site and to install previously ordered parts. Found the trim (left and right side) plastic was broken not securing the glass. I went ahead and installed the handle and handle trim and reordered the trim. I ordered 2 for each side to prevent not completing the repaiR due to defective parts. "Arrived on site for a washing machine getting an F27 error code. I found the error code was flashing on the UI, and the error code is for overflow condition. Upon further inspection I found the customer had installed an automatic soap dispenser into the unit and the line on it was kinked. I could not get the error code to clear, therefore I could not properly test the unit. The water pressure was good and there were no kinks in the pressure hose. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 77311140962. Andrew informed me that the error code will not disappear until the issue is fixed. He also stated that the automatic soap dispenser rig should not be causing the issue, unless it was causing over suds. He recommended to replace the pressure switch in unison with the pressure hose to fix the issue. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed system repair. Upon arrival reconfirm that compressor was failing and I recovered Refrigerant. After installing a new compressor access valve and UV dryer I pulled the vacuum for 15 minutes and found that there were no leaks in the unit. I recharged the system with 4.27 ounces of refrigerant and let the unit run for another 20 minutes found the pressures sitting at 150 psi on the high side and zero on the low side. Informed customer it would take at least 24 hrs to allow unit to cool properly. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found the unit is dispensing and producing ice but the customer has concerns with the alignment of the doors and the ice bin is sticking out with gaps. I removed the ice bin and ice maker house omg and tried to re seat everything but the ice bin still has gaps and looks crooked. The side of the ice bin hits the center mullion as the door is closed. "Arrived on site for range turning itself on and off. We inspected the unit and work area. We found the unit unplugged. We tested the bake, broil, and the thermal fuse all check good. We checked voltage to the terminal block and found l1 120vac L2 120vac and l1 to L2 240. We found no wiring damaged or shorted to ground anywhere. We called safety and spoke to Kent. I advised Kent of the situation. We replaced the control and tested the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit leaking from up top, unit was dry at time of service, I ran water through water dispenser, checked valve and filter head, unit tested good at time of service, instructed customer to watch when it fills with water for ice maker, and if she can catch it in a defrost to look up top for water.

Arrived on site to test unit for thin sheets of ice/almost no ice producing. Found water reservoir was not filling enough to get water to recirculate. Found ice thickness setting at 2. Changed ice thickness setting to 6 and tested unit. Water reservoir is not filling properly. All functions are operating as designed. Water flow from valve is good. No leaks detected. If issue persists recommend replacing valve. Job complete.

Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not staying on and running. Customer has previously replaced the control, Ui and Filter board. I ran the unit and found it was recycling and constantly restarting. Found clicking on control coming from K9 relay. Disconnected harnesses one by one and found when the P7 connector for the evap fan was disconnected, the cycling would stop and the unit would work properly. Replaced evap motor and retested unit. Verified unit is powered on and running properly and cooling.

Arrived on site for dishwasher top rack wheel and stop broken off. Upon arrival found track wheel broken and track stop missing. Replaced the track wheels and stop. Unit operates as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I heat formed and installed both RC gaskets. I installed the UI and tested the mullion. The unit is working as designed at this time. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking onto floor. Upon arrival found unit drain tube was clogged cleared. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher receiving an F8E4 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was stopping and leaving water in the tub after about 20 minutes of running, and now it just wont work at all. They found when it stopped it would randomly flash lights on the UI. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for inlet water/no water and F8E2 for fill valve electrical problem. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I found no water in the float switch area. I then ran a normal cycle and about 15 minutes into the wash it stopped and started flashing lights on the UI at the start and wash LEDs. I went back into diagnostics mode and found both of the same error codes again. I called techline and spoke to Steve and received SR# 7731143337. Steve had me check voltage for the flow meter at the control while activating the fill valve. Due to it not getting 12VAC he recommended replacing the control. He also said to be safe we should go ahead and replace the OWI and flow meter too. Flow meter should be in inlet assembly. We also found the customer had the drain tube installed incorrectly and will need to fix it. Ordering all three parts and the office will have to reschedule. The return tech will need to run he unit for 15-20 minutes after the part install, for it does not replicate in diagnostics. ; ordrng 1 W11410065 (Control) and 1 W11407411 (Inlet Water Assembly) and 1 W11410464 (OWI) and 1 W11434044 (Inlet Valve)"

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of front right burner not lighting properly, found failed ignitor and spark module, after replacing, I found unit would light, but the burner head gasket was bad causing whooshing noise, to much oxygen. I replaced burner head for front right and that solved the issue, found all other burner heads were doing the same thing and rear center was taking way to long to light. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the actuator had popped off of the cam. Per service pointer W11531483 I will need to order and replace the actuator. I temporarily fixed the unit and tested it. I ran a service cycle and manually activated the spin and agitate. The unit is working as designed for now. Arrived on site and inspected dryer not drying. Confirmed the complaint and found the blower wheel was stripped and wasnt spinning with the motor. Replaced it and unit now functioning properly. JOB COMPLETE

Arrived on site for LOUD SCRAPING/GRINDING NOISE-ALSO TAKING SEVERAL HOURS TO DRY. Found blower wheel separated from the round mount that attaches to the motor stem threads. Because the mount was stripped from inside the wheel I had to use my drill bit to remove the wheel. Once I removed the wheel the wheel mount was stuck to the threads on the motor stem. Removed motor. Installed new motor and wheel. Reassembled the dryer. Heating as designed and the grinding noise is gone. Job completed

"Arrived on site for wall oven not allowing ui input. Upon arrival confirmed ui is receiving proper voltage from main control but ui was frozen on Home Screen. I cut power to 7 it and allowed 5 minutes to reset. I then restored power and found unit fully operating on all oven heating and touch selection tests for both upper and lower oven. Also found 7 it not connected to WiFi. In diagnostics unit had a f6e4 error indicating a ui to ACU miscommunication from previous ui issue. I connected unit to WiFi and allowed unit to update, found unit is fully functioning as designed call complete."

Arrived on site and inspected wall oven that was already pulled out by customer. Confirmed the complaint and found the tod was causing the malfunction. Removed and replaced it and unit tested as designed.

Arrived on site for CL error code called tech support per tech support main control and sensor needs to be replaced

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that was not getting to temp / low on bake and convect in both ovens. Customer also mentioned seeing an error pop up at times. Found the error was F3E2, stuck key. Replaced both console and control in unit. I verified the unit had the proper 240V and no voltage drops were occurring, unit just wasnt getting elemenrs hot enough. Retested with new control and console and stuck key error is gone, and I verified the temp is exceeding 350 degrees properly. If issue returns, returning tech should call tech line due to items all testing good at this point. Call complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. I found upon further inspection that ice maker was harvesting but water wasnt entering ice maker due to clog in fill line. Clog was created due to a bad inlet valve wreaking into fridge over time. I replac3d the inlet valve and reassembled and tested the unit. Found non leaks during repairs and ice maker and dispenser are now fully functioning call complete.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of convection oven not working, found unit was set to Celsius so customer was unable to put in correct temperature, I switched unit back to Fahrenheit, unit tested good."

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found white wire at junction box was disconnected. Secured connection test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making abnormal noises. Upon inspection I found RC=39 FC=10. I found the evaporator fan motor was buzzing or vibrating loudly. I accessed the evaporator and found a almost perfect frost pattern. I removed and replaced the fan motor. I tested the new motor and it is working as designed with no more abnormal noises. No leaks detected during service. Job complete .

"Arrived onsite for unit making noise. Tested the unit, heard screeching. Upon further inspection, found that the idler roller was stuck, causing the belt to get abrasive on the ribs. Showed customer the issue. Went ahead with service and parts. Replaced parts but need to order correct belt as the belt in the kit was not the correct size. Ordered correct size. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival replaced drain pan and cleared line had a small amount of insulation blocking.

"Arrived onsite for microwave intermittently heating and fan not operating. Tested unit found it would heat. But then not reheat also found unit fan would also not go into speed two. Found unit receiving proper voltage. Ordering unit mag cap diode, motor fan, transformer, control, and mag thermostat. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of fan running after cooking was complete, this is normal for this unit. Found the turn table ring was the wrong one. According to customer there was an issue with the original microwave combo unit and the builder installed the current one from a model home. Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced control. Control includes thermistor. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Put unit in recommended settings

Arrived onsite for oven not maintaining correct temperature and control with malfunctioning display. Upon inspection found control failing and sensor out of range. Replaced control and sensor. Tested unit at 350 degrees and unit is cycling with an average temperature of 352. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for cooktop elements not functioning correctly. Upon arrival tested all burners. Burners will reach target temperature and pulse to maintain the temperature. Burners illuminate completely. Switches are functioning properly. Could not duplicate any issues. Customer will monitor.Job complete
