I tested the dryer and found that the dryer would act like it was starting, but the motor would not turn. I gained access to the back and found the thermal fuse open. I replaced the thermal fuse and checked all heating components. I found all showing continuity. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Edwin SR# 77419e7853. He had me make several checks within the machine. And after testing advised that the issue would either be with the control or the high limit thermostat. "Arrived on site for a freezer that is not shutting properly and is frosting up in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when they initially called in two weeks ago, the freezer had frost all over the shelves and inside the freezer. They advise that they have a contractor that is still doing renovations, and he had to replace the front panels on the refrigerator and freezer because they weren't sitting right. She advised that since that was done, the frost has been slowly dissipating inside the freezer, and she has not had the same issue but still wanted to have it checked. I checked all gaskets and found all gaskets sealing properly. I found almost no frost in the freezer section at all. I did advise the customer that it appeared that whatever her contractor did appeared to have fixed the issue and that the previous panels may have cause the door not to shut properly. The customer advised that every load is going off balance in that the previous technician who came out leveled the machine but did not address the off balance issues. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the suspension was completely shot. I added some silicon to the spot to stop the leak. Advised maintenance they can add a worm clamp in place of the factory clamp if it still leaks. Traced source of leak to the water line coming from the valve to the coupler. I cut off the leaking section of hose and reattached coupler. Tested unit and verified no leaks present. "Arrived on site to inspect dirt inside ths washer. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of what appeared to be of a sand substance in the drum of the unit. I inspected the drain area of the bellow and found debris in the drain area and all along the inside of the bellow (Photos). I advised the tenant that the sand substance in the drum is from their clothing or something that was put into the washer and not from the washer. Also found several types of detergents the customer is using. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E3-overflow and F0E2-too many suds. I cleared the codes and continued with testing, and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent use. Unit is operating as designed and needs no repairs at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking after first use. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the underside of the dishwasher and found that the float switch pan was full of water. I turned the water back on and found that the water supply hose was loose and leaking water into the pan and eventually overflowing. I removed the water in the drip pan and tightened the water connection, and ran a test on the dishwasher. The dishwasher is now operating as designed. No water lesks were observed at the end of service. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator evap drain clogged. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the evaporator drain pan and drain by removing the evap cover to find ice in the drain pan. I found a majority of the ice on the left side of the evaporator under the ice maker. Once I had access to the evaporator, I re-mounted the ice maker and tested it and found when water is dispensed into the ice maker tray, water is leaking from the opening at the top of the fill tube. Also found that the fill tube extension used is the incorrect length. Using the fill tube extension prescreened for today's service, I removed and replaced the fill tube extension and retested, and the fill tube is no longer leaking water into the evaporator area. I advised the tenants and the main office staff of my findings and repairs. No water leaks were observed at the end of service, job completed. WPW10496649"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit iced up at the back of the fresh foods (RC) section soon after the last repair. I found the unit is not leveled and I tested temps in the FC=13 degrees and RC=51 degrees. I removed the RC shelving and drawers to find ice built up on the evap cover (photo). Using my steamer, I removed the evap cover and fan scroll, which broke while removing, to find the evap thermistor engulfed in ice (photo). I gained access to the HV control at the back of the unit and tested the thermistors at the control. I tested the RC thermistor at the P5-1 to P5-2 and found 4.69 kohms, which is reading that it's approximately 55-56 degrees while it's engulfed in ice. I tested VDC and found 4.99VDC at the connector on the control. I tested voltage to the unit and to the hv control and got 121V. Once I gained access to the RC evap thermistor, I removed and replaced the thermistor and positioned it on the cap tube at the suction line, and secured it with foil tape and after zip tie (photo). I removed the remainder of the ice and installed a new fan scroll and sealed the air gap at the top of the scroll where it meets the back panel manifold with permagum. Also found the RC evap drain tube was clogged and cleared it. Per service pointer W11512766, I am ordering the control kit, and due to the FC module not working, I am ordering the module and more permagum. Also, at the customers request, I am ordering a CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 07/22/25 PM call. Will return with prescreened parts. No water leaks were observed during service. W10316760, W11098695, 212643; ordrng 2 212643 (Permagum)s and 1 W11509096 (UI) and 2 W11226500 (RC/FC module)s and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Shortly after plugging it in, I heard the start device make a clicking sound, and the compressor attempted to turn on and then shut down. Using my tester start device, I placed it on the compressor and cycled power, and the compressor turned on, and the unit began to operate as designed. Arrive on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water out of one of the tubes in the back. Inspected unit and work carrie. The customer advised that they incoming waterline tube that goes to the refrigerator is the one that is leaking. I did confirm that the waterline in question runs from the water valve at the wall to the top portion of the filter housing. I want to replace the inlet hose and found that the inlet go sent with me was not the correct part. It was missing the connector for the watervalve at the wall and was not long enough. I spoke to SW and was advised to order research on a few different parts for repair. The office will need to identify parts needed and contact the customer about a return date when parts are available. No parts were installed; ordrng 1 Research (5/16 quick connect) and 1 Research (5/16 tube to wall connector)

Arrived on site for a microwave that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit completely died when they went to go try to use it but it never was able to be turned on. I gained access to the filter board and found the fuse blown. I checked the door switches and found one of the upper interlock switches causing the problem and wouldn't make or break. I replaced the upper interlock assembly and filter board and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the freezer ice maker does work with a refrigerator ice maker does not. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all portions of the refrigerator working. I checked the ice maker error codes and found no error codes on the ice maker. I found the freezer at two degrees fahrenheit.Indicating maybe there is an issue with the ice maker thermistor. I replaced the icemaker assembly and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inpsect cooktop not igniting properly and burner making sound. Upon futher inpection the customer informed me that the front right burner was not igniting properly. I found that the burner was not igniting due to foil being placed underneath the burner assembly. I removed the foil and the burner started to ignite properly as designed. I informed the customer that placing foil underneath can cause ignition issues. I tested the other burners and found them all to be functioning as designed. I informed the customer to keep the burner openings free of debris and keep debris from getting underneath the burners. The unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks observed during service.
