Used pads to fill in the small gap between panels and knocking noise is gone. Currently the washer is not sitting on its legs. Instead its sitting directly on the floor. "Arrived on site for a washing machine with only the hot water working. Upon arrival the customer stated that every time she takes her clothes out of the washer they are warm. Even if running on cold water. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E4 for spin limited by water temp. I then activated the valves and found both hot and cold valves actuating. I found no mechanical failure on the unit. I called techline and spoke to Steve, but we lost connection. Upon further inspection I found the hoses swapped and installed incorrectly at the wall. The hot line was on the cold tap and the hot was on the cold. I informed the customer of my findings. No leaks observed at the time of service.

Arrived on site for range having a gas smell during bake. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into a bake at 350. The oven lite at the second spark. I let the unit cycle and found it averaging at 363. I calibrated the oven Down 15 degrees.and let the unit cycle it is now averaging at 348 degrees. Every time the oven cycle it would light on the frost spark. I spoke to the customer about how the unit operates and how itll go through cycles and maintain an average temperature. I found no traces of gas with the leak detector. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking from underneath. Upon arrival the customer informed me that she turned on the dishwasher before bed one night and when she woke up there was dried water on the floor in-front of the unit. I ran diagnostics 2 times and did not see any leaks and no error codes stored. I did notice some evidence of a rodent nest under the unit. I also noticed the base board under the kitchen sink was warping. The customer advised me that they had a leak under the sink previously and has been repaired. I removed the outer door panel to inspect for signs of leakage. I did not see any moisture or water trails within the inner door. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Found that the cold side was filled with calcium buildup. Causing the water to not fill with the correct amount of cold water when calling for it. Replaced housing. Tested unit. Unit tested good. Arrived on site for NOT KEEPING COOL-FREEZER SEEMS TO BE OKAY-FRIDGE HAS PERIODS WHERE IT'S NOT COOL AT ALL AND THEN TIMES WHERE IT WILL BE SOMEWHAT COOL/IF YOU LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN THE DOOR ALARM ISN'T WORKING. Took temps and fridge was cooling at 41 degrees Fahrenheit and freezer was cooling at 7 degrees Fahrenheit. Found no frost build up on RC evap cover. Customer explained they has defrosted the fridge approximately one day ago. Showed me picture of frost so I took a picture of the picture and saved it in SD. Removed evaporator cover and frost pattern looked good. All fans were spinning and dampener was opening and closing. Ohmed RC thermistor and it was faulty. Removed harness fan and installed new harness fan. Relocated new thermistor to correct location and wrapped with foil tape and a zip tie. Found user interface control leds were not legible and starting to fade. Removed UI board and installed new UI board. Now all LEDs are legible and getting the right voltage. Job completed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed sump and motor to resolve dishwasher not washing. Replaced sump and motor and ran through diag cycle. Verified all is working as designed. Started normal cycle and verified unit is progressing past where it was hanging up before. Unit working properly.

"Arrived on site for fridge leaking intermittently. I inspected the unit and work area. I out the unit into diagnostics. I checked the minimum and maximum temperatures for the last six hours and found them with in range and no huge swings. I inspected the bottom of the fridge and freezer. I found no ice build up and the evaporators free of ice. I gained access to the controls and tested all thermistors. I showed them reading properly and within range. I removed the drain tube and filled the drip pan with 2 cups of water. I found the drain pan not leaking. I inspected the drain tube and found it clogged, see so quick pic. I found water marks on the top of the chassis from were water was leaking out from the drain tube. I cleared the drain tube. And use a wire brush to clean it out. I spoke to PR about what I found. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser dripping, ice dispensing as crushed when not selected and water dispensing is not cold. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and once I stopped dispensing, water dripped. I demonstrated to the customer how to get the water from the dispenser without it dripping down the door. I explained about how the water is cooled and that theyll only get approximately one cup of cold water and then itll get room temp due to the reservoir that is in the unit. I showed the customer the reservoir as well. I explained why the customer is getting crushed ice every time and its due to the auger teeth in the dispenser bin. Ice will get caught inside and itll get broken by the teeth causing the slivers of ice to come out. Customer also advised that the ice maker is very loud. I tested the IM and when it was harvesting, it was making a very loud noise. I advised the customer that I would order an ice maker and see if it changes anything. Also attempted to level the unit and due to the floors being un-level, Ill need shims. I am ordering the ice maker and shims and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. The customer stated it has been like this since moving in a week ago. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for float switch open. The float switch is open due to the amount of water in the tub. I could hear the drain pump running and found voltage going to it. I vacuumed out all of the water and then removed the line at the disposal. I found the hole at the disposal for the DW drain line has not been punched out. This is causing the unit to not drain. I found the DW itself as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. I advised the customer on what a customer instruct entails. I informed them they have used theirs today,

I preheat the oven and let it run for roughly 15 minutes. The unit no longer threw the error code and ran as designed.

Arrived onsite for cooktop with abnormal flames. Upon inspection I found the center burner and RF burner caps were swapped causing the burners to not light or light with very abnormal flames. I corrected the caps and advised the customer on proper care for the unit and advised them on what spillovers can do to the components. I found evidence of spillovers and grease within the unit but it is now working as designed. No gas leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer turned the vent fan on and immediately F8E5 showed on the control display. I tested the unit with a cup of water and after 30 seconds, the water was warm. I placed the unit in diagnostics and attempted to test the sensor and could not advance through diagnostics. I retested the fan and found that I could not hear the damper opening or closing. I removed the unit from the wall and found the vent tape was restricting the damper from opening. I adjusted the vent and reinstalled the unit and retested. The damper is opening & closing as designed. I tested the unit with a cup of water and after 30 seconds, the water was hot as expected. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics again and it continued to fail. After resetting the time, after a few minutes, the display went blank. Confirmed customers complaint and found the rack wedged around the spray hose in the back causing the issue. Fixed the connection and was able to get the rack to slide forward and backward. The customer advised that when they called in, the range tripped the breaker whenever they use both oven and cooktop together. He advised that happen twice in a row after flipping back on the breaker. He did advise that in the last few days it has not done that and I tested the unit using the big function at 375?F and ran all four burners on high. Could not replicate the issue I did not find a stored error codes on the unit. I did advise the customer that intermittent issues like that would most likely be attributed to the power supply. (CH) Arrived on site for microwave tripping breaker. Upon arrival found the unit operating normally until I opened the door which caused the breaker to trip. I disassembled the unit and found the top monitor switch was impacted. Replaced the switch with a new one part #5304509459. Reassembled and tested unit multiple times to ensure the issue was resolved and found everything functioning as designed. Call complete.

(CH) Arrived on site and confirmed customer complaint. I checked freezer temp and found it holding at -2 degrees. I ran a diagnostics cycle on the icemaker and found all functions operating as designed. I noticed that there was no cold air being blown into the icemaker from the freezer. I gained access to the evaporator in the FC and found the ice bin air duct completely frozen over inside with a block of ice. Due to the present ice the fan was stuck in place and burnt out. Reassembled unit and informed customer of the needed repairs. Office will need to reschedule after ahw is made aware of repair circumstances.; ordrng 1 WR13X10742 (Evap cover assembly)

Arrived on site for washer not spinning clothes out very well. Upon arrival loaded a few towels into the tub and ran a diagnostic cycle. Once the cycle got to spin I watched the tub bouncing around inside the unit. Upon further inspection found the inner and outer tub were still connected but the shocks were going bad causing the tub to bounce around. Ordering 4 new shock absorbers for return visit and rescheduled .; ordrng 4 W11316766 (Shock absorber)s

Arrived on site for washing machine stopping mid cycle. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the gear case and found o signs of leaking oil or signs of damage to the splutch. I put the unit into diagnostics and found error code F0E2. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found it working as designed. I put the unit into a high speed spin and found it working. I spoke to the customer about soap usage and proper loading of the washer. Job complete.

Arrived on site for rust on door panel. Replaced door panel. No other issues found with unit . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete
