Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is making unusual noise. Found belt slipping on cam causing sqealing. Replaced belt and cam and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for the inner door piece slides down and should not. Mullion does not engage in center bracket. Found mullion mounted properly. Inspected left side RC door cam and it looked good. Inspected left side RC hinge and it looked bent downwards. Compared to right side RC hinge and there was definitely more clearance under the right side hinge than the left side RC hinge. Ordering LEFT SIDE hinge to return and complete the repair. Also returning with rail mullion to be installed due to the original getting knocked around and not closing as designed. Customer informed me that they have been able to empty and reset / defrost before and been able to get unit to cool again. I removed the evap cover and checked the frost pattern. I found the unit had a full frost pattern on the evap. I checked the air return vent and deli drawer vent and found no ice in the way. I noticed the fan had goo built up all over the connector on the motor side, and the connection looked like it was deteriorating. With fan failing it can cause issues with the DC circuit, which can also result in low cooling or intermittent component failures.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival I found the RC at 34 and the FC at 4. I ran test 120 and it would not advance past sub test 01. I confirmed 12DC coming to the Ice maker. I found the lights flickered when I turned the ice maker on at the switch. I spoke with PR and we determined the IM motor is shorted causing a DC overload making the lights flicker. I replaced the ice maker and ran test 120 again. The new IM now goes through all tests as designed and shows a PA for PASS at the end of the test. I advised the customer to monitor ice production I called techline to report. SR#7731016088.No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the ice door area. Upon further inspection, I found water in the dispenser tray. Customer advised that the ice maker recently began to make ice again. I found the right RC door gasket torn from top corner to the bottom corner on the left side. I found the ice door is not sealing properly allowing warm air up into the ice bin and melting the ice causing it to leak through the ice door onto the tray. Also found the deli door reservoir, under the deli control, full of water and the deli door harness corroded and wires broken. Found the deli control corroded. Inspected the deli harness in the cabinet and found the brown wire to the harness broken.. I found wat in the bottom the RC section due to the RC evap drip pan being badly warped. Tested the unit in diagnostics and found the heater turning on indicating there was no issue with the heater circuit. Defrost at the unit completely and checked resistance on my thermistors. Both seemingly checked OK. We?re in the unit through diagnostics again and found the unit showing an evaporator thermistor failure. Replaced evaporator thermistor and control and tested unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer not heating. Upon arrival we tested the unit and it had no heat at all. I checked voltage at the wall, terminal block, and to the control. All were good. I then gained access to the heating components and found the element, thermostats, sensors, and fuse ohmd out good. I then checked the white/red wire from element unplugged to ground while the load was activated and found no voltage. I did the same for the red wire to the element and found 120V. This indicates a possible faulty control. I gained access to the control and checked voltage from K2 red to ground and had no voltage, and black to ground had 120V. This indicates a faulty control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit was now running as designed. The customer had a question about clean lint screw flashing on the unit. I advised them on proper cleaning of the screen and lack of airflow at the wall could cause this. I cleaned all lint out of the unit and started a cycle, the error went away. I also advised the customer I checked all sensors and the sensor for it checked good. Call complete."

Arrived on site for microwave making rattling noise. Upon arrival I found unit had some wear and tear over the past few years. Door handle was falling off unit leading to whole door needing to be replaced due to wear damaged handle has to mount to door. Unit also had a lot of grease build up on outside of unit and inner cavity near high voltage equipment. Unit no longer heats. Was not able to confirm any raffle noises during tests. Do to amount of wear on unit we had a hard time accessing a lot of components due to risk of breaking more parts trying to disassemble unit.

(CS) Arrived on site for water tasting weird and gasket not sealing on RC. Upon arrival found that RC door gasket was cracked and falling off on bottom of the door. Was able to replace door gasket and seal it to liner. Also found that door gasket was causing mold to form around reservoir. Checked to see that the unit would start if certain components were disconnected and found the unit still not starting through all of my checks. Checked the main control for voltage and found voltage not being sent from the control. Spoke to SW and was advised to check voltage going through the latch. She advised that this unit send voltage to the control two ways and had me check both. Found part of the latch not sending voltage to the control and causing the issue. Replaced latch and tested unit. The unit began working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install gearcase and related parts to resolve washer not moving. Performed additional diagnoses after I was able to drain via shop vac. Talked to SW who had me test and check the motor and coupling. I found the coupling was good. But the motor just buzzed even when removed. I found lid switch was failed to start and I had to jumper it to get motor to buzz this time. If I twisted the shaft of the motor it would take off and spin, indicating a failed capacitor. Ordering a capacitor and lid latch. That may resolve the issue, but I cant confirm gearcase is not needed until its under load. While testing, I could hear a loud humming noise. Pulled the unit from the wall and found the diode was burnt and capacitor and magnetron not operating. I removed the icemaker to test, and found what felt like a frozen fill line. I steamed out the small ice in the fill line and the unit filled after. Customer had recently replaced filter to attempt to resolve. Issue was likely due to a clogged filter causing an ice buildup, or excess moisture in the FC. , no water leaks found."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to Spain and tested and found the basket is not spinning. I removed the outer shell and inspected the motor and coupler and found both in good condition. With the shell off, I retested spin and found the shaft spinning but the basket not catching.

Arrived on site for wine cooler not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found compressor running. Gained access to compressor and measured amp draw. Found Indication of a sealed system leak.
