"Arrived on site to follow up with customer being unable to remove ice bucket from housing. On arrival found no ice buildup on door or ice bucket. Was able to remove ice bucket with normal button push and a sharp jerk on the bottom of the bucket. Bucket feels a little stiff to take out, but I am able to do it successfully. People that are shorter in height may have a problem being able to leverage the button and motion needed to remove. Ice bucket was replaced previous visit due to the front panel and covering separating, but replacement is working fine. No repair to be made. Contacted tech line to document SR7728068098. Tech line has no additional recommendations and unit is operating as designed. Call complete."

Unit was still not turn off the drain pump or unlock the door. Removed pressure hose and blew through it to make sure there was no obstructions. Found no obstructions in drain hose. Unplugged pressure switch and unit still was draining and had a locked door. I called Techline and spoke to Dave SR# 7728065354. He had me run a few tests with the control and advised the control had a relay stuck open not allowing the unit to do anything else and advised to replace the control.Replaced control and tested unit. Arrived on site for dryer that’s not heating properly. Inspected unit and work area. Tested voltage at the wall between L1 and L2 and found 160 V. Removed power plug and found power plug connector prong burned and singed at the power cord outlet. Tested voltage in the outlet and was getting jumping voltage ranging from 1 V across L1 and L2 to 126.7 and then up to 160V and then 190V and back down to 1V. I advise the customer that they definitely would need to replace their power cord but that there may be an issue with their outlet. Advise customer to get an electrician to fix their issues.

I plugged the unit in and the drain pump came on and the customer identified the sound as the drain pump. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F0E2, F1E1, F5E1, F9E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and checked the neath and all looked good. Tested the unit one more time and it operated as designed with no error codes. Customer advised they have a water softener as well. Customer advised that they used half a cap of detergent on a small/medium load which is what caused the unit to go into “flood mode” and shut down and begin to drain. The unit sensed too many suds in the load. I made recommendations for use & care as well as detergent & softener use. No water leaks observed durin

"Arrived on site for a sealed system. I gained access to the dryer, access valve and 3 way solenoid. I evacuated the system and found no signs of a burn out. I removed the old access valve, dryer and 3 way solenoid. I replaced all 3 with new. I preformed a push pull test on step 4 and both evaps operated as designed. I pulled a vacuum With the 3 way valve in the home position. I found no vacuum leaks. I put a charge of 5.5 0z into the system. I monitored for pressures and was showing 0 on low side for freezer and 13 for fresh food. Unit is cooling. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for freezer to get to ice making temperature. Job complete."
