Upon further inspection, I found the unit installed under the cooktop and not pushed in all the the cabinet space (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes. I found F8E0 & F6E4. Following the tech sheet for error F6E4, I removed and replaced the main control and tested the low speed blower voltage and got 124V. Checked the high speed and got the same voltage. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. Unit is in a new vacant home and will need to be connected to WiFi once it’s occupied. I placed the unit back in its space and attempted to get it to all the way in and was unable to. Appears the cooktop power cord is blocking the way. Job completed."

OVEN JENN-AIR JJW2830IL00 Arrived onsite for dual wall oven with locked lower door and food stuck inside. I found the lower oven door latch in the lock position. I entered diagnostics and went to component activation and unlocked the latch. There were no stored error codes. I researched the tech sheet and it recommended inspecting the control for loose wire connections if none are present to replace the main control. The resident stated that they have had issues with past ovens upper oven heat venting and shorting out the controls. I replaced the lower oven main control and added a small buffer between the console and controls where I found some small gaps. I advised the resident to keep an eye on the unit and I explained how to go into component activation to manually unlock the doors so they won’t have food stuck inside. In the event of a call back please send both main controls and console for this unit. Job complete.

WASHER MAYTAG MHW6630HC0 "Arrived onsite for washer not responding to power button only responding to control lock. I tested the wall outlet voltage and it tested between 120v and 125v. I removed the control panel and found the main wire connector not seated correctly and sitting at a slight angle. I re secured the connector and was able to put the unit into diagnostics. The unit showed no error codes so I ran a quick diagnostics cycle. All functions passed and the power button is now responding. I advised the customer to keep an eye on it and let us know if the issue returns. We will need to return with the ACU control, the UI console and door latch in the case of a call back. Job complete."

I spoke to the customer and found out the oven gets to preheat temp but once they open the door and put food it takes longer for it to get back to temp, but it does get to temp. I inspected the door seal and found it flattened lol the way around. I corrected the door seal and pinched it back into shape. I ran a temp test on the unit and found it getting to temp and cycle like it’s designed too. I gained access to the controls and tested the bake and broil elements, both check good. I checked voltage to the unit and we are getting 240 volts across l1 and L2. I tested the relay while the unit was hot and found the relays cycling open and closed as designed. Unit is operating as designed. I spoke to the customer about reshaping that gasket once a month so that it keeps a good seal.

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW8500DC5 Arrived onsite for a washer that shakes harshly during spin. Ms stated the unit bangs loudly in wash also. I found the unit way out of level. I found the suspension good. The unit is installed with the back legs in a water sump but the sump is not as large as the machine so the front legs are on the floor. They were installed with wood blocks under the rear legs to get them level and the washer came off the wood. I put the wood back under the rear leaks and leveled the washer. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. I advised the customer to possibly get a contractor out and see if something more permanent can be put under the rear legs to keep this from continuing to happen. After ensuring that there is 240 V being supplied from the power outlet to the terminal block and timer oh then tested the two thermal fuses and high limit cutoffs on the back of the unit as well as the heating element and found that all of them had full continuity. I didn’t check the power supplied in sure that all the components are receiving the full 240 V and that is what I found at the motor although being supplied 240 V was broken due to an internal relay After completing repairs and retesting the unit I found that the unit was working as designed and heating well. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit leaked water from the back that ran out the back of the cabinet/island and into to the living area. They advised a plumber was out and didn’t find anything and said it was the dishwasher that leaked. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found no leaks. Unit is not connected to a softener and there’s no RO system under the sink. Customer also advised that they took the unit outside and ran it and it did not leak. I found where the drain hose connection after the side loop did not have a clamp on the rubber connector. Using a clamp from my van stock, I corrected it and placed the clamp on the hoses and retested. Again, the unit operated as designed with no leaks. I recommended that the customer take photos if the unit leaks again and try to get photos of where it’s possibly leaking if they’re able to. No leaks observed during service, job compl

I found the ice maker over filled with ice and not dropping any more ice. I installed the new ice maker. It cycled and filled with water. No water leaks detected. Job complete.

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5000DW "Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Tested unit found bad heating element, cutoff and thermal fuse. Replaced element, cutoff and thermal fuse. Tested unit, unit works good. Noticed the venting leading to exterior is clogged. Recommended to customer vent gets cleared before using again to prevent any damage. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRFC604FSS03 Arrived on site for previously diagnosed Bad Orion board as well as other control units. Upon further testing in the unit I found that the Orion board was trying to start the compressor but the compressor itself would kick on. I tested voltage from the Orion board and found that it was sporadically fluctuating power. After speaking with CS and confirming the symptoms while on site and comparing it to prior situations with the same fridge we were able to find a narrow down that the compressor itself has been the cause of why we will need to return with a new oil this compressor as well as oil is gages lock ring kit to evaporators the access coupler and a non-UV dryer As well as a new Orion board; ordrng 1 UNKNOWN (OIL LESS GAUGES) and 1 UNKNOWN (LOCK RING KIT) and 1 UNKNOWN (SS TECH) and 1 UNKNOWN (WEIGHT FOR 2 HRS) and 1 W10913906 (coupler) and 1 W11099748 (evaporator (FC)) and 1 W11291123 (evaporator (RC)) and 1 W11393142 (OIL LESS COMPRESSOR ) and

WINE COOLER WHIRLPOOL WUW55X24DS0 "On site for wine cooler that was not getting cold. After arriving on site I found that the customer had already pulled the wine cooler out from the cut out that it was installed into it but Customer had stated that the unit had been plugged in for a full 48 hours prior to arrival but did not want to go to Cold. I observed that the front you I display was indicating an “HI” on both the upper and lower digital temperature display indicating temps in unit exceeded factory recommended settings. I checked voltage supply between power outlet and main control board, & compressor, as well as rest of unit. The outlet, main board and front ui were receiving proper supply of power but the main control wasn’t sending any power to the compressor or the condenser fan motor beneath the unit. I disconnected 5e starter/relay from compressor and it’s quick connect harness that is connected the the main control and tested the the main control supply directly through the

Tested all parts and components and found no error codes or malfunctioning parts. Also noted ice bin is full. Advised homeowner possible glitch in the system may have caused some parts and components not to operate, and since they power cycled the unit all has been fully operational. Found that the ice door is not sealing properly causing warm air to mix with the cold air causing condensation in ice container also the ice door has mold on it as well. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT710PAHZ1 Arrived onsite for dishwasher filling up with water after wash cycle is complete. Upon inspection I found a error code of F6E4 indicating a issue with the float switch or the drain hose. I did not see any wheeling from the valve goer diagnostics was complete. I found the resident has a RO system incorrectly ported to the drain hose port on the disposal creating back pressure which fills the unit over time. I advised the customer to have to RO system rerouted.

Due to the drawer shelf being badly warped, I removed and replaced the shelf and all 3 tracks and tested. Shelving is functioning properly. Also, customer says water is too warm coming from dispenser. I tested water from the dispenser and it read 70 degrees again. I tested the water at the kitchen faucet and it’s reading 86 degrees. I removed and replaced the reservoir and checked airflow into the RC section and it was good. After replacing the reservoir, checked the water and it is still warm, but has not had an opportunity to cool as the water just came into the reservoir. I advised the customer that they’re going to have to give it time to cool being as the temp coming from the faucet is 86 degrees. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WZF79R20DW03 "Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the dryer. When I pierced the dryer I found no refrigerant in the system. I installed a new compressor, evaporator, and UV dryer. I pulled a vacuum of 30 inches and monitored pressures for any leaks. Pressure held for ten minuets with no drop. I charged the system with 4.6 oz of r134a. Both the high and low side equalized with no issues. I powered the unit on and found the low side holding at 0 psi. I found a good frost pattern forming on the evaporator. The unit is now operating as designed. Please allow 48 hours for system to full cool down. Job complete."
