Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that did not seem to be getting enough water per the customer complain when I arrived. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostics and found an F4 E3 error code indicating a fault in the motor I then checked for proper voltage to the motor and found it was functioning but the motor was not turning on when it needed to. Upon further inspection in diagnostics I also found at the fill valve is not filling the dishwasher up enough which is more than likely what caused the motor to burn itself out not getting enough water in the first place after getting authorization I replace the motor and some assembly as well as the water inlet valve I was in able to reassembled unit and ran a normal and heavy cycle and was able to verify that the sump assembly is now agitating as designed and the unit is filling with water more than it was before allowing the motor to run properly and distribute the water also found that there were no leaks before during or after repair call complete

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is overheating and not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit pulled apart and had advise that he had checked continuity and voltage to the unit and was thinking that the unit was just overheating due to a burning smell that he was getting intermittently. Checked unit and tested it on a normal high time dry cycle. Unit began working as designed and cycled properly with the heater. Found good airflow coming from the dryer. The customer had a vent hose removed from the dryer that was still attached to the wall that was completely kinked up in several different areas. I did advise the customer that it appeared that the unit was working properly but that he had a ventilation issue. The customer did state that he was initially thinking it was a ventilation issue but with the burning smell, he just wanted to have it checked out. Had the customer run I cycle with clothes and found the unit creating steam inside the room and drying the clothes. Unit is working as designed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that keeps getting thrown off balance.upon arrival the customer stated every load it will give stop mid wash and she will have to manually drain and spin it. She said no off balance error code is thrown though. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1 for long fill. I cleared the error code. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed. Upon further inspection I found the units drain line more than two feet into the drain hole on the wall. I advised the customer that this is what was causing their long fill error codes. I ran a high spin and fast agitate on the unit and found the suspension bushings on the faulty and needing replacement. I replaced the bushing and the unit was now more stable. I called techline and talked to Andrew and received SR# 7730737543. Unit is working as designed. I also advised the customer on proper loading via user care guide and proper installation. I

Arrived onsite for refrigerator losing cool in the RC and shutting off intermittently. Upon inspection I found the FC=7 RC=34. I could see some frost build up on the top of the evaporator cover. I tested the bimetal and heater and they both turned on in diagnostics. I accessed the evaporator and found a good block of ice formed over the top half of the evaporator there was frost on all runs. I found the thermistor is out of range and the bi metal had fallen down on the evaporator loop.The unit is performing as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the unit to make sure it reaches desired temps. In vacuumed out the drain pan. No leaks detected during time of service.Job complete.

Arrived on site for wall oven not allowing the upper oven to shut off after a cooking cycle had been completed. Upon arrival customer stated that the UI had become unresponsive when trying to turn the oven off upon further diagnostics I found no error codes stored in the system. Customer also didnt have WiFi connection set up to oven. I then went ahead and replace the main control And reassembled and connected the unit to the customers Wi-Fi network. After completing a 15 minute pre-test of 350? in the upper oven I was able to find that the unit is now fully functioning as designed and the UI is responsive with all input inform customer to and let us know if the issue were to come back at any point if it does the tech recommends that we get the UI control panel. At this time unit is functioning as designed call complete

Found the dishwasher drain hose running downhill from the garbage disposal causing the unit to fill when the garbage disposal is filled. The customer did state that it doesn?t happen all the time but she has had a problem at points where the unit will overflow. Advise customer to get an extension on her drain hose because she has a very tight drain drain hose that won?t be able to loop upwards before it comes down. I showed her what she needed to do for the repair. Customer then stated that she also found out this morning that the unit now it won?t power on. I did advise her that she would need to contact American home shield for further assistance with that problem due to it being a separate issue. Call complete.

"Arrived on sight for door wobbling when closing. I inspected the unit and work area. I eliminated the door lock as a possible cause by taping the switch down, and found the door acting the same. When I went to take the door off I could feel the hinges or the receivers were misaligned. I inspected the hinges and I could see one set bent inwards and the other straight. I disassembled the door and tried to realign the hinges. The door acted the same. I am ordering the hinge receivers and components needed to rebuild the door. "Arrived on site it I select range oven having excessive gas smell. Upon further inspection, I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees. Once the unit reached preheat, I opened the oven door and did not smell any excess gas odors. Inspected the connection from the burner to the regulator and found the burner not fully seated. Corrected the burner and tested. Tested the cooktop burners and all are functioning properly. Customer advised they smelled gas in the cabinet to the right of the unit as well. I inspected the cabinet and found the shutoff inside, but did not smell any excessive gas odors. No further gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working, water leaking from door, lights not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and cooling as designed. Found all lights on and ice in the bin. Tested temps in the FC=10 degrees and RC=39 degrees. Inspected the deli control and the reservoir under it and all checked good. Inspected the deli harness and found none broken. Customer advised that the unit shut completely off/lost power and then came back on approximately one week ago. "Complaint is the top ice maker isnt producing. I found fault code e5 in step 56, I put the unit through a harvest and it cycle. I put the unit through a full test and the valve opened but no water dispensed. I tested voltage and resistance at the ice make fascia and it is good. I did a temp check in the freezer and found it at zero. I did a temp check in the ice box and found it at 03. I tested the ice box fan and found it working. I changed the unit from adaptive defrost to basic defrost. Im going to order an icemaker to complete the repair, and the fill tube heater just Incase. Arrived on site for a range not reaching proper temp. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would not thoroughly cook a pizza and it would take significantly to long. I put the unit into diagnostics and found no error codes. I preheated the unit and found the average temp while set at 350?F to be 355?F. I called techline and spoke to Anthony and received SR# 7730735593. He advised advising the customer on letting the unit preheat roughly 15 minutes longer after the beep and trying different rack positioning. I also advised the customer that if the temp or cycle is changed during use then you have to press start again otherwise it will stop.Call complete.
