Arrived on site for refrigerator creating ice around ice bin and ice maker assembly (front and back sections of ice maker box). Upon further inspection I confirmed complaint and found after disassembly that inner liner is hanging lower then the rest of the fridge causing the ice maker to lean and not seal correctly to vents or ice door bin. I documented findings with whirlpool or stated to adjust level feet to try and offset unevenness back to a lvl setting. Found it didnt affect the leaning of liner in any significant way. Informed customer of findings.

Arrived onsite for washer shaking excessively. Upon inspection I found no errors stored in the unit. I ran diagnostics and I found it to shake a little bit while ramping up to full spin then it seems to level out. There was a loud screech during that ramp up. I removed and re installed the belt but the screech still remained. I explained that the only other thing would be to replace the gearcase and then we could inspect the basket for stripping.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice maker leaking water and block of ice in bin, and water dispenser running very slow. I inspected water and ice dispenser to confirm the concern which they operated as described. I then checked ice bin and found ice clumps in bin then I inspected the underside of the bin covered in ice due to the dispenser door not closing properly. I cleared ice off and installed mew door then tested dispenser and ice came out, then tested water dispenser still no water then inspected and found water valves not functioning. I then replaced both valve and tested dispenser and now it operates as designed. Also found temps set high I then reset temp to recommend temps and that should alleviate ice clumping. Job complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a random chirping noise and unit powering off and on. Customer stated that when noise occurs it can happened 2 to 20 times then go days without recreate noise. Customer stated that prior company was out and replaced damper control and UI. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and tested all moving components in attempt to recreate failure. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Bruce. Went over prior testing. Gained access to compressor and condenser fan harness and wiggled to attempt to create failure. Tested RC upper harness. Tested outlet circuit. Tested all fans in diagnostics mode and starting and stopping. Was not able to recreate failure. Bruce recommend to plug in different outlet and see if failure reoccurs ( SR# 7731419670). All tested good at time of service. No water leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling properly and only getting to 10 degrees. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and found only a partial frost pattern. I used a black light and found no dye at the evaporator. I gained access to the compressor and checked for any leaks, I found no leak or dye at the compressor. I hooked my gauges up and found equalized pressure at 30 psi. I found operating pressures at -9 low side and 95 high side. I add refrigerant to the system and monitored pressures. The operating pressure for the unit are not 0 low and 115 high side. I monitored the frost pattern at the evaporator. And found the frost pattern is now forming on the entire evaporator. This is a call back for the sealed system repair.

Customer showed me that the freezer still had a good amount of ice in the back. When I checked the freezer I found ice had frozen the fan blade on the evaporator fan. Temperature did not drop below 11 in freezer due to frozen fan from door leak ice buildup. Advised customer on procedure to defrost unit to resolve ice buildup. Advised customer to follow up with us if issues persist after defrosting, and we will need to come back with an evap fan motor / harness to resolve. Could feel basket scraping and not moving well. I checked under the unit and found the rotor bolt was completely gone, and the rotor was covered in gearcase oil. Replaced gearcase and slider. Advised customer on repair that I had to use some PB blaster to get the gearcase shaft into the basket due to rust buildup. Reassembled and rinse out unit. Arrived on site for fridge leaking we spoke to the customer said that the fridge was not cooling after the flooring company moved it. We inspected the unit and work area. We gained access to water valve and found the valve leaking.the unit is not hooked up to water so we cant be 100 percent sure that only the valve is leaking. We did a temp test in the freezer found that the freezer only gets down to 12 degrees. The unit has had a sealed system repair in the passed we see searched for any leaks with black light. We found the condenser leaking from underneath and we found what appears to be dye coming from the cabinet. Can not determine if its dye or dust from the flooring. The valve and condenser will need to be replaced.
