Arrived onsite for refrigerator not sealing correctly. Upon inspection I found the unit seemingly sealed as designed. The customer had concerns of some small gaps in the upper corners of the FC. I tried heat forming the gasket in those spots but it did not correct the issue. I found the gaps to be where the magnet strip inside the gasket is laying over the fillers in the corners and I am not able to form to close those spots. I called techline and spoke to Andrew to report SR#7731354858. No leaks seen during service. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not dispensing water and add frost buildup in the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he is able to make ice but the water dispenser does not work and that the freezer had ice buildup in it one morning but has since receded and gone away. Inspected freezer door gasket and found the door sealing properly. I did advise the customer that it appeared that door had not closed fully or closed on some thing causing this issue. Tested the dispenser and found the unit buzzing at the inlet water valve but no water being dispensed. Replaced door water valve and test the unit again with the same results. Removed dispenser waterline and tested the waterline through the door. The waterline through the door was working properly. Tested the waterline through the cabinet and found the waterline in the cabinet frozen. Removed water line and thawed out water. Reassembled unit and tested it again. The unit is now working as designed. I did tell the customer that waterlines 10 to freeze due to inactivity and to at least try to use the water dispenser at once if not several times a Day to avoid further issues. Call complete.

"Arrived back on site for customer complaint of unit leaking ONLY ON BULKY ITEMS selection. Confirmed there was a small puddle of water on the floor on the front left portion of the unit. Attempted to lift the lid as I do when accessing to lid switch and lid wouldnt come free so I could examine it for the source of the leak. Called Whirlpool Tech Line and spoke with Joel SR# 7731351692Try running a bulky cycle with non bulky load. Its suspected the uneven load will cause the issues. Customer washed a full load and @ 10 minutes left he unit was reading drain, but the second rinse cycle is where the small bit of leaking was coming from the front left portion of the unit.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found significant lint build up. I cleared the lint out of the unit. Upon further inspection I found the idler pulley had been worn down completely. The belt actually tore into the pulley wheel and was getting stuck. Due to this the belt got ripped in several places. I replaced the pulley assembly, but will need to order the belt to replace. I also found the front support wheels and shafts needing to be replaced. Upon trying to install the new shafts I found the nuts on the old shafts wont fit the new ones. I will be ordering nuts for the new shafts. Only the front two shafts need replacing, but all wheels need to be replaced. Ordering all parts, and office will need to reschedule. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with stagnant water collecting in the tub. Upon inspection I found the customer has an R/O system under the sink that is routed to the drain hose port on the disposal. I explained that this installation needs to be corrected and the back pressure from the R/O will cause back filling in the dishwasher. I ran diagnostics and all functions passed. I found the right side rack stop had fallen off. I was unable to re secure the stop so I used van stock part # WPW10082861 to replace the stop. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for fridge lights being out, and food freezing on the top shelf. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the top 3 lights and the freezer light out. I replaced all 4 lights. I found products pushed all the way to the back of the unit causing an air flow restriction. I moved the items and a gap at the back of the unit. The unit is working as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s flashing an F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and tested both hot and cold water valves in the component activation test. The unit ran as designed. I ran the unit through the in,et temperature sensor test and found the unit reading the cold water at 35?C and going all the way up to 45?C when the hot water was ran. Ran the unit again and tested the water temperature. Found the water temperature on the cold valve sitting at 87?F. The customer advised that due to the area, everybody in Bellmead does not get cold water especially during the summer months. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7731353325. He advised that it could be due to the cities waterlines being too shallow in the ground causing the water to overheat when temperatures are hot. He did advise me to go ahead and replace the water valve and the main control due to an update on temperature allowances. The unit ran through a whole cycle with no water leaks detected. Arrived on site for washer not cleaning cloths. Upon arrival I entered diagnostics and found and f7e6. After further inspection I found actuator had come un mounted from cam. I was able to reassemble and fastened actuator back in place and insured it wouldnt come loose from cam again. After reassembling unit I ran a factory reset and retested unit. Showed customer results and that washer is ready for use call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival I verified previous diagnosis. Found unit also had no refrigerant left in system. Couldnt pinpoint or find leak. I removed old equipment and then installed a new compressor uv dryer and access port. After pulling a vacuum I was able to verify no leaks within system. Recharged unit with 4oz of refrigerant and let unit run for 20 minutes. Found psi stable at 0 & 150 (L&H). Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool down.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s making a sound as it spins and is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through a manual high speed spin. Found the agitator spinning in the basket skipping not moving with the agitator. Went to remove the agitator and found the agitator stuck on the gear case. Used vice grips, a dryer belt, and flat head screwdriver?s to try and pry the agitator loose. Could not remove the agitator from the driveshaft. Unit will need to complete rebuild for repair. Arrived on site and inspected unit not producing ice. Customer advised since the call the unit has been intermittently producing ice. I checked for ice maker errors and found E0= No errors. Found the temperature in the ice box was higher than harvesting temperature. Found the unit temperatures were set at 5 degrees in the freezer and 39 in the refrigerator compartment. I adjusted them to recommend temps.

Applied bubble solution and verified evap is not leaking. Checked pressure and found when 3-way valve is set to home position pressures stabilized at 35 on both high and low side. Spoke with SW and found no issues with sealed system. Found drain line was frozen over and FC evap thermistor placement was incorrect. I placed thermistor in proper location, cleared drain line and found foam was preventing proper draining. Thermistors were in range. Evap motors working as designed. Condenser motor operating as designed. Compressor amp draw is correct. Advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a wall over with a close oven door error code. Upon arrival the UI was flashing the 900 error code for door latch error. I cycled the power off at the breaker and gained access to the door latch assembly. I then ohmd out the door switch and found it working as designed. Upon further inspection I found the latch harness actually pinched under the latch assembly. I removed the assembly and freed the wire. The oven immediately began running as designed. I took a pic of the harness in SD quick pic. I preheated the oven and found it now working as designed.

"Arrived on sit for freezer alarm going off. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and found it had a full frost pattern. I tested voltage to the thermistor and found 5vdc. I tested the thermistor its self and it showed around 5k ohms, which is 50 degrees, the thermistor was attract to a frosted over evaporator. The thermistor is bad. I tested the thermal fuse for the defrost heater and the defrost heater its self I found both good. I zip tied and foils taped the new thermistor in place.

I replaced the water inlet valve, and retested the unit. I found it working as designed. This unit has a plastic tub and does not retain heat well. Per coils techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, UV drier and vacuumed the system and pressures held. Installed 3.7oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. I found frost building up on the evaporator at the cap tube and pressures were not within range. I flushed the system and removed and replaced the evaporator and UV drier and vacuumed again and pressures held. Installed 3.7oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and got the same results. I notified the office CS that I would have to reschedule and come back. Im ordering Nitrogen, compressor kit, UV drier, access valve and evaporator and office to schedule return service. Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing eggs in the RC. Upon arrival I found FC=5 set to 0 RC=36 set to 40. I found the customer experienced eggs freezing when they were placed and resting near the damper vent in the RC. The customer has since placed the eggs in a different location and they have not froze again. I checked all thermistors as well as fan and damper function through diagnostics. I found all functioning as designed. I noticed the RC and FC dont have many items in them at the moment. I found the ice bin full of ice. I advised the customer to add some more food in both compartments to ensure a more equalized cool. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part that customer had on hand sent from manufacturer. Removed failed UI and installed new. Assembled unit and tested operation. All tested good. Spoke with customer on user care guide and service performed.

Arrived on site for bottom oven not heating past 300 degrees. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the back of the unit. I tested all elements and found them in good condition. I found the connections to the elements loose and slipping off. I tightened the connectors and reseated all connections. I tested th low oven temperature sensor and found it out of range. I replaced the temperature sensor. I reassembled the unit and tested both top and bottom Ive. I found the bottom averaging 351 and the top oven averaging 353. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for dishwasher. Replaced pump and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found after service was performed.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found customer was experiencing water dripping from water source connection under sink specifically Dripping from water hammer arrester. This is not part of the dishwasher and would need to be corrected or replaced by the builders plumber. It is not leaking at this time, ran a diagnostic cycle and confirmed that dishwasher is operating normally, no leaking from dishwasher, job complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer not filling with water properly. Found extra power on causing unit not to operate as homeowner wants. Explained extra power operation per service pointer. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s making a high-pitched noise. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit running and the customer advised that the noise appeared to be coming from the back of the unit. I asked the customer if he was talking about the noise coming from the compressor and he advised that that was it. I did advise the customer that the sound he was hearing was normal. The unit was not making abnormal sounds or loud sounds. The customer advised that his apartment is extremely quiet and he only hears it when it?s dead silent in the home. The customer had several other questions about the unit which I went over with him. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for boiler not working. Upon arrival I found that the unit was plugged in and receiving 240 V to the main control but deer and bake and broil the unit would not turn on the oven after further inspection I found that the main control was sending 240 V down but the thermal fuse had blown on the back causing the cut off in power to the element I was able to reschedule the customer. ordrng 1 WP3196548 (Thermal fuse)

"Arrived on site , replaced main control and boiler assembly. Ran diagnostics and regular steam cook cycle . All checked normal. No error codes .

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced icemaker and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in FC. RC was cooling but was a little warmer than set point. Did not see signs of defrost issue. No ice buildup and fan is operating. Drain line was clear. Was receiving good air flow from dampener. Noticed that thermostat for freezer was turned down. Customer stated due to not cooling they turned it down. Turned thermostat up and unit began cooling. Frost pattern was building. Customer will need to monitor at current setting for 48 hrs. Could be potential issues with thermistor or control board. Unable to determine at this time, unit is cooling"

Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed parts. After replacement test operation. No movement RO leaks.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found door is closing properly, no issues found.

Arrived on site for AIG DW clips on side rack not holding it. Found top rack right side wheels were not staying locked in position. Removed wheel and replaced with new wheels. Adjusters no longer slide out of mount to hold clip in place. Customer will confirm once a full load of cups and other items to wash are placed on rack to ensure clip / wheels stay in place. Job completed.
