Per service pointer #W11092686e and techline recommendations, I removed and replaced the RC evap motor harness, drip pan and using the 2 clamps provided along with zipties, I secured the evaporator to the back of the unit, secured the thermistor with foil tape and ziptie, placed permagum around the gap at the drain tube before placing the drip pan in. Replaced the evap cover and tested the unit. Unit began to cool as designed. Cleaned up the water that spilled from the evap pan at the bottom of the unit and checked the drain tube and it was still secured. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the freezer not cooling correctly and frost build up in the rear of the unit. The customer stated the frost had cleared off of the rear vents since the previous tech was here but felt like the unit still wasn’t cold enough. I asked the customer if the unit had been making ice and mr stated that it was making ice. I tested the thermistors and the fans. All checked good and were working as designed. I checked the FC temp and found it at 12 degrees when the compressor and evaporator fan came on and the compartment was dropping a degree a minute and working as designed. I explained to mr that the small amount of frost that was on the front of the evaporator cover would continue to evaporate and go away on its own. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that’s not going to refrigerator section. Inspected the area. Tested temperatures and found the unit at 18 degrees in the freezer section and 60 degrees in the refrigerator compartment. I tested the evaporator fans and found the rc evaporator fan not running. Removed drawers and attempted to defrost the evaporator with my steamer but the steamer stopped working. Found the drip pan completely bowed in the center. I called Techline and spoke to Dustin SR# 7728169171. He had me run several tests and advised me over to service pointer W11092686E. He advised that with the drain pan was bowed to replace that and with the evaporator fan not running to replace that as well. Arrived onsite for range having high flames yellow or un even. Upon inspection I found the flames all normal and blue. The customer stated that he is on natural gas. He also stated that they have a built in humidifier. I explained the affects of a humidifier on on the flame and how it will cause yellow and sometimes un even flame. During service I noticed the center burner would not light fully. I disassembled that burner and found grease build up on the burner head. I cleaned off the burner head and the burner is now lighting fully. No further work needed at this time. Job complete.
