"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was not opening the dispenser consistently. Removed door panel and examined dispenser solenoid. Found the framework for the solenoid / arm are heat warped and covered in calcium deposits. The arm barely moves at all and has a lot of resistance due to being deformed and covered in calcium. Advised customer we are unable to offer a good repair due to the discontinued parts and warped frame, so replacing the solenoid motor would not fully resolve issue.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator sealed system. Upon arrival, customer advised that the ice began to melt again, but the unit had been cooling just fine until recently. I pulled the unit to inspect the compressor and the heat exchange line where oil was found previously and there was no evidence of a leak. I disassembled the RC section and removed the evap cover and found where the evaporator is leaking at the bottom right side of the coils. I removed and replaced the UV dye drier and the RC evaporator and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. I placed the unit in diagnostics and ran test #4. Unit pressures were good at 4/150. I reassembled the RC section and advised the customer that the unit will take approximately 24 hours to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

I found the door hinges are good and not bent and the inner and outer door panels are good/not bent. I attempted to remove the upper rack and the left side wheels would not roll out all the way. I found a piece of plastic debris that was wedged in between the rails and rack wheels that wasnt allowing the rack to go in all the way pushing the rack against the door and pushing it open. I removed the debris and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for unit throwing out lint through the vent tub. Went ahead and cleaned out the vent tub and saw lint fall out and pulled some lint out of the unit from the back. Let customer know that the lint catcher won?t catch all the lint and can build up in the vent tube, and just to keep the tube hose clear when ever needed to to be cleaned. No issues at this time. "Arrived on site for a washing machine filling the tub when not in use. Upon arrival the customer stated that the tub will slowly fill in stand by, and even spill out the front sometimes when opening the door. The unit does drain at the end of every cycle too. During our prior services we found the unit could not be pulled out all of the way due to the gas line being to short. We would have to remove the gas line in order to service the unit, but we cannot gain access to the line. Also, the gas line does not have a shut off valve to remove regardless. I called the landlord and advised her on my findings. I let her know we will need to have the gas s turned off for safety and the units removed prior to service. The unit would then have to be reinstalled by them. The customer agreed and said she will reach out to plumber regarding the gas valve. This also sounds like a valve issue.
