"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes well. Inspected unit and worst area. The customer advised that she is having to run a cycle and a half to get clothes dry. I test the unit and found the unit was tumbling and heating as designed. I checked the outside for airflow and found, barely any airflow coming through the vent on the outside. I looked up into the vent and found a huge pile of lint buildup inside of the vent hose. I removed the lint buildup and found proper airflow immediately. I did advise the customer that this was the cause of the issue and that they may need to clean up their vents a little more frequently. I did advise them that they have quite a few snails that have worked our way into their vents, and that they may need to clean those out to prevent further issues from occurring. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived onsite for washer not finishing a cycle. On inspection found the unit had the F0E2 error over sudding. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode and I filled the unit water and there was a lot of soap. I went to drain the unit, I stopped it after 4 minutes of draining and it was only half drain. I let it finish the draining. I gain access to the pump and found hair doodles and set of keys in the drain hose between the tub and the pump. I then reached up in the pump and felt an item. I pulled an article of clothing out of the pump. I filled the unit up with water and drain it an it drain very quick with out the obstruction in the way. The unit never completed a cycle and the soap added up and would cause the over sudding when they ran another load. The washer is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service. "On site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that after washing two loads in the dishwasher, the unit stopped working all together. She advised that she didnt believe that any water was getting to the unit because the unit will make sounds like it was running, but would not actually circulate any water. I tested the unit and did confirm that water was not getting to the unit. I ran the Mr. diagnostics and found an F6 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) and F6 E2 (fill valve electrical issue error codes. I checked the water lines and electrical connections and tried to make sure that everything was open and fully connected. After checking those and trying to start a cycle again, I found water immediately begin to flow into the unit and started washing dishes. I tested the unit twice more and found everything working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and both compartments warm. Arrived onsite for a microwave giving an open/close door error message and not starting. The customer stated they would have to slam the door sometimes. The customer stated the previous technician said the unit was put back together when he left but he showed me the left side interlock was not mounted. I found the screws for the interlock missing. I used a screw from the right side and mounted the interlock to test the door switch circuits. I found the left interlock not closing when the door was closed and the normally open side of the primary interlock switch staying closed whether the door was open or closed. I replaced the interlocks and tested the microwave. All is working as designed. I explained to the customer we would get the other two screws to get them mounted properly. "WRS588FIHV04 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the evaporator cover was coated in frost and the evaporator was partially iced, the upper being heavy frost and the lower third solid ice, denoting a working defrost system that could not remove the excessive amount of frost. All defrost system devices tested as expected and no other deficiencies of the previously replaced parts were found. Inspection reveled the leveling legs were not set and there was a significant door mismatch, due to the incorrectly set cabinet. The lower right side of the mullion was twisted out, causing the gasket to be unable to seal in an approximately 12mm X 3mm area, creating airflow that resulted in evaporator freez up. The lower right corner of the RC chamber had a 6mm gap in the seam and required sealant filling. I contacted the MFG. to report the findings and discuss a potential repair. Technician Derek, SR# 7739096044. I advised the tech of my findings and discussed the potential of performing a mullion repair to correct the issue. The tech advised to attempt and by all measures, it was successful. I found the prior repair for the chiller assembly had failed and corrected permanently with a replacement strap. No leaks observed during service."

"WRS571CIHZ04 Arrived to inspect sweating between doors. I verified the issue and found it was bad enough the customer had to place a towel at the bottom of the doors to collect the water. There were spots in the mullion that had no heat when touched a they corresponded with the wet spots. Thermography reveled the heat tube imbedded into the mullion during manufacturing was incorrectly set and there were several spots that were over 20 degrees cooler than the correctly heated areas, lending to the sweating and condensation. I contacted the MFG, tech Kurt. File# 7739100454 After sending thermography images of the faulty mullion heater placement, the MFG technician recommended adding a p/n W10749467 to the ice maker/bin housing to prevent excessive cold from getting to the affected area. Inquiring about how this would correct the issue and offering to seal the entire housing prior to return to see if any change would occur, the MFG tech advised this was the only course to follow for now. No leaks of the water supply observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10749467 (Insulation)"

"KRFF507HPS04 Arrived to install parts. I found the LH RC door with the damage issue and removed and replaced, noting the doors were not set correctly and approximately 8mm out of plane, with the left door upper corner the farthest point out and the bottom of the doors, near even. Correcting the chassis legs removed all but approximately 1mm of door error and the customer advised the ice maker had stopped. Service test 56 showed no errors and inspection revealed. Test 57 showed no ice maker action and 59 revealed the control sending both polarities of 12VDC. The ice maker did not have continuity and disassembly proved the issue to be with the ice maker and associated internal housing wiring. I was able to get the expected resistances, but by the time the assembly was reinstalled, the circuit opened again. Office to order parts and the customer has requested GCO. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11485529 (Ice Maker) and 1 W11605504 (Box, Ice)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and the customer advised that the freezer had ice build up. I plugged the unit in and gained access to the FC evaporator to test the element and harness. While in test mode, I found the element not getting voltage, but when I disconnected the harness at the orange wire I got 116V. I ohmed the element and it was within range (29ohms). I found burnouts on the element and the left side was badly warped. I removed and replaced the defrost element and retested and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the evap harness and retested and was getting the same results. I found the control had failed, as well. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that still will not start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have fix the electrical supply issue and that the unit does turn on, but that when it starts a cycle, itll go a couple minutes and completely cancel the cycle. She advised that no water enters the unit. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the fill valve not even trying to let water through. I checked underneath and found the connector for the fill valve had been completely disconnected. I also found the customer had a small leak from the inlet water hose. I went ahead and fixed the water hose due to just being a poor connection on the L elbow. I reassembled the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for condensation on the freezer door gasket top right and found unit operating within design specifications and all doors sealing properly. Called techline and spoke with TJ and was advised to replace the freezer door and seal liner with silicone. PSP item. Office to reschedule. No parts used. Arrived onsite for dryer not drying correctly. On inspection I had the unit normal cycle and it was adding time like it supposed to do I stoped the unit by opening the door and I was checking the dampness of the towels in the unit and the dryer shut off 30 seconds after I open the door. Went in diagnostics looking for error message and found none. I installed a new control board into the unit and retested. Now I can open and close the door with out the unit shutting down power. Tested temps and they were at 157? specs say 155? with 10% tolerance. No gas leaks were detected during service. W11618921

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the center burner valve on to the unit. When I went to reassemble the cooktop the counter cut out was bigger then the base of the cooktop. It was falling through the counter while I was trying to put the top back on. The customer had to help me reassemble the unit since I could not hold the base up and screw down the top at the same time. This extended the job by 45 minutes. W11246817

"Arrived on site to test unit for squeak sounds. Tested unit found unit will need a new idler pulley, wheel bearings, and belt. Replaced pulley (W10837240), belt (W11628798), and repair kit (4392067). Tested unit, squeak has been eliminated but a new sound has formed from the motor.
