Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has low ice production. I checked the temps in the RC and the FC with the set points at 37 and 0 degrees. I found both sections within 2 degrees of the set point. I ran service test 56 and the ice maker had no error codes. I ran service test 58 and the thermistor showed good. I ran test 57 and the unit went thru and completed a harvest. I ran test 36 and found the ice box fan struggling to run causing the unit not to harvest. The ice box fan needs to be replaced. I found the enclosure anchor broken off on the right side and about a 1/3 of the enclosure on the right side broken out. The evaporator enclosure and cover will need to be replaced along with the drip pan. A leveling shim needs to be installed under the back left wheel to get the unit level and stop ice build up in the drip pan and stop the ice maker from leaking on the left side. Preformed temperature test in FC and found at 57° preformed temperature test in RC and found at 40° removed evaporator cover on FC and found almost no frost pattern (See SD-QUICKPIC) Tested and inspected unit and found failed HV control, FC Evaporator cover as well as signs of refrigerant leak. Removed and replaced failed HV control and FC evaporator cover. Ordering SS parts. Office to schedule return trip. 2 hour job. Additional labor authorization needed. No water leaks present at time of service. Compressor part number does not pull up and part number given for drier shows UV drier when non UV drier is needed. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling in the refrigerator section. Freezer good. Performed diagnostic and found RC at 60 degrees. Performed various checks on sensors, fans, thermistors. Found all passing. RC Evap was covered in ice again. Called tech line and spoke with Steve, SR7727696338. After notifying that previous tech had completed Service pointer for RC frost involving control and Evap cover, Steve recommended we replace the drain bracket and gasket, as any air leaks on this unit will cause that RC Evap to freeze over. Ordering 1 drain tray and bracket, and drain tray gasket. Returning with control and Evap cover as well. Advised customer on defrosting unit 48 hours prior to arrival. Ordering 2 hour window as well as unit may need additional defrosting and air leak sealing. "Arrived on site for fridge making a noise. I tested the damper, compressor, compressor fan, and the ice harvest none of the made the noise. I ran the evaporator fan and let it run for a bit. Customer said that is the sound he is hearing, I gained access to the evaporator fan, found the damper pad not attached properly. Reattached the sound pad and moved the high pressure line away from the evaporator fan. Unit operates as designed and I could not recreate the noise. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the over temp alarm going off. I found the temps in both compartments good on arrival. Mr stated the alarm had gone off twice since the previous tech was out on the last visit. I tested the temps and found them good. All of the fans and the compressor are working as designed. Mr stated that it hadn’t made ice since the last visit until yesterday and now the bin is full. I suspect the unit might have had a defrost issue that could have caused the temps to not get low enough for the ice maker to harvest. I explained to the customer to put a thermometer in the freezer and to verify the temp if the alarm goes off again. I also asked the customer to verify how far apart the times are between the alarms to help us trouble shoot the problem further. I did a power reset on the unit to see if this maybe will resolve the issue. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for ice machine making loud noise. Upon arrival ice machine was off. I turned on ice machine and watched it for 45 minutes and never made any abnormal noise. Did find water damage on compressor could have been possible cause, did also find service pointer on water valve making noise. But customer stated noise was non stop and when valve filled unit sounded normal. Could not reproduce any abnormal noise. Instructed customer that if you makes noise again to please record 2 videos, one for 15 seconds and one for 5 minutes, so the 15 second one can be sent to office and the 5 minute one for tech to get an idea of noise and to see if it makes noise the full 5 minutes to rule out valve, No water leaks present at time of service."

Ran through diagnostic and could hear inlet valve humming for cold fill. Checked wall valve and found cold water was not on and only partially turned. Opened valve and retested.
