"Arrived on site to inspect venthood lights not working. Upon further inspection, I found the lights flickering as if they had a bad connection or a short in the harness. I verified voltage to the transformer and from the transformer and voltage was good. While testing the lights, the left light harness fell into my hand. I found that the harness connection to the transformer had come undone. Being as the connections are soldered to the transformer, the transformer will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics show error code F8E1-failed valve. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. I placed the unit back in diagnostics and tested the valves on the tests 1-3. Unit shut off when the sensor detected the correct water fill. I removed the sensor tube from the sensor and blew through it and could hear water bubbling at the other end. Reattached the sensor tube and ran one more diagnostics test. Unit continues to operate as designed. Customer advised they have a water softener system. I made recommendations for use & care as well as detergent uses. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I tried running the auto diagnostics test and found the unit only starting to agitate in one direction and it only bumping in spin and stopping. I tested the motor drive circuit rom the control and found it good. I replaced the control, ran a calibration cycle, and the auto diagnostics cycle. Found an ice ball at the top of the evaporator that where it hooks onto the steel line all the way down past the thermistor. Removed ice block and checked for frost pattern. Found no frost pattern developing on the evaporator. Found only frost pattern up to a certain point and then stopping. Took off back cover and tested amp draw. Found unit pulling .503 A. Spoke to PR and was advised this was either a leak or a restriction. Took pictures of the unit to help identify it if parts are needed in SD quick pic. Performed diagnosis on the unit and it basically acted like it was frozen In a cycle with standing water. Reset the unit from the console to get it to drain. Once it drained I power cycled it and was able,to get cycles to start normally again. Likely the door was opened mid cycle and not resumed. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop not heating. Upon further inspection, I used some pots to test the unit and the front left burner was interning. I cycled the power and disassembled the unit and found the left front sensor connection not connected all the way. Checked all connections and reassembled the unit. Cycled the power and reprogrammed the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. Demonstrated to the customer that the unit is operating properly and that they’ll have to use the correct size/metal pots in order for the unit to function. "Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not heating. I found the customer had a new floor installed and it was stopped at the front of the dishwasher and not under it. The new floor is 3/4” higher than the sub floor. This caused the dishwasher not to slide out properly so I couldn’t access the heater or the high limit thermostat to test for voltage. I was not able to access the rear feet with the tools I had to raise the feet and move the machine out. Will need to return with an 1/8” and 3/16“ driver adaptors to do this.
