I tested the control at the P2-3 & P2-4 and did not get the correct VDC. I am ordering the main control and CNOTE-LSO. Office to schedule return service due to OOS part. Removed ice maker and found ice still inside the tray, then tested fill tube in test #97. Fill tube operated correctly filled in 7 seconds. Also found ice around the chute plate and removed plate found chute gasket crimped. Placed permagum around gasket and placed plate back into place. Removed and replaced the ice maker due to double filling and water spilling into ice bin causing the ice to badly clump. Tested ice maker and it operated as designed. Upon further inspection I found that the main harness assembly as well as the terminal block we’re both fried and burn the pieces at the bottom behind range. The bake element broil element both have full continuity and the thermostat is ohming at 1.1 as it should. We will need to return with main control, main harness, and terminal block for repairs. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection I found that the freezer had a defrost issue. After running diagnostics on the fridge I found that the thermistor in the freezer was short it out and not regulated properly when its going to defrost. I replace the thermistor and tested unit thoroughly and refrigerator is working as designed informed customer to give it 24 hours to fully stabilized the temperatures and needs to get to. Arrived onsite for oven putting off gas smell while in use. Upon inspection I found the unit working as designed. Customer stated that they often use the cook top before and during the times they use the oven. The ovens cooling fan is located close to the underside of the cook top. When the cooling fan kicks on it pulls air from right under the cook top the residual gas from using the cooktop is feeding into that fan creating that smell of gas from the electric oven. Job complete.

Arrived on site for fridge having condensation. I inspected the unit and work area. I found th freezer bottom full of ice. I removed the bottom drawer and found the evap pan full of ice. I gained access to the drain tube and cleared the restriction in the tube and cabinet. I cleared the ice from the evap pan. And tested the drain. Unit is operating as designed no water leaks detected.
