After installing the necessary part I was able to reassemble the dishwasher I then ran a manual test on normal wash and verify that it was filling agitating and draining in that order as designed and there was no evidence or signs of any leaking of any kind I informed the customer that the unit is ready for use. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the sound that they were hearing was kind of a banging sound as it was spinning. They advised that after a few minutes, it completely stopped and left the clothes saturated in the unit. I asked what kind of clothes they were washing and they advised they were washing several towels. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F0E5 (off balance load) error code. Tested the unit in a high speed manual spin for two minutes and the unit ran as designed. Ran an auto test in the unit ran as designed. The customer had did advise that in the last week they’ve washed five loads and none of them have had the same issue. I advised that their issue was probably with the loading issue and that if they have further problems, to run a lighter load to see if it’s doing the same thing to ensure it is a problem with the unit. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing a previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I was able to reconfirm that the unit did still have a salt system issue and after recovering the Freon I was able to install a new compressor access coupler and UV dryer. I then pull a vacuum on the unit after the repair for 15 minutes and after that I waited another 10 minutes to ensure that they were no leaks food in the sealed system itself after that I charge the unit was 4.6 ounces of r134a. Finally I let the unit run for 20 minutes solid to ensure that the seal system was pumping the Freon through the system as it needed to towards the end of the repair I was able to confirm after 20 minutes of runtime that the pressures stabilized at zero on the low side and 125 on the high side even. At this time there are no signs of refrigerant leaking or any other hardware or software failures in the unit. I inform the customer to give the unit 24 hours to fully stabilize the temperatures before putting any food in. Call complete

Arrived on site for washing machine that customer stated on arrival was not making any squealing noises but instead was spinning too hard in the final spin cycle. Upon arrival I enter diagnostics but there are no error codes indicating any hardware or software failures of any kind including no error codes showing that there was an off-balance load at all. I ended up running a diagnostic test cycle but could not find anything out of the unit when it went to spam I think called whirlpool techline and spoke with Kathy Sr# 7730349413 instructed me that the best way to test them here would be to run a rinse and spin cycle with a load of clothes

Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning properly after previous repairs. Upon arrival I found in diagnostics that there was no error codes at all and unit ran through a full diagnostics with all equipment running as designed. Unit filled agitated drained and dried as it was intended. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning properly, upon arrival I entered diagnostics and found f6e4, f6e6, f6e7, and f4e3, durin* diagnostics I found inlet valve wasnt allowing enough water in during fill cycles, the sump assembly wasnt running with proper voltage, units float switch was also functioning but main control wasnt detecting its activation. The heating element is rusting. Unit also has a dent on front of door, the door gasket isnt sealing around the door well enough.

Arrived on site for refrigerator randomly not cooling according to the customer. Upon arrival customer had recorded temperatures over a weeks time to help indicate what the temperature is been up and after looking at the recordings I found that every couple days the fridge would spike in temperature is within the freezer section exceeding 15? or more but then later on would eventually cool back down. I did find the defrost thermostat evaporator fan defrost heater compressor and condenser fan all working as designed but I also noticed that the main control would randomly try to reset the defrost mode even though the fridge was not fully cooling. Ended up replacing the main control and reassemble the unit and verify that it is going in a cooling mode and defrost mode as intended with no weird fluctuations inform customer to keep checking the temperatures and recording him for the next 1 to 2 weeks. Call complete

The customer advised that the F3 code has come up on her unit twice in the last month and a half since the last service. She advised that most of the time, the unit runs fine. However, this is an ongoing issue and she wanted it resolved. Tested resistance through the thermistor and found it at 1.085 k ohms. I called GE Techline and spoke to Chuck File number 05528941. He advised that if the issue was with the control problem, the issue would be happening every single time. He advised that since the thermistor had been replaced and the thermostat is reading properly, the issue would most likely be with the connector portion of the wiring where the thermostat connects onto. He advised to order some ceramic wire nuts to splice the wires together. He advised that this should resolve the issue completely. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found several towels around the unit and the customer advised that the unit leaks mostly when using the bulky wash. I placed the unit in diagnostics and removed the control console and tested the valve and found no leaks. I tested the softener dispenser and found water leaking ate the front left corner of the unit. Tested the recirculating pump and even more water came out. I lifted the top panel and found a sock in the softener dispenser and also found the recirculating pump hose not properly installed. Found the clamp not securing the hose to the tub ring and leaking water. I adjusted the hose and repositioned the clamp and removed the sock from the softener dispenser area and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No further water leaks observed at the end of service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with scratches and missing shelves. Upon arrival the customer advised me that they found the shelves in the kitchen drawers. There is a plastic make shift shelf in the top of the FC that is crooked and I couldnt get it to straighten out (see quick pic) I found some scuff marks in the RC at the top on the walls. I found the nameplate pealing off. The customer brought to my attention that the RC door slams against the pantry door every time the door is opened. I replaced the nameplate and raised the feet as high as they would go help with the door hitting the pantry. The unit is otherwise working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service.

Upon testing unit I found unit would drain properly, then fill, agitate and drain as designed. I also found drain line under sink was not mounted correctly and allowing sink water to drain back into dishwasher. I was able to redirect and mount the drain line under the sink to help prevent water back flow. Due to style of sink i wasnt able to get a perfect 90 degrees angle raised from disposal but unit did not so any signs of backfilling from sink after tested upon repair completion.unit is functioning as designed call complete"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator with no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated that the IM stopped working after they installed a new water filter. I checked temps in he unit and found the FC at -7?F, the RC at 37?F, and the ice box at 0?F. I found a sheet of ice at the bottom of the FC and the pea trap drain tube clogged. I cleared out the drain tube and it is now draining fine. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the UI on the inner door not responding and erroneously flashing. I unplugged the unit and tried again, was able to get into diagnostics mode. I tested the IM harvest and it received an E2 error for not returning to home position. I tested he fill to IM and you could hear the valve make a thump but not work. I tried this with the filter in and out and the same result occurred. I checked the full tube heater and IM and both worked as designed. I am ordering a HV board, IM, valve, and inner door control for the repair. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not staying on. Upon further inspection, customer advised that with almost every load, the unit will stop drying but there is still power. He advised that when it stops, the interior light will come on as if the door is open and when he pushes on the door the light goes off, but the door never opens up all the way. I turned the unit on and while it was operating, I barely pulled on the door and the unit stopped and the interior light came on. After further inspection of the front panel and door, I found the top screw on the hinge was loose causing the top of the hinge to pop out away from the panel and the door is not making good contact with the door switch and when clothing it the door, it shifts causing it to slightly open enough to trigger the switch and shut the unit down as it reads the door is open. I removed the door and adjusted the hinge and tightened the screw and reinstalled the door and retested. Unit is operating as designed. It appears that the screws on the hinge are worn and come loose over time. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended replacing the hinge and front panel and they advised that they will explore other options.

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that was erroring on use. Builder informed me that he was able to resolve with a power cycle. I checked for errors and found F8E0 for fan speed, and F6E4 for UI to ACU communication. Error is usually resolved with a power cycle. I cleared errors and tested unit. Was able to run a 400 degree preheat and let it sit and found errors were no longer present. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and tested function of cooktop. Unit is operating as designed. Burners are cycling according to set temp as designed. No one onsite. All checks good.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit making noise when oven on. Test unit and found noise coming from board relays and bake element heating up. Normal noise job complete.

Arrived onsite for the washer making a metal screeching noise. Ran diagnostics and found that the gear case is causing the issue. Ran a spin tested and I heard the metal to metal screeching noise. Looked underneath and did not see any unusuals. Will need to replace gear case. Ordering parts and office to schedule ; ordrng 1 W11454741 (Gear case) and 1 W10890624 (Motor) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10721967 (Cam assembly)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts to resolve intermittent control issue. Replaced control and unit is still not responding properly. Still has intermittent function.

Arrived onsite for the washer control lock not working properly. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Tested control lock button in diagnostics and it tested fine. All functions tested good. Could not find an issue at this time. Complete

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing correctly. Test unit and found bad wash motor. Ordering new sump and motor office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11087376 (Sump and motor)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found the unit cooling and checked temps. FC=4 degrees and RC=39 degrees. Tested the units thermostat and the unit turned off when I turned the thermostat dial off. Turned the unit back on and set the thermostat at 5. Adjusted the damper at C/halfway. Found the water dispenser doesnt work. Customer advised that they unplugged the inlet valve solenoid to stop the water from flowing. I advised that theyre getting voltage to the valve but due to the paddle switch being bad, it wont turn the valve off.
