Tested fill valve and heard it kick on, but did not fill. Checked fill tube and fill tube guide, and found a chunk of ice in the fill tube guide. Removed the ice and could see an imperfection / small lump that was collecting a couple drops after a fill. Removed the imperfection with a small flat screwdriver and retested. Found good flow and no drops or water remaining after a fill. All is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for nuisance breaker tripping on a gas dryer. Set dryer to run on a normal cycle and it tripped the breaker immediately . Reset breaker and dryer ran for 20 seconds and then tripped the breaker. Reset breaker again and it ran for several minutes and then tripped breaker. Spoke with tech line and they recommended taking an amp rating at the control board. This time dryer ran for several minutes before tripping breaker again pulling 4.3 A. This it’s not an excessive amount of amperage and is not signs of a Short or a dryer failure. Tech line suggested that the breaker tripping is due to it being on a AFCI. I evacuated the refrigerant. I replaced the compressor and installed a low side service tap. I installed a dye drier. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 5.50 oz’s of R134A refrigerant. I tested the unit and found it working as designed.

"arrived on site to diagnose range that front right burner was having trouble lighting, and addressing an orange flame at times in the front 2 burners. Performed diagnostics and found only minor adjustments are needed. Adjusted igniter on front right to give it more distance from cap to produce a stronger flame, which resolve the slow lighting issue. Opened valves on front 2 knobs to allow for increased gas flow, which should resolve the issue with the orange flames. Regulator is working fine, and it only happens sometimes, so luau be a result of a slight pressure drop in natural gas goin to the residence. All is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for washer that’s pulling in hot water during the cold water cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in service diagnostics and found an F3 E2 (inlet water temperature fault) error code. Placed unit in a manual fill test and found unit working as designed. The hot water valve was pulling in hot water and the cold water valve was pulling in cold water. Ran unit through an auto test and unit ran as designed with all phases passing all tests. I call tech line and spoke to Rick SR# 7727650522. He advised that the issue was with the thermistor in the valve and was causing the control to think the incoming water was hotter than it was, causing the unit to pull in more cold water. He advised replace the valve and wire harness if the valve did not work. Replaced valve and tested unit. Unit still filled with cold water and hot water cycle and would not actuate the hot water valve. Tested resistance again on the thermistor and found it within range.
