"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water from the vent area. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that once the unit is done with a wash cycle, when they open the door, water comes out the vent area and puddles on the floor. I removed the outer door panel and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I found dry water residue on the inside o father inner door panel coming from the vent gasket area and traveling along the door panel. Also found moisture built up on the inside o father outer door panel. Contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of my findings. Joel advised that the customer must wait for the entire drying cycle to finish before opening the door to allow any/all water drain from the deflector area. Also advised that if I had the vent to replace it due to the it leaking at the gasket area. Provided file number #7727885148. I advised the customer of tech lines recommendations. Arrived on site for washer making a thumping noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit through diagnostics and found a long drain fault. I tested the unit and it drained just fine. I could not recreate the noise. I had the customer put some towels in the washer and ran it through a rinse and spin cycle. The unit was making a slight thump noise while it was getting up to speed in the spin. I spoke with customer the cause is likely an unbalanced load. There is a possibility hat the shocks are going bad but since the unit didn’t have a unbalanced load fault it’s unlikely.

"Arrived on site to inspect oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display not on. As I pulled the unit from the wall, I checked the power cord to see how much slack there was and found the plug not fully inserted into the outlet. Once I got the unit out from the wall, I checked the plug and found that it was not making good connection with the outlet and as I went to unplug it from the outlet, there was no resistance from the outlet. I adjusted the plug terminals and plugged it back into the outlet and the unit came on. I checked the main control and the terminal block ad both were good. I tested voltage at the outlet and terminal block and got 242V. It appears that when the unit was moved to complete renovations, the cord was jerked out of the wall and caused the terminals to bend as not make good connection with outlet. Recommended that the customer have an electrician inspect the outlet if the unit continues to malfunction. Job com

Unit would not turn on still. Tested voltage from control and found control receiving proper voltage and sending 5 V DC to the console. Replaced consul with truck stock console (part number W11095624). Unit began to turn on and light up. Placing it in service diagnostics and found an F6 E2 (communication issue between UI and ACU), F6 E3 (communication issue between ACU and UI). I tested unit in an auto test and unit ran as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F0E5, F7E5 & F7E6. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed until it got to agitate mode and the entire drum turned while attempting to agitate. I tilted the unit back and found the gear portion of the splutch assembly badly damaged. I replaced the gear with one from my service van and retested. Unit continued to fail and the gearcase was damaging the new splutch gear. I am ordering the gearcase, splutch assembly, actuator, capacitor and will return with all prescreened parts. Unit was left unplugged for safety.
