I heat formed and replaced the gasket. I advised the Customer not to open that side for at least 2 hours to ensure a good fit. No leaks of any kind detected during time of service and the gasket is sealing as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on for refrigerator needing diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival I was able to find the dryer installed by previous company had leaked and cause oil and refrigerant from compressor to drain out. I then installed new uv dryer as well as a compressor and access valve. I then pulled a vacuum for 20 minutes to ensure all contaminates were evacuated from evap coil. After verifying unit could hold vacuum. I recharged unit with 5.5 oz of refrigerant and verified after 20 minutes of run time that unit was giving stable pressure reading of 130 high side and 0 low side. Unit showed eleven frost on evap coil. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool. Call complete

We steamed the ice block out and we steamed out the drain tube completely, the drain is now clear of ice build up and any blockages.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is not baking properly. Found temperature too low and adjusted calibration offset. All is working properly at this time.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not cleaning dishes nor dissolving pods. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E1 for no or low water level, F7E2 for heater stuck on, and F5E1 door switch or door stuck open issue. I ran a test cycle on the unit and found the pump not turning for roughly 60 seconds after fill. Then when on it sounded weak. I gained access to the control and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found 120V to the motor the entire time. This indicates a bad wash motor.. I installed the new sump and motor and then ran a test cycle again. I found the sump and motor not responding at all now. I checked voltage to the motor at the motor and found 120V. This indicates a faulty sump installed. I am ordering a new sump and motor and scheduled to return

Arrived on site for LEAKING WATER (FILLED A 2 GALLON BUCKET ABOUT 1/3)- CANT TELL WHERE ITS COMING FROM. Inspected bellow and no tears were found. Placed in diagnostics and LF and F9E1 codes came on. Pressure switch was not kinked and working as designed. Placed in diagnostics and ran auto cycle several times and no leaks detected. Pump draining as designed. Removed pump filter and found debris and a lot of sludge inside. Used customers sink to clean out. Ran diagnostics another two times and still no leaks detected. Customer confirmed they were using more than a tablespoon of detergent when washing clothes. Most likely over sudsing occurred causing the washer to overfill and leak onto the floor. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop that customer says is not heating properly. On arrival found the 2x 20K btu burners running as designed. Customer showed me that when they cook something in a pan normally that the pan isnt heating well. Found the grates with the wok insert are actually absorbing most of the flame and not allowing the flame to contact the pans and heat well, without being cranked up to hot. I swapped the grate with one of the regular grates and found the cooking result is what the customer desired. Customer unsure if they should use the non wok grates with the front burners due to them being taller and possibly damaging the pans. Customer also showed me a spot on the burner cover panel that is discolored and she can not get to clean properly. Called tech line and confirmed that customer should be fine to use the non wok grates without issue, and to adjust cookware as necessary. Tech line verified that the non wok grates can be used on any burner. Tech line recommended that customer use the affresh cooktop cleaners, or cooktop wipes. If heavier is needed to use. Mild degrease without acidic ingredients. If customer wants to replace the wok grates with others, they would need to purchase independently. Tech line case SR7730803108. All is working as designed. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not holding temperature. Inspected unit and work area. Took temperatures of the fridge and freezer sections. Found the refrigerator section sitting at 38?F. Found the freezer section sitting at -4?F. Check the temperature settings and found the freezer set at -4?F in the refrigerator sitting at 37?F. Left the door open to allow the compressor to kick on. Found the evaporator, condenser fan, and compressor all turning on and running as designed. Took an amp draw off of the compressor and found it running at 1.12 A indicating that the unit was working properly. Checked for die at all welds to ensure there were no leaks present. Did not find any indication of any leak. I spoke to the customer about the issue and they advised that they?re using a digital sensor that tells them the high and low readings within the last 24 hours. I did advise them that those high and low readings can sometimes not be super accurate. They also do not have product in the refrigerator or freezer and thus I did tell them that that can cause issues with the unit holding proper temperatures especially in a defrost. Based on all my checks, spoke to SW and was advised that the unit seemingly was working like it should. Advise customer to put product in the unit to allow the pride to help the refrigerator keep temperature. The customer did advise that they do not feel comfortable putting anything in the unit yet due to their digital thermometer readings. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a freezer that was not freezing. Upon arrival the customer stated the items are frosty but not frozen. They also stated the control would erroneously flash and not stay on their chosen temp setting. I checked the temps and found them at 30?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found evap fan and heater working. I gained access to the evaporator and found significant frost build up. I thawed out the ice with my steamer. I then ohmd out the evap thermistor and freezer thermistor. Both were about 1K ohms to high. I found correct voltage going to the heater as well. The frost on the unit appeared to be a defrost issue. Due to this and the control issue they were having I replaced the control. Due to the thermistors being slightly out of range I replaced those as well. I waited for the compressor to kick on and a frost pattern to build up after plugging the unit back in. The unit is working as designed now. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to replace parts ordered by previous tech. Upon trying to get the spanner nut off. The spanner nut would not move and was seized on.

We pulled a vacuum for 25 minutes due to the the unit having no charge and pressures show good. Put a charge into the unit and pressures tested good, no leaks. Unit is cooling but we instructed the customer to give a good 24-48 hours for normal operation, unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer not heating. I checked voltage at the wall and found correct voltage. I gained access to the valve and ignitor and found the ignitor ohmd out open. I removed the ignitor and found it physically broken. I installed a new ignitor and tested the unit. The unit is now heating and working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for an ice maker that was not cooling. Upon arrival the customer had removed the drain tube from the rear drain pump. I used a towel to prevent leakage when testing in diagnostics. Upon further inspection I found the harness broken to the bin thermistor. I fixed this and the tested the unit. The bin and evap thermistor ohmd out at 11k which is good. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found both pumps workin, the compressor and fan turning on, thermistors testing good, and unit running as designed however the unit would not cool at all. I tested voltage to all of these and the start device, all checked good. This indicates a possible bad compressor.
