Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling properly. I found the FC at 30 degrees. I found the pressures at 0 on the low side and 205 to 210 on the high side. I found a ball of ice on the cap tub entering the evaporator and a poor frost pattern. I recovered the refrigerant and replaced the evaporator. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 4.9 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and had a good frost pattern. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Following the tech sheet, I cycled power and tested and the error code continued to appear. I removed and replaced the microwave appliance manager and retested. Unit continued to fail. I removed and replaced the UI and retested and now it’s showing open/close door error. I tested the switches and all are good. Found cavity light still not working. Contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of my findings and the compliant. Rich had me test voltage at the P1 connector on the MW control and I had no voltage. I tested from P1-4 to chassis ground and got 122V. I traced the wire harness back to the cavity thermostat and found the harness was burnt and the thermostat was burnt. Arrived onsite for washer that exploded the door open during a wash. Inspected unit and work area. Unit is sitting outside on the deck next to another new washer they have purchased. Noticed the new unit was plugged into a strip circuit on an extension cord and one garden hose hooked up to the washer. I asked where the washer was sitting originally and they brought me to where they had the washer. Found the electrical circuit was on a GFCI utility room circuit breaker with other plugs attached in the room. I asked the customer to bring me an extension cord for the unit being that it sat outside to try and find the problem. Found unit not powering on. Tested voltage at the control and found it receiving proper voltage. Tested DC voltage to console and found proper voltage but no power. I started to remove the control panel and bumped it. Arrived onsite for vent hood and to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed the lights and unit is working as designed. Customer noticed that the buttons were not seated correctly in the so lots and asked me to inspect. I found that the bracket the switch is mounted on was slightly bent. I corrected bracket and re installed the buttons and all are centered and working as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site for condensation in the top of then fridge. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the freeze bottom full of ic. I gained access to the drain tube and found it restricted. I cleaned out the drain tube, and cleared the ice out of the freezer. I found the evap pan covered in ice., I thawed out the evap pan and steamed the drain tube from the freezer down. I could hear ice falling from the drain tube in the cabinet. Condensation was caused because of the ice build up In The freezer, from a restricted drain tube. No water leaks detected.. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for washer showing F3 E1 error code. Which indicates a issue with the pressure sensor. I replaced the (W11316246) sensor but the error code remained. The tech sheet advised me to go to the control if changing the sensor doesn’t work. Upon inspection of the control I found the connectors for the pressure sensor were not seated correctly ( crooked/half way on) since I already had the control out I replaced the (W11322883) control and tested unit. No more error codes and unit is now functioning as designed with no leaks detected during service. Job complete.
