"Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking from the dispenser. Upon arrival the customer stated the ice maker had been making hardly any ice, and the ice in the bin was melting. I checked temps and found the FC at 4?F, the RC at 39?F, and the IB at 34?F. I found no frost on either evap. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the IB fan not running. I found all other airflow components as designed. I gained access to the control and measured VDC for the fan and found proper 12VDC coming in while in test 36. I then ohmd out the IM thermistor and found it at 8.8k (which is within range). This indicates a faulty ice box fan. Also will be replacing the control due to this being such an intermittent issue over the past year. Ordering the fan and the control. Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking. Upon further inspection I found a drip from the filter housing were the water line connects. I found no other leak on the unit. I installed a new filter head housing and no more leak was preset at the end of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found condenser pan had water with dye(took pic). Found system had no refrigerant. Found RC evap thermistor clip had torn through evap and was leaking(took pic). Replaced evap, vacuum system down and was loosing pressure somewhere. Ran refrigerant through system so leak may present itself. Applied bubbles and used UV light and was unsuccessful after multiple attempts to find leak from any solder joints, RC and FC evaps or any exposed lines. Every time system was charged and power was cycled with high and low side pressures stabilized at 65psi. High side would drop to 0psi after a few seconds. High side would slowly come down as usual and finally pull into a vacuum.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a torn gasket. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and replaced their right hand side refrigerator gasket. Adjusted the gasket to form a seal all the way around the unit and did advise the customer to allow the gasket to reform to her liking. I did advise it can take a little bit before the gasket is fully formed to the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for range with oven door glass issues. Upon inspection I found the inner glass panel had fallen down leaving a gap between the glass and liner. I disassembled the door and made sure everything was lined up correctly. After installing the door I found the outer panel is loose so I disassembled again. I was not able to figure why the glass is not securing tightly together but there are pieces of the frames that look warped. I am ordering parts for the door to return and complete the repair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working and unit making loud noise. Upon further inspection, I found ice in the bin and customer advised that the ice maker arm is missing and it wont stop making ice. I tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed and the sensor arm is present and functioning. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and found the noise to be the condenser coils vibrating on the support bars underneath. I adjusted the bars and leveled the unit and the noise has stopped. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival the customer already had the floor being ripped up due to the leak (pic in SD). The leak had covered the entire kitchen area. I ran a test cycle on the unit and found two leaks. One from the water line under the sink, and the other on the back of the dishwasher where the heating element nut was. The heating element nut was very loose, allowing water to run out of the unit. I tightened the nut and the leak stopped. At the end of the service no more leaks were observed on the unit itself. I advised the customer on replacing the water line, and not to run it until then. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

With customers Permission cut the wire at the pinch point and used a wire not to reconnect it.

Arrived on site for Coil Element Not Working - Electric Range - PRE-ID Element and Infinite Switch. Tested both front elements and neither heated up. Inspected both front elements and front large element had a hole in the base of the square block. Both back elements took a while to heat but did eventually turn hot. Tested both front element infinite switches and both had failed. Removed both front infinite switches and replaced with new infinite switches. Replaced all four elements with element kit and all four are heating as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived onsite for ice ,aching not making much ice and making a loud noise. Upon inspection I found the unit powered down. I tried turning the power on but got no response. I found a gfci outlet near the unit was tripped so I unplugged the unit and engaged the gfci. I found that as soon as you plug the unit in it will trip the gfci. I disconnected the external drain pump and plugged the unit in. It no longer trips the outlet.

"Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair. Found flat system on arrival, 0 psi equalized pressure. Removed dryer and installed new dryer and compressor. Put unit in vacuum and found unit is not fully pulling down vacuum. Found leak in RC evaporator. Replaced RC evap. Recovered system and put under vacuum for 15 minutes. Found pressures Holding. Arrived onsite for continuing to have slightly hi temps and weak ice production. Tested for sealed system failure and found no evidence of leaks and the compressor was running and pulling an amp. Ultimately found condenser coil full of cat hair. Used compressed air to clear condenser coil. Advised customer that temps should return to normal. And ice production should be strong.

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water when dispensing water. Inspected unit and work area. Had customer dispense water while monitoring connection at door and valve. Found leaking from dual inlet valve. Found bad connection at valve and was able to correct connection. Tested operation and all tested good. No water leaks detected.

"Arrived on site and inspected ice machine and found it is 120 degrees inside and it is not running. Filter is not completely engaged in housing. Evaporator plate is hot to the touch, compressor is room temperature. Turned on Icemaker and observed it for 40 minutes and it made a batch of ice.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the previous techs diagnosis of the compressor failing, I removed and replaced the compressor and installed N access valve and UV dye drier. Vacuumed the system and pressures held good. Installed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures while testing in diagnostics test #4. Pressures held and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a dryer stopping during cotton or regular heat. Upon arrival the customer stated the dryer when on cotton will stop after a few minutes of running, but on all other cycles will finish through. They stated sometimes though they will be damp at the end, and that on permanent dry the unit gets way to hot. I tested the airflow to the unit and found it poor for electric dryers. I removed the vent and tested airflow with it on and off. I then removed the vent to have good airflow and ran it on cotton. I found it now running longer and as designed. I monitored the temps and found them within range with the vent off. The unit is working as designed. I found the customer had the unit venting around 11ft from the laundry room to his garage. The vent went down under the foundation and back out through the wall. I advised the customer that this issue is most likely due to exterior venting and informed them about their lack of airflow. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with water dripping into the tub. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they can hear water dripping into the tub when the unit in not on. When i inspected the basket, I didnt find any water at the bottom or on the sides. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the valve and it is operating as designed. Once I finished with diagnostics, I found that water is collecting in the detergent tray and dripping down into the basket and its normal accumulation at the end of the wash cycle. I recommended that the customer pull the detergent tray out after each wash and allow it to air dry and that the water drip is normal. I advised the customer that if the amount of water increased and they had a constant drip to notify our office and schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on dryer that is not wanting to start. On arrival customer informed me that they have noticed the drum is hard to turn, and previous tech also mentioned the same. She also said moisture is getting in there and its noticeable. When I went to spin the drum I did briefly feel resistance, and also felt water drip on my hand. I checked the outside vent and found the vent flap is stuck wide open, so moisture and wetness from the exterior is working its way into the dryer. Unit is hard to turn because the roller guides and possibly motor are developing surface rust from being exposed to constant moisture. In order to repair we would need to replace the motor, rollers, pins, and idler arm and wheel, anything that moves. Heating element seems fine. Ordering authorization to contact extended warranty company to see if they will approve repair due to rust from an open vent. Arrived on site to test unit for oven not coming on. Test unit and found weak igniter not opening gas valve. Went to remove igniter and screws are stuck will need new bake burner and screws and igniter. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Verified damper is opening and fan in RC engaging. FC evap fan is engaging. Thermistors are in range. Found unit was undercharged. Charged system properly. No signs of any leaks, use UV light and bubbles on all solder joints and potential leak areas. System pressures holding good and stable after proper charge. Evap pattern developing nicely and verified with customer instant changing in temp. No leaks detected. Job complete."
