"Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the compressor and dryer. I punctured the dryer and found the system fully charged. I found the compressor no building pressure. I installed a new compressor, Orion board, non-uv dryer, and access valve. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found it holding vacuum. I put a measured charge of 4.65 oz into the system and found it holding. I put the unit into normal operation no found the pressures building as designed. Job complete."

Arrived on site for COLD BUT NOT FREEZING. FREEZING SOMEWHAT RANDOMLY. CAN HEAR THE FAN RUNNING. PUT WATER IN THERE AND IS COLD BUT NOT FREEZING. KIND OF SLUSHY. Took temps and freezer was cooling at 10 degrees F. Removed evaporator cover and found a good frost pattern over coils. Customer stated after they removed all items from the freezer and allowed it to defrost then plugged it back in and turned the temp setting to coldest setting it began cooling and freezing properly. Explained the importance of allowing the shelves to have a gap in the back to allow proper air flow. Lowered the temp setting to 4.5 which should be close to recommended. Customer stated they had it jam packed during the cooling issues. Now the freezer only had bags of veggies and a few ice cooler blocks.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispensers and found the ice dispenser motor is functioning, but no ice is being dispensed. I removed the ice bin and found a large clump of ice in the bottom of the bin. Also found ice/frost built up under the ice bin and on the couplings. When dispensing ice, the bin is jumping off the coupling due to the clump if ice in the bin and on the couplings. I cleared the ice from the bin and ice chute plate and couplings and found that the ice door/separator is not closing all the way and allowing warm air up into the ice bin and melting the ice. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the IM not working. Upon arrival the customer stated it was only the upper IM not functioning. I took temps and found the FC at 2?F, the RC at 37?F, and the ice box at 12?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode. I found the IB fan turning on, the thermistor was good, it harvested as designed, read bin as empty, but the water was not coming to the IM. I removed the fill tube from the line at the top left door hinge. I then activated test 97 in diagnostics and found water still coming from the line. This indicates a frozen fill tube and a good valve. I then activated the fill tube heater and found correct 12.7VDC, but it never came on. I ohmd out the heater and found it open. We will need to replace the full tube heater in order to repair.I am ordering the fill tube and the office will have to reschedule.. ; ordrng 1 W11223012 (Fill Tube)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like a metal on metal screeching noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. Tested the unit in manual test mode and tested spin cycle. On medium spin, when the basket increased RPMs, the unit began to make the noise. I tilted the unit back and removed and replaced the drive belt and retested on medium spin and the unit operated as designed. I tested on high spin and the unit operated as designed. I demonstrated to the customer after the repair and unit continued to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that he had a cycle going and they left the home and when they came back they found water leaking out the front at the bottom the door. I pressed the cancel button and the drain pump came on and drained the water from the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E4. Cleared the code and continued with testing. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not cleaning clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and manually tested agitate and found the basket moving with the agitator. Tilted unit back and found the actuator not seated correctly. Using a ziptie, I secured the actuator to the cam shifter and tested as a temporary fix until I can return with the actuator. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my temporary repair and am ordering the actuator and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found both compartment temps were over 70 degrees. After inspection of FC I found evap fan motor running but evap coils had no frost, moister or cold build up and instead felt hot to the touch. After inspecting the compressor work area I found amperage to compressor was over 6amps and rising. Condenser fan motor was complete seized up but was receiving proper voltage. The return low side line was hot enough to burn things when touched. At this time the compressor has stopped pumping no returning refrigerant through system. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival I checked temps in freezer and found unit sitting right at 0?. Upon further inspection of the icemaker I found no broken wires or harnesses anywhere and I tried to run a diagnostics on the icemaker but found the motor was stuck in the harvest position and not allowing the cycle to complete unit was receiving the proper DC voltage I did replace the icemaker and reassembled and tested the unit I found that the icemaker fully harvested as designed and was allowing water to come in from the valve and inform customer that unit would need at least 24 hours to fill the bucket up with ice. No leaks during repairs call complete

Arrived on site for rains not allowing oven section of unit to kick on. Upon arrival customer stated that the igniter seemed like it would turn on but it was not igniting the gas or allowing gas to come out I then verified there was a solid 120 V connection between the igniter main control and the valve but during test I found the igniter was not gLowing hard enough to allow any gas to pass through the burner Ive been replaced igniter reassembled and tested the unit and found that the oven kicked on very quickly and loud for functionality and a very healthy flame to ignite. At this time unit is functioning as designed call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine getting an F27 error code. I found the error code was flashing on the UI, and the error code is for overflow condition. Upon further inspection I found the customer had installed an automatic soap dispenser into the unit and the line on it was kinked. I could not get the error code to clear, therefore I could not properly test the unit. The water pressure was good and there were no kinks in the pressure hose. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 77311140962. Andrew informed me that the error code will not disappear until the issue is fixed. He also stated that the automatic soap dispenser rig should not be causing the issue, unless it was causing over suds. He recommended to replace the pressure switch in unison with the pressure hose to fix the issue. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed system repair. Upon arrival reconfirm that compressor was failing and I recovered Refrigerant. After installing a new compressor access valve and UV dryer I pulled the vacuum for 15 minutes and found that there were no leaks in the unit. I recharged the system with 4.27 ounces of refrigerant and let the unit run for another 20 minutes found the pressures sitting at 150 psi on the high side and zero on the low side. Informed customer it would take at least 24 hrs to allow unit to cool properly. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for range turning itself on and off. We inspected the unit and work area. We found the unit unplugged. We tested the bake, broil, and the thermal fuse all check good. We checked voltage to the terminal block and found l1 120vac L2 120vac and l1 to L2 240. We found no wiring damaged or shorted to ground anywhere. We called safety and spoke to Kent. I advised Kent of the situation. We replaced the control and tested the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete."
