On arrival customer showed me a video they had captured of a loud almost motor like sound coming from what appeared to be the center rear section. Customer says the noise will run for quite a bit before stopping. Ran diagnostics and tested Evap fan and diffuser, compressor, condenser fan. All moving parts are testing good. Diffuser sounded fine. Checked FC Evap and found no ice buildup, solid frost pattern. Advised customer that if ice is building on the fan blades or diffuser it may make a bit of noise, but customer has not heard the noise I’m several days. Set unit to basic defrost mode to reduce Evap ice buildup if it is sporadically high. Call complete."

Placed an in-service diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. Tested unit in Emmanuel Spann and agitation. Unit seem to run as designed. Placed in it and an auto test and found a slight grinding sound when the unit began to spin and agitate. Found stators screw loose and tightened it. Ran tests again and found the same sounds. Replaced gear case and tested unit. Unit is running as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was not dispensing rinse aid and also sliding forward when fully opened. Performed diagnostic on unit. Found no error codes present. Rinse aid was completely full, and customer informed me they haven’t had to fill it in 2 months and dishes are always wet. Replaced dispenser to resolve rinse aid issue, due to blockage. I checked the unit to see what was moving, and found that the unit is properly installed with side brackets, but the floor is slightly uneven. When under weight, the feet do slide and the unit pivots on the bracket screws. Adjusted leveling feet some to compensate, but feet have no traction on the floor. Nothing else we can do to adjust. All is now working as designed, call complete."

"Arrived on site to continue diagnosing dishwasher that was not closing smoothly. Removed unit from cavity and found the cavity was tight, and the side mounting brackets were causing the tub to flex in and warp to one side. Removed side mounting brackets and relocated them to the top of the tub. Readjusted the leveling feet and test fit in cavity. Door is now aligned properly and not rubbing. All is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that customer said wasn’t cooling as well in RC, and had some frozen items in the RC as well. Performed diagnostic and checked RC. Found that the air gaps on the back of the shelves were obstructed, blocking airflow from effectively reaching the bottom of the compartment. Found several large bottles in the back and other large items that weren’t allowing air to travel well and items next to the blockages were freezing. Diffuser is opening and closing as designed. Advised customer to open up the airflow channels and move those large items and they should experience better cooling. Settings were set to max cool in both compartments, so this could also be limiting the effectiveness of cooling with the unit pushing so hard. Reduced temp to recommended in RC and 1 cooler in FC. All is working as designed at this time, unit is just full and obstructed. Call complete."

I gained access to the drain tube and found a restriction in the drain tube cause water to leak out of the fresh food side of the fridge. I removed the restriction. No water leaks detected. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with loose door handles and a door getting stuck. I tightened the door handles. I found the RC door with a good suction on it after the door had been opened and closed shut after a few seconds of being shut. I explained to to customer that this was normal but it would eventually equalize after a few minutes especially when the dampener was open in the RC. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and it was making a thumping noise. Disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley was broken and the back right roller and back middle roller were not rolling. I removed and replaced the tension pulley, all six (6) rollers-2 rollers came from my van stock (WPW10314173)and the belt was the wrong size. I had an extra belt in my van stock (W10610882) to replace the old belt. Reassembled the unit and tested and it is operating as designed. Cleaned the lint form the unit, job completed."
