"KMHC319LSS00 Arrived on site for a otr microwave that flipped the breaker. On arrival, the client stated it worked for less then minute then flipped the breaker. As I was removing the control board, I noticed it had arced, causing the fuse to failed and the door switches I replaced both door switches, fuse,and control board. Then I tested with a cup of water it worked great . I tested the fan it worked great . product works as it's designed."

I tested the dryer and confirmed the customer's complaint. I checked inside and found the belt slipping on the basket and the idler pulley and rollers hard to turn. I replaced all rollers, idler pulley, and belt using a dryer repair kit 4392065 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator WRS321SDHB11 that has noise coming from FC fan. Examined unit and verified an ice trail coming from the icemaker. Ice maker extension was free of the zip tie and pointed upwards, causing water to spray. I corrected the extension to its normal spot, added a thicker zip tie and silicone to the liner. Unit no longer leaks. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon arrival, I found the washer and dryer were wedged into the laundry space (custom built home) and the washer was difficult to pull out to service. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the tub and while doing so, I found gearcase oil on the cam and the suspension rods were bad. I installed the new tub and transferred all other parts except the gearcase and suspension rods. I installed a new gearcase and cleaned the cam, as it was still in good working condition, suspension rods and reassembled the unit. Calibrated the unit and tested in diagnostics. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks were observed during service. I advised the customer of my repairs and recommended that they widen the space for the washer and dryer to give them some space in between as it appears that the unit got off balanced and as it was banging around, the tub hit hard enough on the side to break at the drain pump. Found lower oven was reading 103 degrees at room temperature, found lower bake relay in diagnostic tests would activate the upper bake relay and the upper bake relay would also activate the upper bake relay. I put lower oven unit into regular bake cycle and it did not preheat and said it was at 350 but was room temp. Called techline and they recommended replacing the UI console due to an issue with the logic board. Also ordering upper ACU and temperature sensors. Will need to replace console, upper fan, sensors, and upper control. "Arrived on site to test unit WFW5605MW0 for leak. Upon arrival customer stated a puddle of water forms in front of the unit when a cleaning cycle is run. Entered service mode and found F8E1 (low flow), F0E1 (load detected during clean cycle), and F0E2 (oversuds) error codes stored. Cleared error codes and ran a diagnostic test cycle with all components properly engaging. Proceeded to run a clean washer cycle while monitoring for leaks. After replacing lidlock, I inspected unit and found gear case had leaked all of its oil out onto the top of the cam. I also found the motor windings were oaming out between eight and ten ohms on both counter and clockwise windings, when it should be under six ohms. I'm ordering the motor, gear case and belt. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRX735SDHZ00 ice bin stuck. Upon further inspection, I attempted to remove the ice bin and found the release button pushes in, but the bin won't come out. I tested the ice dispenser and could tell that the auger was getting bound up. Using my steamer, I heated the ice box housing and using my rubber mallet, I hit the bottom of the housing to help break up the ice inside the housing. After approximately 30 minutes of steaming, I was finally able to get the bin out without it breaking. I found ice clumped up on the motor yoke which tells me that the water being dispensed from the fill tube is somehow splashing out over the fill chute and down into the housing. I cleared the ice and inspected the fill tube and found debris around the opening of the fill tube which is redirecting the water out of the chute. I cleared the debris and cleaned the housing and re-installed the ice maker assembly and tested. The ice maker would not harvest, so I cycled power to the unit and retested and it continued to fail. Also found the chute was slightly leaning to the left. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and it is operating as designed. I verified the fill tube was filling through the chute and not spraying water. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed at the end of service. Job completed."

The customer showed me a video of well.The sound it was making, and it sounded like the blower wheel was hitting something. I gained access to the blower wheel and found it cracked, causing the blower wheel to rub against the blower wheel housing. I replaced the blower wheel WP697772 and tested the unit. Arrived onsite formdrain pump running. I found when plugged in units drain will run and a F3E1 water pressure sensor failure present. Under s code S153EB I replaced the W11607637 CONTROL and calibrated the unit. Unit is now operating as designed and no leaks are present. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRTX7419SB00 with a bad seal. I verified a gap in the RC door so I heated and shaped the gasket to seal properly. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave making a popping noise during operation. Tested the unit and confirmed the popping sound was coming from the high-voltage system. Removed the unit as needed to access internal components and began inspection of the high-voltage components. Attempted to replace the magnetron, capacitor, and diode as a set. During inspection, found the high-voltage diode visibly damaged and not within specification. Due to part condition, the diode will need to be replaced before further testing can be completed. Ordered the correct replacement diode. Unit left unplugged and safe. Rescheduled return visit for Thursday to install the new diode and complete repairs. Job pending.; ordrng 1 W11256462 (Diode)"

"Arrived onsite for icemaker not working. Upon arrival I got the MS tag. I found the icemaker to have ice sitting in the mold. Inspected the icemaker and found it in the off position. Customer syayed they had another company out before but after they were there the icemaker no longer worked. After switching the icemaker on I tested a harvest and fill cycle. Icemaker kicked out the ice that was inside and returned back to position and filled. Icemaker is working issue was it was turned off, showed the customer the position the switch is supposed to be in and they understand. Call complete. No leaks. No parts."

"Arrived onsite for unit making noise. I ran the unit and heard a odd noise when agitating. Inspected underneath and no sight of oil blowout, inspected the cam and found it worn aswell as the belt. Pulled the cam and belt and when I dropped the cam I found old remnants of the previous cam replaced. I installed a new W10721967 SPLUTCH AND W11239857 BELT and tested unit with a load of clothes. No noise is present anymore and customer verified he doesn't hear the noise anymore. No leaks. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine WUI95X15HZ00 not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit in diagnostics and found no frost pattern on the evaporator. I pulled the unit out and tested the compressor and found it was not good. I disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, non-UV drier and evaporator. When I began to disassemble the unit and evacuate the system, I found a lot of oil in the system. Using my nitrogen, I blew out the system before installing the sealed system parts. After installation, I vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored the pressures. Pressures held good and I installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit. I found when the unit is cooling pressures were at 0/100psi. The evaporator has a good frost pattern as well. I finished reassembling the unit and tested the thd unit in a normal cycle and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect range WFES3030RS0 with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker to be a Square D 40amp GFCI breaker and it was tripped. I cycled power to the breaker and pulled the unit out to gain access to the terminal block and harness at the back of the unit. I found the power cord harness wires, at the block, wrapped round each other. I corrected the harness and removed the ground and performed a burnout out on Bake at 500 degrees. I tested voltage (245V), tested amp draw to the bake (10amps) and Broil (14amps) elements. Once the burnout out completed, I reconnected the ground and performed another burnout on Bake at 500 degrees and the unit successfully completed the burnout out. I recommended that the customer use the unit at least one time per week to keep the breaker from tripping. Unit is operating as designed, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher model KDPM604KBS2 that is flashing an F8 E4 (float switch open) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were running a load when this error popped up. They said it didn't work for two days after and have not used it since. I ran the unit through diagnostics and confirmed the customer's complaint, finding the error message in the stored error codes. I checked underneath and found no water in the float tray but suds residue. I ran the unit through an auto test and found no water leaking into the float switch area and found the machine working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the general issue we find with these are wither oversudsing issues or odd spray patterns caused by overloading dishes. The customer advised that when she ran the dishwasher, it was overloaded. She didn't know that could cause an issue. I went over common recommendations from the manufacturer when it comes to soap use and proper loading. The unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher model ADB1400AGB3 that is not drying dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she just moved in, and the dishwasher seems to be leaving her dishes wet at the end of each cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the in it through an auto test and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed with the heater coming on at the end of the cycle. I did explain to the customer that the model she is using is an energy efficient dishwasher. I explained that because her unit has a plastic tub, the unit can not run the heater as long in order to make sure it doesn't melt the tub. I also explained that plastic doesn't retain as much heat as stainless steel, and thus it heats less and can't retain the heat well. This causes less ability to dry without RinseAid. I saw the customer was not using it, and explained it's used to assist with drying dishes. I also went over other tips for better drying. The unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed."
